Ram Mandir donation scam investigation: CM Yogi says no criminal will be spared, SIT will clear everything

UP CM Yogi Adityanath has stated in a speech that people should not doubt the SIT investigation ordered into the alleged misappropriation of the donations made to the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. He stressed that the SIT probe will clear ‘Doodh ka doodh, Pani ka Pani’ about the donations and the alleged scams.

“I have an appeal for all the Ram Bhakts. Whatever was reported about the alleged scam in the media and as per the request by the Trust, we have constituted an SIT, and the probe has been initiated. The SIT will clarify all facts and find out if anyone was guilty of misappropriation of funds. However, it is my appeal that we should not spread or believe rumours and create needless damage to religious sentiments. If anyone has any proof, please submit it to the SIT. But please do not believe the very same people who never wanted the Ram Mandir built and opposed the struggle for the Temple for decades”, CM Yogi stated.

He further added that the same people who want to gain political mileage from the scam allegations were the same ones who ordered firings on the Karsevaks, stalled the court cases for years and defamed Hindus at every small chance. They even kept the city of Ayodhya deprived of basic facilities when they were in power. “My appeal to Ram Bhakts will be that we should not fall victim to rumours and start believing the very same political powers that were our enemies. Please do not get swayed by them and create rumours. It promises that the SIT will do a thorough job and anyone guilty will not be spared”, CM Yogi added.

CM Yogi was speaking in Ayodhya at an event where he inaugurated a statue of freedom fighter Jhalkari Bai and started various social welfare schemes.
