Neck severed, wrist chopped, body found in mutilated condition: Hindu girl brutally murdered in Bangladesh

The mutilated body of an 11-year-old Hindu girl was found in the Shamshernagar Union in Kamalganj upazila in the Moulvibazar district of Bangladesh. The matter came to light on Thursday (6th February).

According to reports, the victim was identified as Purnima Reli. She was a student of Class IV. The Hindu girl had been missing since Wednesday (5th February). She had reportedly gone out to bring the cattle from the field.

Her dead body was discovered by workers at the Shamshernagar tea garden on the following morning. They immediately notified the police, who recovered the body.

Purnima was covered in blood. Her neck was severed and her wrist was chopped off. The mutilated condition of her body shocked the locals, who have now demanded the immediate arrest of those involved in the brutal murder.
