28-year-old Gurugram man who flashed his genitals at woman in Delhi metro arrested

On Wednesday, one Rashmi Singh Rana took to Twitter to narrate her ordeal where she alleged that a man had flashed his genitals at him inside the metro.

A 28 year old engineer from Gurugram who had allegedly flashed his genitals at a woman in Delhi metro has been arrested on Saturday. The official Twitter account of Delhi Metro issued a statement that the suspect was tracked using the phone number he had used for an online payment for his card.


On Wednesday, one Rashmi Singh Rana took to Twitter to narrate her ordeal where she alleged that a man had flashed his genitals at her inside the metro.


She narrated how the man allegedly suddenly turned to her and flashed his genitals at her before moving to other side of the coach to alight the metro.

The accused is 28-year-old Abhilash Kumar, a resident of sector 22 in Gurugram. He is a civil engineer and works in a private firm. The issue is currently under investigation by the police.
