Uttarakhand: Resort owned by son of ex-BJP minister Pulkit Arya bulldozed on CM Dhami’s orders, was arrested for murder of receptionist Ankita Bhandari

A day after Uttarakhand police arrested Pulkit Arya, son of a former BJP minister, and two employees of a resort he owns, on charges of the murder of Ankita Bhandari, a 19-year-receptionist, authorities started the process of demolition of Vanatara Resort in Rishikesh, which is owned by Pulkit Arya.

Abhinav Kumar, Special Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister informed that the process of the demolition of the resort was being carried out on the orders of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

Following the murder of Ankita Bhandari, Uttarakhand Chief Minister directed district magistrates to take necessary action against all the illegally running resorts in the state.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister directed an examination into all state resorts. He stated that information about the working conditions of employees at hotels, resorts, and guest homes throughout the state should be obtained and that complaints in this respect should be treated seriously.

Yesterday (September 23), following the arrest of the three persons in the case of Ankita Bhandari, CM Dhami assured that the strictest punishment will be given for such crimes. “Today, the Director General of Police in the Secretariat has been instructed to take strict action regarding the Rishikesh incident. Whoever has committed this heinous crime will be punished severely. Police are doing their job. Justice will be ensured to the victim,” he said.

ANI quoted CM Dhami as saying, “It’s unfortunate. Police is working, they have done their work for making the arrests. Strictest punishment would be given for such heinous crimes, whoever be the criminal.”

Ankita Bhandari murder

On Friday, September 23, the Uttarakhand Police arrested three persons in the case of Ankita Bhandari who had gone missing five days ago from a resort in Pauri district. The three arrested persons have been identified as Pulkit Arya who is the son of former state minister Vinod Arya, resort manager Ankit, and another person named Saurabh.

According to the reports, Ankita worked as a receptionist in the Yamkeshwar Vidhan Sabha’s Ganga Bhojpur resort named Vanantra resort which is owned by Pulkit Arya. She was reported missing five days ago. However, the police launched an investigation after the girl’s family reported a missing case and feared murder. The culprits have informed police that Ankita was murdered after an argument with her as she was refusing the demand of the resort owner for sexual favour for himself and his guests in the resort.

The police interrogated the three accused who confirmed that Ankita Bhandari had been murdered. According to ASP Shekhar Suyal, the three accused murdered the girl and threw her in the Rishikesh Chila barrage.

So far, the police have not recovered the dead body of the girl and are investigating the case.

After instigating Islamist violence against Hindus in Leicester, Mohammed Hijab plays victim, blames Hindus instead

Islamist scholar Mohammed Hijab, who was seen inciting Muslims against Hindus in Leicester in UK, now have come forward to blame Hindus and Hindutva for the violence where Hindus were attacked by Islamists and Hindu temples were vandalised. After role of Md Hijab in the violence was questioned, he released a press release today, where he attributed the Leicester violence to the alleged rise in radicalised right-wing extremism among Hindus in the UK.

He said that “there is growing evidence that sections of the British public have been radicalised by the extremist movement known as Hindutva. Hindutva is a form of fascist, right-wing extremism that advocates for the hegemony of Hindus and Hinduism.”

He further added, “This leads to the othering and dehumanising of non-Hindus, which inevitably results in violence. This is exactly what has been happening in India today and this extremist ideology has arrived in our country.”

Blaming Hindus for the violence where Hindus were attacked by Islamists after Indians celebrated the victory of India against Pakistan in a cricket match during Asia Cup 2022, Hijab wrote, “some sections of the Hindu community in the UK, in particular Leicester, have adopted this extremist ideology and it has been responsible for community conflict and aggression against non-Hindus, in particular vulnerable Muslim women.”

All the claims of involvement of Hindutva extremists have been debunked already, but still, the Islamists continue to peddle the allegation. Charlotte Littlewood, Former Counter Extremism Coordinator for UK govt, earlier today said that she was duped by people who claimed RSS hand behind the violence.

“Todays search for RSS terrorists in Leicester sent me on a mad goose chase in which I conclude they are not terrorists. And they are not in Leicester. Bravo Islamists that sent us all on a witch hunt whilst they stand behind us in balaclavas with knives,” she tweeted.

Charlotte Littlewood said on Times Now that there is not a shred of evidence that there was a Hindu nationalist extremist march in Leicester, in response to which Islamists had come out to defend themselves, as being claimed by the Islamists. She said that there is evidence that there was an Islamist-inspired march against Hindus in Leicester, in response to which the Hindus had come out in a peaceful march in collaboration with police.

She confirmed that the houses and vehicles of Hindus were attacked and that she has evidence like photographs and videos of the same. Charlotte Littlewood also said that some Hindus have left Leicester and have not come back after Islamists had claimed on social media that they are RSS members. She also said that when police interrogated some suspected RSS extremist members, they said don’t even know what RSS is.

She informed that houses and vehicles of Hindus were identified with the presence of Hindu religious symbols like photos of Ganesh. Charlotte Littlewood further said that there is no evidence of presence of any extremist group of RSS in the UK.

She also cited screenshots of messages circulated in Islamist groups where they were seen planning and organising attacks on Hindus and saying that they will drive out Hindus from Leicester the way Hindus were expelled from Kashmir.

Littlewood further informed that UK Police have debunked various claims made by Islamists against Hindus, like the claim that a mosque was attacked and a Muslim girl was abducted by Hindus, and the police have appealed to people to stop spreading misinformation.

Today Charlotte Littlewood posted an update on the situation in Leicester, where she said that Hindus in the city have self-imposed a curfew on themselves in fear of attack by Islamists. She wrote, “As the rest of the UK media continues to hunt for Britain’s Hindu terrorists the Hindu community of Leicester have closed their businesses, closed their temple and will have a self-imposed curfew. They feel it is not ok to be Hindu here.”

