‘Wax her testicles, transphobic bigot!’ Trans Activist who wants to force women to wax ‘her’ male genitalia in the dock for predatory behaviour

Jessica Yaniv, a transgender activist, has brought into the fore the inherent inconsistencies within 21st-century Feminism. He was born a man, claims to have transitioned to being a woman but still has male genitalia. Despite that, he wants to be treated as a woman by everyone around.

Yaniv found himself in the eye of a storm after it was revealed that he was suing 16 aestheticians, all of them female, for refusing to wax his male genitalia. According to him, the women are transphobic who were discriminating against him by refusing to extend their female-only services to him. Yaniv believes the women must be forced by the government to wax his testicles, or otherwise, he must be paid compensation. The incident is from Canada, a country where the prime minister wants to replace ‘mankind’ with ‘peoplekind’.

The reasons given by women are pretty ordinary. They are mostly immigrant women who believe it’s against their religious beliefs to touch the male private parts of someone apart from their husbands. People have also pointed out that it’s perfectly natural that the women have taken the decision considering the fact that their husbands will not be comfortable with their wives touching the genitalia of another man. That is another perfectly ordinary reason. Of course, there are women who provide this service, known as Boyzilian waxing, as opposed to more well known Brazilian waxing, but they have chosen to do so themselves and have acquired necessary training for this specialised and delicate service. The women targeted by Yaniv have said they are not trained to wax male genitalia, therefore they can’t provide this service.

There are other extremely troubling facts about Yaniv that has come to light. It has been revealed that Yaniv sent extremely disturbing texts to minor girls online which, on the face of it, does appear to be predatory behaviour. One of his alleged victims has also filed a child exploitation report with Canada’s tip line to report online exploitation of children. He was also organizing a “topless” pool party for girls aged 12+ where parents or guardians are prohibited from entering. It was further seen by people as evidence of his predatory inclinations.

As the obvious atrocious nature of the lawsuits generated public outcry, Yaniv appeared on certain shows to present his side of the story. And in doing so, he voiced extremely problematic opinions. For instance, he believes women should not be allowed to refuse to handle male genitalia just because they don’t want to, it’s not ‘fair’ according to him. He further states that the Human Rights Tribunal in Canada says that the women do not have the right to say ‘No’ because he belongs to one of the protected classes.

Yaniv even called Marcia Da Silva, a Brazillian immigrant who ran a salon from her home in Vancouver, a ‘Neo Nazi’ for refusing to wax his testicles. Da Silva was eventually forced to shut down her newly opened salon.

Alex Jones, the most banned individual in the era of big tech, invited Yaniv to Info Wars. On the show, Yaniv claimed that we should not be ‘policing’ people’s genders and if someone identified as a 12-year old girl, then the person would have been allowed entry to the pool party regardless of his actual age. Furthermore, Yaniv doesn’t appear to accept that women don’t want to surround themselves with the genitalia of strange men and thinks that they shouldn’t have a problem with that.

Thus, in short, we have a man here, who identifies as a woman, who wants to force women to wax his testicles using the government as his tool. In the past, he has sent lewd texts to minor girls and indulged in behaviour which appears to be predatory. The whole series of events involving Yaniv is a manifestation of the nightmare that every sensible person saw coming with the whole ‘Gender is a social construct’ narrative.

In any sane society, a man cross-dressing as woman forcing other natural-born women to touch his genitalia would be considered as sexual harassment and would be liable to be prosecuted, even if it was for grooming services and not for any pleasure. But in the world of woke insanity known as LGBT rights, logics have been twisted in such a way that if a man claims to be woman, the entire world has to agree, even if no sex reassignment procedures and surgeries are done. And the establishment and courts in such cultures allow such man to file serious cases of human rights violation against innocent women.

The postmodernist Left and the entire liberal political establishment had dismissed all these concerns as transphobic rants of deluded rightwingers. But everything that people feared has come to pass. And the liberal establishment is maintaining a pin-drop silence over the entire matter. Twitter, in fact, is banning people from the platform for questioning Yaniv’s conduct.

