Rs 20 lakh, iPhones, gold chain: JJD chief Tej Pratap Yadav files complaint accusing his PA of stealing valuables from his house

On 23rd June, Janshakti Janta Dal (JJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav filed a police complaint accusing his personal assistant (PA) Motilal Rai of looting Rs 20 lakh in cash, a gold chain, a ring, 4 iPhones 17 Pro Max, 2 laptops and other items.

Yadav alleged that the accused Motilal Rai stole the listed items and fled from the JJD leader’s house. In the complaint lodged at the Sachivalaya Police Station in Bihar’s Patna, Tej Pratap Yadav claimed that the alleged theft occurred on Monday (22nd June).

“About 11:30 pm on Monday, my driver, Anil Yadav and Vishal, who live with me, saw my personal assistant carrying a bag and fleeing after jumping over the boundary wall of my residence. Both individuals are eyewitnesses to the incident and state that the theft was committed by the PA,” Yadav’s complaint reads.

Yadav alleged that in addition to the cash,  his PA also stole valuables, including a gold chain weighing above 23 gm and a gold ring, electronic gadgets and mobile phones from his residence.
