Luthra brothers detained in Thailand after Goa nightclub blaze, handcuff visuals surface as India moves to bring them back

Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, co-owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa where a fire claimed 25 lives, are believed held in Thailand. The Indian government has started efforts to bring them back for trial, including canceling their passports. Goa police have also arrested five club managers amid ongoing investigations.

Police have now asked the CBI's Interpol Division for assistance in tracking down and apprehending the two.
