Talking about using the OpIndia expose to attack Rahul Gandhi, she said that when independent media brings up such facts, she has every right to raise questions on the matter and demand a probe. By accepting that Rahul Gandhi did buy land from H L Pahwa, Congress has vindicated the OpIndia report, she added.

Referring to Rahul Gandhi opposing the Rafale deal, Smriti Irani said it is very sad that Rahul Gandhi was prepared to compromise on the security of the nation only because he had personal interest in the brokerage of defence deals, only for few crumbs.
