Delhi CM Rekha Gupta hit out at the Aam Aadmi Party, accusing them of having "looted the future of Dalit children" by citing irregularities in the 'Jai Bhim Chief Minister Talent Development Scheme' which was introduced during the AAP regime in Delhi.
