Congress U-turn

At the time when Congress had actually decided that Rahul would be their PM candidate, Rahul had himself flip-flopped saying he was 'open to options'.

Congress party had used the tragic incidents at Mandsaur to indulge in politics as they had targetted the Shivraj Singh Chouhan's BJP government before the elections claiming that the state government had deliberately attacked farmers at Mandsaur. 

One can only guess what is Congress' actual stand on Sabarimala verdict or is it playing it safe by confounding the public?
