2013 Bengaluru blast case: Zulfikar, Shihabuddin, and Bilal among 5 jail inmates booked for assaulting an accused who wished to plead guilty
An accused who wanted to plead guilty in the 2013 Bengaluru BJP office bombing case was allegedly assaulted by five other inmates. The bombing that occurred on April 17, 2013, close to the BJP office in Malleswaram, north Bengaluru, involved up to 25 members of the Al Ummah group, which is banned in Tamil Nadu, and its associates.
