Paper Leak

Yogesh Sonkesariya, a professor at Bharti Agriculture College in Durg, received the question paper in a sealed envelope on 17th August. Instead of opening the envelope, Sonkesariya made a very small hole at the bottom of it. He then inserted an endoscopic camera through the opening and used it to capture images of the question paper inside.

Congress and the Opposition claim to fight for students, but their walkouts and parliamentary theatrics reveal that they are far more interested in weaponising student grievances than actually solving them.

Paper leak incidents have turned India’s high-stakes examinations into a marketplace where money and connections routinely triumph over years of honest effort.

While Abhinav Pandey did talk about the Jharkhand student protest, there was a marked change in intensity. There were no campaigns seeking resignation or pressure on the Hemant Soren government to remove its Education Minister. The overall coverage and the 'call for accountability' was borderline non-existent.

The protesting students have been demanding accountability, transparent recruitment, and major education reforms.
