The left-liberal ecosystem's outrage over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the CJI for Ganesh Puja and darshan, alleging a perceived infraction of the separation of powers and a compromise of judicial independence, is completely absurd, Hinduphobic, and hypocritical.
When the three judge bench questioned lapses in the probe into the RG Kar rape and murder case, Kapil Sibal, representing the state, shifted the responsibility onto the parents of the deceased doctor.
"We don't have to go as far as the Marxist socialist interpretation by Justice Krishna Iyer [of Article 39(b) in Ranganatha Reddy case of 1977]. But community resources will surely include resources which the present generation holds in trust brd on inter-generational equity," the CJI said.
The ex-judges pointed to the spread of false theories meant to harm the judiciary's reputation and the "overt and covert attempts to influence judicial outcomes in their favour."
