According to CAG report on Jharkhand govt, 5209 utilization certificates were not submitted by the bodies and authorities against an amount of ₹19,125.88 crore

Delhi CM Rekha Gupta, who also oversees the finance department, will present the CAG report on 'Public Health Infrastructure and Management of Health Services' in the Assembly on Friday.

The policy’s structure encouraged monopolization and cartel formation by limiting the number of wholesalers and imposing exclusivity arrangements between manufacturers and wholesalers.

Speaking to ANI, Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva said, "CAG report is a list of the black deeds of AAP. We had promised the people of Delhi during the elections that whoever has committed corruption will have to answer. Today, we hope that after the speech of LG, when the CAG report will be tabled, all their black deeds will come before the people of Delhi."

The CAG revealed that the policy resulted in a staggering Rs 2,026 crore loss to the public exchequer. Notably, the Odisha government had "not taken any steps to investigate the grades of iron-ore production."

CAG noted that pendency in submitting outstanding Utilisation Certificates could risk the possibility of misappropriation of funds sanctioned by the West Bengal government.
