The manual portrays Hindu villages as spiritually hostile. It asks missionaries to pray before entry as it claims Hindu villages are protected by "evil spirits" and at least one Hindu God. It discourages methods that attract suspicion. Instead it suggests trust building and gradual persuasion to move people away from Hindu beliefs.

The bench stated, "The conduct of these witnesses raises doubt in the mind of the court about their witnessing the incident."

On 29th April, Nepal Airlines released a map showing all of Jammu and Kashmir as part of Pakistan and the entire Northeast India as part of China. The post quickly went viral, drawing criticism from Indian social media users, many of whom called out the airline for what they described as a serious and unacceptable error.
