"He already stayed that (trial court) order, we have never heard or seen this. Even the Supreme Court asked how can this happen. I believe that court was already prejudiced," Bhardwaj said on stay of Arvind Kejriwal bail plea.

Setting aside the bail granted to Arvind Kejriwal by trial court, Justice Jain said, “The observation by the trial court that voluminous material cannot be considered is unjustified and shows that the trial court has not applied its mind to the material.”

BJP stated that Atishi should protest against the tanker mafia and her party leaders who have taken bribes from the latter.

The Supreme Court questioned the Delhi government over tanker mafias and wastage of water in the national capital.

The Delhi High Court issued notice on a PIL against Sunita Kejriwal and others for violating the Video Conferencing Rules.

The apex court, in a stern remark, said that the AAP government in Delhi has failed to take any action on the water crisis despite the functioning of the 'tanker mafia' in the capital

"He promised us and expected us to vote for him. But now we want our money. Where is our money? People are getting free liquor bottles and here we are struggling to get the money promised. This is injustice. We want justice," the protester said.

The two parties drew a blank in the Lok Sabha polls in the national capital with BJP winning all the seven Lok Sabha seats. While AAP contested four of seven seats, Congress put up candidates on three seats.