The LGBT community, too, is maintaining a strategic silence on Yaniv’s transgressions. One would have expected them to issue a statement condemning Yaniv, however, that hasn’t happened until now. Yaniv is proving every stereotype that sensible people have over this whole transgenderism fad to be true. Yet, the LGBT community doesn’t think it’s an important enough issue for them to comment on. In fact, people like Ricky Gervais, a comedian with obviously left-wing inclinations, who have come out in support of the women have been denounced as transphobic.

Only one transgender woman has commented on the matter thus far and she is someone who doesn’t identify herself with the LGBT community. According to Blaire White, Yaniv is a sexual predator who is using trans rhetoric to disguise his sexually predatory behaviour. She has also rued the fact that no prominent LGBT activist has raised his or her concern about the entire affair.

The affair perfectly captures the manner in which modern feminism fails women. Some of the women Yaniv has sued have lost their business and have been forced to shut their business. Things have reached a point where feminists no longer believe that women should have the right to refuse to touch male genitalia. Tech giants like Twitter will also have to reevaluate how they conduct their business as they have been silencing Yaniv’s critics. The manner in which society deals with this issue will have huge repercussions for the future.

Was Gumnami Baba really Netaji Bose? Can’t say for sure, says Judicial Commission report

The Judicial Commission constituted in 2016 to probe the identity of ‘Gumnami Baba’, widely believed to be Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in disguise, has reportedly concluded that it could not arrive at a definitive conclusion. The Justice Vishnu Sahai Commission report which was submitted to the Governor in 2017 was tabled in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly on Tuesday.

The Commission was constituted by the Samajwadi Party government in 216 following orders from the Allahabad High Court. The HC order came in the wake of a PIL which claimed that Gumnami Baba was, in fact, Netaji Bose. Justice Vishnu Sahai had earlier told reporters that many he had interviewed had a preconceived notion that the mysterious Baba was Netaji Bose.

According to reports, those who are aware of the content of the Commission report believe that it largely eliminates the possibility that both these people were one and the same. The Hindustan Times was told, “The commission appears to have eliminated, to a large extent, the possibilities of Gumnami Baba being Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.”

The report, however, does mention several similarities between the two personalities. Both these personalities were fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali. In addition, books about Bose and authors he supposedly liked were recovered from the Baba as well. “As per the report, Gumnami Baba continued to stay in his Faizabad house till rumours of him being Subhas Chandra Bose surfaced, after which he left that place. The report also mentions Gumnami Baba’s love for music and cigars,” a source was quoted as saying.

The inquiry itself is the result of the efforts of Lalita Bose, a niece of Netaji. She had arrived in Faizabad years ago and conducted a personal inquiry into Gumnami Baba. She was convinced that he was indeed her famous uncle. She then tried to persuade Vir Bahadur Singh, the then Chief Minister of the state, to initiate a proper inquiry but was told that it was beyond his reach.

Lalita, with two other people, then filed a suit in the Allahabad High Court. The state government filed a counter-affidavit only 13 years later. Ultimately, in 2013, the order for an inquiry was finally delivered. Even after that, it took three years and some lobbying for the Akhilesh government to constitute a Commission for the inquiry.

AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi repeats his ’15-minutes’ hate speech, says RSS yet to recover from his 2012 speech

On Tuesday, Akbaruddin Owaisi, controversial AIMIM MLA and brother of Asaduddin Owaisi resorted to hate speech after he repeated his ’15 minutes’ infamous speech against Hindus which he had made in 2012.

According to Republic TV, Akbaruddin Owaisi repeated his ‘15 minute’ provocative phrase which he had made in 2012 while addressing a crowd on Tuesday. In 2012, he had made a highly inflammatory speech asking to remove the police for 15 minutes so that he could finish off 100 crores Hindus.

While addressing a crowd Akbaruddin Owaisi resorted to fear-mongering and attempted to incite violence against Hindus by raking up the issues of alleged lynchings against minorities.

“No person from RSS or Bajrang Dal can even touch our hair and remember, remember, the world tries to scare the person who gets scared. And world fears the person who knows how to instil fear why do they hate Akbaruddin Owaisi? Why? A single blow of a blacksmith is equal to a hundred blows of a goldsmith. They (RSS) haven’t yet recovered from the ’15 minute’ blow,'” Akbaruddin Owaisi said, repeating this ’15 minutes’ threat.

