Ram mandir-Babri masjid dispute

The hearing in the Ram Mandir case is poised to be taken up by the Constitutional Bench from 6th August 2019 on a day to day basis.

The Court has also said that if the matter is not resolved by mediation then the case would be heard from July 25 onwards on a day to day basis.

On March 8, a Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court had referred the long-standing Ram Mandir-Babri Masjid dispute for mediation. The mediation panel is chaired by former Supreme Court judge Justice FMI Kalifulla, along with spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and senior Advocate Sriram Panchu.
