As per official information shared by UP ATS, the accused Satyendra was posted at the Indian Embassy in Moscow. He is originally a resident of Hapur.

Reportedly, accused Faizan informed the authorities during questioning after his arrest that one Rizwan Ashraf had made him take the oath of allegiance to ISIS. Subsequently, he along with several others was involved in anti-national activities.

When questioned about the screenshots of such contentious posts, Jibran said that he is upset with the "atrocities against Muslim brothers" and that he reposts the contents of such screenshots on his X handle in order to promote wide and far the inciteful posts amongst his Muslim brothers.

According to information received by OpIndia from special sources, ATS is also looking out for another suspect Harish Farooqui who is being monitored by the NIA (National Investigation Agency) and the Special Cell of Delhi Police.