Recently, in the run-up to elections, AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi had created a controversy after he had taken a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi by referring him to ‘Chaiwala’.

Speaking at an election rally in Hyderabad, Akbaruddin Owaisi, four-time MLA from Telangana went on to advise the Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to behave like a ‘Chaiwala’ but to conduct himself like the Prime Minister of the country.

ISIS linked group planned mass murder by mixing poison in temple prasad, Maharashtra ATS files charge sheet against 10

The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has filed charge sheet against 10 persons allegedly belonging to ISIS for attempting to mass-killing devotees at the 400-year-old Shree Mumbreshwar Temple in Mumbra. They hade planned to poison the maha prasad during the Shrimadh Bhagwat Katha organised at the temple in December last year. The 10 terrorists were arrested in January this year by the ATS.

Around 40,000 devotees had consumed the prasad that day.

The charge sheet said that the members of the organisation were inspired by the absconding Radical Islamist preacher, Zakir Naik. The controversial Islamic preacher, Naik is being probed by Indian agencies in terror-related cases since 2016. Zakir Naik had fled the country following the 2016 Dhaka terror attack where the terrorists claimed to be admirers of Naik. He is wanted in India for money laundering, hate speech and other offences of promoting communal hatred.

According to the charge sheet, one of the accused named Talha Potrik was the mastermind behind the purported plan of mass-killing the devotees which were foiled by the Maharashtra ATS, after which they were arrested in January 2019.

The ATS identified another accused, Abu Hamza as the leader of the group, and said in the charge sheet that the terrorist had conducted blast trials in the hills near Mumbra bypass. Besides these two, the other accused have been identified as Mohsin Khan alias Abu Marya, Atai Waris Abdul Rashid Shaikh alias Mazhar, Mohammad Takky Khan alias Abu Khalid, Mushahed Ul-Islam, Jamman Khutepad alias Abu Kital, Salman Khan alias Abu Ubeda, and Fahad Ansari. The tenth accused is a minor. While most of the accused are residents of Mumbra few hail from Aurangabad.

The charge sheet said that “several videos featuring Naik and his images have been recovered from the social media profiles of the accused”. It further read that the group was in contact with its foreign-based handlers and one of the accused, Mohsin Khan aka Abu Marya had, in fact, attended physical training sessions at a stadium in Mumbra as per the Daesh handbook.

The ATS charge sheet said that a few days before the arrests the accused had conducted a survey of the area near the Mumbra Temple where they had planned the mass-killing and also prepared explosives using hydrogen peroxide.

The group had procured information about the procedure to make explosives and poison through the ‘Military Science’ channel of Daesh (ISIS) on Telegram.

The ATS also recorded statements of six people who claimed that the accused had tried to radicalise them. However, the agency added IPC section 201(causing disappearance of evidence of offence) to its case after the agency gathered that the accused had deleted their Telegram accounts in an attempt to destroy vital evidence against them.

“Mohsin Khan alias Abu Marya had organised a group, Ummat-E-Mohammaddiya, on social media to share the ideology of Daesh, and only reliable persons with similar thoughts were admitted in the group. Members of the group were in contact with foreign-based handlers. Marya had also attended physical training sessions conducted at a stadium at Kausa-Mumbra to tackle the hardships in the Daesh battlefield. He was also a member of the Telegram groups Wakkunuma-Assadikin and Iqwa-F-Deen. These groups would share Daesh ideology material,” the charge sheet stated.

UP govt releases Rs 20 crore for completion of under-construction Mughal Museum in Agra

Yogi Adityanath government today allotted Rs 20 crore for the completion of the under-construction Mughal Museum near Taj Mahal, Agra. The museum was initiated by Akhilesh Yadav-led SP government in 2016 and was supposed to be erected up by the end of 2017.

David Chipperfield Architects and Studio Archohm have designed the museum which is being built on a plot of 25,000 square metres (2.5 hectares). The land is located 1.3 km away from the eastern gate of Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Agra.

