The parents stated that the students at the Assembly were made to forcefully offer Namaz and Fathia. The parents amid the massive protest on Wednesday also chanted Hanuman Chalisa and demanded FIR in the case.
"These authorities just acknowledge the letter and take no action. It has been 10 years and the illegal structure still stands there even after the Bombay High Court had directed action against the property", Hindu activists have stated.
On April 4, 2023, the state government was ordered by the high court to implement/notify Rules/Guidelines established by the Chief Justice for providing benefits, including domestic help, to retired judges. However, the court stated on Wednesday that the officers did not comply with the April 4 directive.
Some versions also included that the above act was done with a sword. The woman in question, who died during the riots, and whose foetus was allegedly ripped out, was one Kausar Bano.
