Both Sunil and Rajat have reportedly confessed to accepting a ₹30 lakh contract to kill Mohini Tomar. The contract was given by advocate Mustafa Kamil and his sons.

This forgery includes identification certificates of people from several states of India, along with people from neighboring countries including Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal.