In the first supplementary budget tabled by the Yogi government, Rs 163 crore were allotted to the tourism industry. That included 20 crores for the Mughal Museum and Rs 6 crores for Diwali celebrations in Ayodhya. During Diwali festivities, Dipotsav(carnival of light) is being envisioned in Ayodhya by the Yogi government.

The Mughal Museum, which was planned to be completed by the end of 2017 was inordinately delayed due to lack of funds. The state electricity department’s store room was also established on a 1.25-acre land of the total approved 5.9 acre land. This further delayed the project.

Initially 90 crores were released from the total estimated project cost of Rs 141 crore. However, due to paucity of funds and other operational issues, the project was deferred multiple times.

According to Studio Archohm, the organisation tasked with designing and constructing the museum, about 75per cent of the project is completed. The museum will showcase mughal-era artifacts, weaponry, costumes, culture and the architectural taste prevalent in that stretch of period.

The Mughal Museum is a part of an extensive master plan conceived by the government that included the Taj Orientation Centre, the Agra Heritage Centre and a Street Cafeteria. The government aims to facilitate and educate seven to eight million tourists who visit the Taj Mahal annually through the museum’s construction.

Homebuyers’ money diverted to MS Dhoni and his wife’s company, auditors tell Supreme Court

It looks like MS Dhoni is not having a good time, both, on and off the field. After being lambasted for his slow batting in World Cup, his name has been dragged in the Amrapali money laundering case.

MS Dhoni had told the media that he won’t be retiring any soon and has made himself unavailable for the next two months so that he can serve his paramilitary regiment.

But he is not far away from the news, once a brand ambassador of Amrapali has now been reported for the dubious agreement with the company.

As per the Outlook report, Supreme Court-appointed auditors have observed that Amrapali entered into money laundering with companies where MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Dhoni have significant stakes. MS Dhoni was a brand ambassador of Amrapali till April 2016.

The forensic audit that was reported to Supreme Court bench of Justices Arun Mishra and U U Lalit, says, “We feel that Home Buyers money has been diverted illegally and wrongly to Rhiti Sports Management Private Limited and should be recovered from them as the said Agreement in our opinion do not stand the test of Law.”

MS Dhoni has major stakes in Rhiti while Sakshi is a director of Amrapali Mahi Developers Private Limited.

The auditors added: “We are informed verbally that this company was incorporated for the development of a project in Ranchi. An MOU was also entered between the parties though we were not provided a copy of that.”

The auditors observe: “This sum has been paid on account of Agreements executed by Shri Anil Kumar Sharma, CMD for and on behalf of Amrapali Group of Companies with Rhiti Sports Management Private Limited. There is no resolution on record authorizing Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma, CMD to agree on behalf of all Amrapali group of Companies.”

Earlier, MS Dhoni already moved to court in 2018 against Amrapali over payment disputes.

Zakir Naik’s Peace TV banned in UK for saying ‘gay people worse than pigs’, ‘people who left Islam should be killed’ and more

Zakir Naik’s Peace TV gets banned in the UK for describing gay people as worse than pigs. A total of four programmes aired by the channel have found to have breached the broadcasting the rules following which the channel was stripped of its British broadcasting licence.

Peace TV is a Dubai based channel founded by Zakir Naik in 2006. The channel was broadcast on Sky in the UK. The British media regulator Ofcom banned the channel for breaching rules on incitement to crime, hate speech, abuse and offence.

As per reports, in a show called “Strengthening Your Family, The Valley of the Homosexuals” aired on March 2018, said that homosexuality was “a very unnatural type of love that is energised by the influence of [Satan]”. In reference to HIV, the channel also said, “from a disease they contracted because they are homosexual”.

It’s presenter Imam Qasim Khan condemned the open portrayal and legalization of homosexuality. He also said, “Even an animal that is defiled by Islam, the pig – as nasty and corrupted and contaminated as a pig is – you never see two male pigs that are trying to have sex together. That’s insanity. These are animals. Human beings are supposed to be dignified, they’re thinking beings.”

