Sukhbir Singh Badal, the head of the Shiromani Akali Dal and former deputy chief minister of Punjab, was assaulted with a sharp object inside a gurdwara in Maharashtra’s Nanded.
At least six people died, and five were injured after a hollow tree was uprooted near the Gurdwara Manikaran Sahib parking area in Kullu in Himachal Pradesh.
As per a BBC report, on the night of October 14, some people allegedly entered the Gurdwara at night, broke the cash box (gullak) and stole the money. Later when the CCTV footage was checked, the locals identified the deceased victim and caught him.
