Jharkhand: Muslims pelt stones at Ram Navami procession in Dhanbad, police tie Hindus with rope and parade them like criminals, NHRC issues notice

Complaint stated that police humiliated organisers including Shatrughan Mahato by tying ropes around their waists and parading them publicly. NHRC issued notice to Chief Secretary and DGP of Jharkhand after taking cognisance of allegations.
