MP High Court nullifies Congress MLA Mukesh Malhotra’s election for non-disclosure of criminal cases, declares BJP candidate Ramniwas Rawat elected

The election petition filed by BJP candidate Ramniwas Rawat alleged Malhotra failed to disclose six criminal cases in Form 26. The Court declared the Vijaypur election void and recognised Rawat as the duly elected MLA.
