Following violance in Sambhal, UP Police is on high alert in several districts and conducting surveillance using drones. Piles of stones were found in Muzaffarnagar and Firozabad that were removed by the police and warnings were issued against such practices.
Some of the attackers also demolished the boundary wall built by Sunil. The number of attackers arriving from the direction of the nearby Dargah is said to be around 150
Sambhal DM Dr Rajendra Anjaneya said that weapons have been recovered during the police investigation. A knife has been found which can be used from both sides.
