The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly descended into chaos on Monday after members of the National Conference and its allies protested against the enactment of the Waqf amendment bill

The three victims were last seen at a wedding function about three days ago. They went missing on their way back from the wedding.

Rajdeep Sardesai justified his statement about Engineer Rashid and said: “When I use the word political friend I didn’t invite him home for dinner but he has been very warm to me in terms of explaining….”

A video of the minor victim, currently hospitalised, is going viral on social media. In the video, the minor student (class X) is seen narrating the incident. Explaining the reason why he is in the hospital, he states that his teacher Farooq, and the school principal brutally thrashed him for writing Jai Shri Ram on the blackboard.

Rayees Mattoo said that he waved the Indian flag as the emotions for doing it came from his heart. He categorically asserted that he waved the Indian Tricolour without any pressure from anyone. He further stated that there can’t be a better nation than India, stating “Saare Jahaan se acha, Hindustan hamara”

Enforcement Directorate raided multiple locations, including the house of separatist leader Qazi Yasir and Jammu & Kashmir Salvation Movement chairman Zaffar Bhat.
