Rajiv Gandhi had bloodied hands after handshake with thousands of poor Indians in Amethi, says Sam Pitroda.

Earlier in September this year, the Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in Amethi came under the scanner over the death of a 22-year-old woman named Divya Shukla.

Amethi police registered a case against Amethi Youth Congress chief after he assaulted and threatened a Dalit couple.

The girl was then brutally beaten by her father and brother resulting in her death. She was later buried in a nearby piece of land on August 5. The neighbours and other relatives of the family were told that the girl was ill and that she died due to lack of treatment.

Following the clarification of Dainik Bhaskar that the 'journalist' in the viral video is not associated with the Hindi daily, Smriti Irani took potshots at the Congress party.

The complaint said Waris and the other accused took the Dalit girl outside the village and raped her, fleeing from the scene afterwards.

The frustration is from the fact that Smriti Irani won Amethi. Not just win it, but won it after defeating Rahul Gandhi, something Congressis are still salty about.

Notably, Amethi police have registered an FIR under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC against the accused Principal Anees Ahmed.

Ajay Rai, who is mainly identified as a Gandhi family loyalist, said that the Amethi MP comes to her constituency only to show 'latke and jhatke'.

After Congress could not break Smriti Irani through their continuous sexist and misogynist attacks, they have taken the attacks a notch higher and now targeted her 18-year-old daughter Zoish Irani.
