These shocking cases of sexual abuse have now come to light just two months after the Vatican Church had announced Father Gabriele Martinelli and Father Enrico Radice, who allegedly covered up his suspected crimes.

After suspecting financial irregularities, an investigation was launched by Vatican police and raids were conducted at the offices of the Holy See’s Secretariat of State and its Financial Information Authority or AIF.

The petition to take action against sexual abuse by the clergy was filed by Savio Rodrigues and R. Joseph Kennedy.
