Maharashtra government recently withdrew all charges against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh.

The accused, who identifies himself as a 'video creator' on Instagram, published a story denigrating Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and eulogising tyrant Tipu Sultan.

Sadhu Magar said, "Two police personnel are currently accompanying me considering the threats."

The report added that provisions are being made to prevent any law and order situation, which may arise after the Jumma Namaz is conducted. The FIR has been filed under sections 406, 420, 498 A, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3(1)(g), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
