Feel ashamed abroad to admit Delhi lacks essentials: S Jaishankar slams AAP Government in National Capital

India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar expressed his displeasure with the state of affairs in the national capital Delhi under Aam Aadmi Party Government. Notably, AAP has been ruling Delhi for the past 10 years.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar launched a scathing attack on the AAP government ahead of the Delhi Assembly election, saying that the national capital has been lagging behind in terms of basic facilities for the past 10 years.

The Indian Foreign Minister said that he feels ashamed to admit abroad that people in the national capital lack basic amenities.

The External Affairs Minister said, “Whenever I visit foreign countries, I hide one thing from the world. I feel ashamed to go abroad and say that people living in the national capital do not get houses, do not get cylinders, or piped water under Jal Jeevan Mission and do not get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat.”
