Train derail

In conversation with OpIndia, Vivek Tiwary, one of the content creators at MVS Films talked about the viral videos which have triggered Islamists. Speaking about the “Rail Jihad” video, Vivek said that it was based on the revelations made by the NIA and UP ATS that a Madarsa in Jhansi giving training to Muslim students to derail trains.

According to Western Railway, Vadodara Division unidentified people opened the fishplate and some keys from the UP line track and put them on the same track near the Kim railway station. However, service was soon restored.

A loco pilot averted a major train derailment and loss of life by promptly applying emergency brakes after the goods train he was operating collided with motorcycle scrap placed on the railway track in Rajasthan’s Baran district. 

Dev Singh and his neighbour Mohan Kumar confessed to their crime of attempting to derail a train in Farrukhabad. Singh's father, Kamlesh Kumar, is a prominent farmers' leader in the region.

The call for derailing trains in India comes at a time when investigations have revealed deliberate mischief by miscreants to derail trains and cause harm to passengers.

The CPRO emphasised that the cement block was deliberately placed on the track to cause an accident.

As per the reports, the railway police were informed that the alloy wheel was placed on the rail route of the Delhi-Kanpur freight corridor. The police immediately reached the spot and took down the wheel.
