Anti-India MAGA influencer Elijah Schaffer is a child sexual predator, had sexually abused 16-year-old boy: Read what his ex-wife said in court

The former wife of anti-India influencer Elijah Schaffer has testified in court that he admitted to sexually abusing a 16-year-old boy. The testimony came during proceedings related to a custody dispute, where serious allegations about Schaffer’s past conduct and behaviour were placed on record.

According to the court transcript linked to a temporary restraining order, Schaffer’s ex-wife confirmed that he had admitted to sexually abusing a minor when he was working as a youth pastor, before becoming a MAGA influencer.

When questioned in court, she stated that the victim was “a 16-year-old boy.” She also said that these revelations were a major reason why she was concerned about their children being left alone with him.

Apart from the abuse allegation, the ex-wife also made other serious claims about Schaffer’s mental and personal condition. She stated that he had been diagnosed as “manic” and was on multiple psychiatric medications. The custody dispute also includes allegations that he threatened to kill his ex-wife and children, further raising concerns about his behaviour and stability.

Earlier controversies related to his personal life

Elijah Schaffer, known for his association with right-wing MAGA circles, has been surrounded by multiple controversies in recent years. Reports and claims from various individuals suggest a pattern of erratic behaviour, including substance abuse and unstable personal relationships.

He has also been linked to a controversial relationship with another rabid anti-India voice and his employee, Sarah Setka, also known as Sarah Stock, who had a boyfriend. Their relationship began during a political event and lasted for several months. Allegations around the relationship, including claims of infidelity and personal misconduct, were widely discussed online after being shared by commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.

He wrote, “The affair ended on the day she got engaged, about six months later. In that time, they experienced multiple pregnancy scares,” and added that a previous acquaintance even asserted that Stock underwent at least one abortion. Ironically, she supported the “pro-life movement” and wanted a “national ban” on abortion alongside “equal protection for unborn babies.”

In addition, several social media personalities have accused Schaffer of inappropriate behaviour, including claims of sexual misconduct and harassment. While these allegations have circulated widely, they remain part of ongoing disputes and public claims rather than established court findings.

Known for his anti-India remarks

Apart from their personal controversies, Schaffer and Stock take pleasure in their animosity towards India and Hindus as they appease their MAGA (Make America Great Again) audience, much like other neo-Nazis. He utilised a derogatory image and mocked that India possesses zero medals in the Olympics, even with a population of 1.4 billion.

In some instances, he and his associates have also made derogatory remarks about Hindu deities, which sparked backlash from Indian users online. These statements were widely criticised as offensive and insensitive, adding to his already controversial public image.

The case continues to unfold, with the custody battle and related claims expected to remain under legal review.
