“Placing Guru Granth Sahib does not give immunity”: Punjab and Haryana HC slams state authorities for failing to clear road blocked by protestors
Punjab and Haryana HC said that protesters who misuse the Guru Granth Sahib as a "shield" to demand the release of Sikh prisoners cannot be granted any immunity.