In another show aired on November 2017, the channel advocated for the execution of magicians or known as sahir in Islam. A scholar Shaikh Ashfaque Salafi said, “The correct reliable and majority opinion is that the punishment for a sahir is that the person should be killed”.

The channel also breached the rules in two other instances. In one programme the channel advocates the killing of people who have left Islam. Another programme said that getting underaged girls married was not a problem, even if the law forbids them from doing so.

The licence of Peace TV was held by Lord Production. The company in its defence said that the programme was based on teachings of Islam. It said that its programmes were “derived from a particular religious viewpoint, of which its viewers would be aware, and that such programming includes advice to those viewers as to how to lead their lives. It should therefore not be surprising if, at times, such advice causes offence to different sections of the public”.

Peace TV has already been banned in India and Bangladesh. The speeches made by Zakir Naik were found to be ‘highly objectionable’ by the Government of India. Peace TV has often been used by ISIS recruiters for indoctrination and brainwashing.

Two months ago, the channel was banned in Sri Lanka Days after the Easter Sunday bomb attacks. It’s founder Zakir Naik in spreading hatred between religious groups and for inciting Muslim youth to join in the jihad against non-believers of Islam. He used to use his NGO ‘Islamic Research Foundation’ (IRF) and a TV channel (Peace TV) to air his hate speeches in the country.

The Enforcement Directorate sought a non-bailable warrant against Zakir Naik for being involved in a Rs 193 crore money-laundering case. A special PMLA court has ordered radical Islamist Zakir Naik to physically appear before the court on July 31. Zakir Naik is currently sheltered by the Malaysian government despite repeated requests for extradition.

Netflix launches Rs 199 mobile only India plan

Finally, Netflix has launched a mobile only plan in India priced at Rs 199 per month. Competing with various video streaming platforms like Hotstar, Amazon Prime and Jio TV amongst others, Netflix has also reduced its subscription plan only for mobile and tablet platforms in India.

Netflix’s basic subscription is currently at Rs 500/month which is the most expensive amongst its peers like Amazon Prime (Rs 129/month, Rs 999/year) and Hotstar (Rs 299/month, Rs 999/year). Indian consumers spend about 30% of their time browsing on their phone. They spend around 70% of their data on entertainment.

Hence, to tap into the this growing market, Netflix has reduced plan for mobile users. On the 199/month plan, the user will be able to watch Netflix on one phone or a tablet in standard definition (SD).

Late last year, Netflix had started testing mobile-only subscription to make it more affordable.

‘Aggressiveness shown by govt for Abhinandan was missing then’: Capt Kalia’s kin remembers the braveheart 20 years after Kargil

26th July 2019, will mark 20 years of the Kargil War. On this date, in 1999, India successfully took command of the high outposts which had been lost to Pakistan. Kargil Vijay Diwas- named after the successful Operation Vijay, is celebrated in India on 26 July every year.

The Kargil war took place between May and July of 1999 in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kargil district. The conflict was orchestrated by the then Pakistan army chief General Pervez Musharraf without the knowledge of the then Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Captain Saurabh Kalia (1976–1999) was an officer of the Indian Army who was killed during the Kargil War while being held as a prisoner of war by the Pakistan Army.

As India moves towards commemorating 20 years of the Kargil War, Capt Kalia’s kin while talking to The Indian Express recounted the horrific tales of torture the martyred soldier suffered in hands of the Pakistan army. And while doing so Capt Kalia’s kin asserted that the aggressiveness shown by our government in case of IAF wing commander Abhinandan was missing then.

“There has been no honest and sincere effort by our government to take this up with Pakistan. What other option do we have than writing letters? The aggressiveness shown by our government in case of IAF wing commander Abhinandan was missing then. Now our country is diplomatically stronger. Had this aggressiveness been shown then, they (Pakistan) would not have dared to do what they did to Saurabh,” he said. “People in uniforms also have some human rights, and that is what we are fighting for – Pakistan has to be forced to follow these rules,” said the slain soldier’s younger brother, Vaibhav Kalia, while narrating the dreadful state in which Capt Saurabh Kalia was returned back by the Pakistani government.

