After the Israel Defence Force warned Palestinians in northern Gaza including Gaza City to evacuate to south, Hamas has asked civilians to not leave

IDF has warned civilians living in northern Gaza to evacuate to the southern part of the strip in just 24 hours.

The spiritual head of Ajmer Dargah was quoted as saying in a statement, "I appeal to the UN and Indian government to immediately intervene and bring hostilities to a halt in Israel and Palestine. The loss of lives of innocent people is unjustified and highly condemnable. It is against the teachings of both Islam and Judaism."

The military operation by IDF was conducted soon after Hamas terrorists launched a deadly attack on Israel and infiltrated into its territory.

UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said, "11 United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) staff and personnel have been killed since Saturday", referring to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees which also runs schools in Gaza.

The Israeli Defence Force (IDF) has constantly maintained that they will continue the operation to flush out the armed groups targeting Israel from the West Bank city of Jenin for “as long as it takes”.
