Shah said that after forming a government in the state, the BJP will ensure that no one is allowed to perform four marriages in the state.

Focusing on border security, Shah accused the state government of not cooperating with the Border Security Force.

Amit Shah made it crystal clear, "Humayun Kabir and the BJP are like the South Pole and the North Pole. We can never be together."

“After forming the government, we will implement the Uniform Civil Code in Assam. UGC means that there will be a common law for everyone. After this, no one will be permitted to have four marriages. We have already banned Triple Talaq. Now, after banning four marriages, we will stop demographic change as well,” Minister Shah said.

“Operation Black Forest was conducted on a hill spread over 50 km in length and 37 km in width on the Telangana-Chhattisgarh border. The Naxalites had established a permanent camp there with arrangements to sustain fighting for 5 years - including weapons, solar lights, factories for making a large number of IEDs, and food grains stocked for 5 years. Besides this, 400 to 500 cadres were gathered there,” Shah said.

In Lok Sabha, Shah asserted Naxals caused underdevelopment, cites killings, arrests and surrenders, and accused Congress of having links with Maoist sympathisers during UPA era.

The Modi government's action intends to advance women's reservation in state assemblies and the Lok Sabha by two years.

Addressing a gathering in Delhi, Nupur Sharma said only a few women might be living a life as painful as hers. She said she has lost her freedom for four years but remains alive and safe.