“I will never be able to forget the way my brother was returned.” He said what they are fighting for is to ensure that “what happened to Saurabh should not happen with anyone else”.

Captured alive by Pakistan army on May 15, 1999, Capt Kalia was subjected to unprecedented torture. The autopsy report indicated that his body was burnt with cigarettes, eyes gouged out and punctured, bones and teeth are broken, nails clipped, and face assaulted before he was shot dead.

Twenty-two days later, the body returned on June 9, 1999, was mutilated beyond recognition, his family members said.

However, till date, Pakistan denies any kind of torture on Capt Kalia and calls it “Indian propaganda”. And until today, Captain Kalia’s father, N K Kalia (70), is waging a battle to get justice for his son.

While speaking to The Indian Express, Capt Kalia’s father recounts that they have written over 500 letters and emails in these 20 years, however, successive governments in New Delhi have failed to take up the matter with Pakistan for brazenly violating the Geneva Convention, and “continuing to do so even after Saurabh’s case”, said N K Kalia.

“My struggle will not end so long as I am alive. It is not just for my son but the rights of all Prisoners of War (POWs). Why there is none to question this country (Pakistan)? What they did to my son was inhumane, and even after his case, our soldiers have been beheaded,” he said.

In these 20 years, N K Kalia has written to the President of India, successive Prime Ministers, human rights organisations, ambassadors, External Affairs ministers, and even Pakistan PMs. “Except assurances, we got nothing,” he said, adding that successive governments of all political affiliation failed to take up the case “sensitively or seriously”.

He said: “It is just not about my own son; it is about the dignity of armed forces. It is to expose the real face of Pakistan, who have till date not accepted that they tortured and killed him in the most barbaric manner.”

On April 30, 1999, Capt Kalia had last spoken to his mother, Vijay Kalia. “He said, ‘Kahin door posting pe jaa raha hun; koi call ya letter na bhej paoon to chinta mat karna (going for posting at a faraway place; don’t worry if there are no calls or letters)’. My husband is not fighting just for our son. It is about justice for every son. It is about sena ki izzat (the Army’s prestige). We are still hopeful; miracles do happen.”

Capt Kalia’s father furthered: “I have not lost. I have won in exposing the real face of Pakistan. I have exposed them. Lie is in their DNA. They call my son’s torturous death ‘Indian propaganda’. I will not rest until they are dragged to the International Court of Justice and questioned.”

His petition filed before the Supreme Court still remains pending.

To meet an end which still sends shivers up one’s spine, Captain Saurabh Kalia, an officer of 4 Jat Regiment (Infantry), who was posted at Kargil just two months after his commissioning in December 1998, was the one who volunteered along with five other soldiers to go to Bajrang Post at a height of 14,000 feet to check infiltration in Kaksar area.

Captain Saurabh Kalia’s handwritten, detailed accounts from his diary gave an insight into what was unfolding in Kargil in the winter and spring of 1999.

It had a note which said that our “PM, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, had his tour to Pak fixed for 20 Feb 1999 for peace talks but as per information provided to us by BSF that one of Indian post was assaulted by Pak armed forces but Indian troops beat back the attack on them”.

Similarly, another note revealed that on March 2, 1999, “Holi was celebrated at Bde and Bn HQs. Paki greet and wish Holi by firing 180 med arty rounds of fire from 1000 hours to 1600 hours. Tamur and Chor Nala guns were opened up…”

Holding on to the memories of their beloved family member, the family of Captain Saurabh Kalia has made a one-room museum at their home in Saurabh Nagar, in Palampur of Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra district and named it ‘Saurabh Smriti Kaksh’, where they have tried to preserve every memory associated with Capt Kalia. His photographs, diaries, books, uniforms, caps, posters, soil from Bajrang Post, to everything he loved.

Guiding the correspondent of The Indian Express through the room, Parth Kalia, 13, remembered his uncle not only as his family member but as his hero: “He is my role model. He was the first officer to report Pakistani intrusion in Kargil. He was tortured and killed. My grandfather and my father are fighting to get him justice. I still have a lot many questions about the Kargil War…” After a pause, he said, suddenly, “He loved watching birds.”