In support of the claim that the violence was the work of RSS, Islamists had used visuals of the buses of an Indian near a Hindu temple and people holding BJP flag in front of a bus. It was claimed that a Hindu temple in London was sending busloads of RSS supporters to Leicester to attack Muslims.

This claim also has been thoroughly debunked. Yatin Bhimani, the owner of the Coach company Angel Tours, has clarified that his buses always stop near the Hindu temple on Ealing Road in London as it is a well-known place and has a place for a bus. He also said that on September 17th, his bus stopped there for a longer duration as the bus was facing some trouble. His claims were supported by The Guardian journalist Aina Khan, who posted the GPS log of the bus which showed that the bus didn’t go to Leicester on that day.

On the question of people holding a BJP flag near his bus, Bhimani said that a group of people had hired his coach to go to Glasgow to see Narendra Modi addressing the UN Climate Change Conference last year, and during the trip the photo was taken which was uploaded on Bhimani’s Facebook account. The coach company owner said that his buses have not gone to Leicester in the last 2 months, and denied any link with RSS or BJP.

Despite all this evidence showing that there was no extremist RSS hand behind the Leicester violence, Islamists like Mohammed Hijab are still trying to blame ‘extremist Hindutva’ for the violence, to protect the Islamists who are the real culprit behind the situation. Indian leftist portals are also giving such Islamists a platform to spread their anti-Hindu propaganda.

Islamist Ali Dawah peddles debunked conspiracy theory of ‘busloads of RSS workers went to Leicester’ to blame Hindus, bus owner refutes allegation

Amidst the ongoing violence in Leicester in England’s East Midlands region, Islamist scholar Ali Dawah tried to mainstream the conspiracy theory that RSS workers came in droves to stoke communal tensions in the area.

In a video published on his YouTube channel on Friday (September 23), Ali caught up with Yatin Bhimani, owner of a Coach company, to seek clarification about a conspiracy theory that his co-religionist has been peddling for the past 5 days.

Yatin, who hails from India, owns a fleet of 4 buses and runs a travel agency by the name of ‘Angel Tours.’ Islamists had accused the agency of ferrying RSS workers to Muslim areas in Leicester and creating a law and order situation with the help of a Hindu temple in Ealing. Islamists had been using videos of one of the buses of the company near a Hindu temple and a photograph of a group of people holding a BJP in front of a bus of the company to claim that Bhimani is linked with Hindu groups.

Yatin Bhimani refuted all the allegations and explained the visuals saying that they hare not linked with the Leicester violence. The humble Hindu man informed Ali at the very onset that his buses have not been operating in Leicester for the past 2 months. He pointed out that the Ealing Road temple, where his bus was stationed, is being used as a pickup point by his travel agency since 2009.

Bhimani said that he has no link with the Hindu temple on Ealing Road in London, but his buses are parked near the temple to pick up and drop off passengers as it is a well-known place and there is enough place to park a bus. Morever, on 17th September the bus stopped there for a longer duration as there were some faults with the coach, and a mechanic was called to rectify the issue. The Guardian journalist Aina Khan has also confirmed the claim and posted GPS log of the bus showing that it didn’t go to Leicester on that day.

He dismissed conspiracy theories of transporting rioters and anti-social elements, both directly and indirectly. On being asked about the picture of his bus with men holding a BJP flag, Yatin said, “It was the time of Covid-19. Our industry had suffered a lot. A group of men wanted to go to Glasgow and welcome PM Modi for G-20 summit. I took them on the trip.” He informed that the photo is from last year, when a group of people had booked the bus to go to Glasgow to see PM Narendra Modi addressing the UN Climate Change Conference.

The travel agency owner also informed that people got hold of the picture from his Facebook profile, where he had written how his ‘Angel Tours’ facilitated the journey of Indians for an event attended by PM Modi. As the photo was taken from his Facebook account, the Islamists knew that the photo is old, but still used it to peddle propaganda against Hindus.

Ali Dawah shrewdly used the interview to rant about the ‘greatness’ of his Faith and how it supposedly emphasises the principle of justice. He also claimed that Muslims were provoked by Hindutva goons and how a mosque was burnt down, despite the fact that the Leicester police had debunked the fake news.

Ali used his dominating personality to make sweeping statements like the supposed involvement of PM Modi in anti-Muslim violence in India. He also tried to put words in the mouth of Yatin and forced him to condemn Modi and RSS.

“If anyone commits violence against Muslims, Christians or Hindus, then, I condemn them,” Yatin said. While the Islamist was able to convince his naive followers that he believed in inter-faith dialogue, Ali Dawah’s attempt at setting agenda in favour of Islamists did not miss the experienced eye.

The origins of the conspiracy theory

On September 18, a Twitter user named aart123 posted a 1-minute long video, alleging that a bus belonging to Angel Tours have been ferrying ‘masked Hindutva thugs’ to Leicester. It also claimed that the supposed mobilisation of Hindus was being done at the behest of a Hindu temple.

Soon after, Islamists dug out a year-old picture which showed a group of BJP supporters, standing in front of an Angel Tours’ bus’. “This is the coach in Leicester Angel Tours belonging to Ealing Temple London and the group openly supports BJP,” wrote one Ash.

The left-wing propaganda news outlet, The Wire, further amplified the disinformation with the aid of a Uk-based author named Amrit Wilson.

Quoting Wilson, The Wire journalist Sumedha Pal tweeted, “Coach Loads of RSS supporters went to Leicester to provoke conflict which can then be used in India to further Islamophobia & strengthening the narrative of Hindu victimisation.”

Aide of Ali Dawah incites Muslims to attack Hindus

Earlier on September 19, Islamist scholar, Mohammed Hijab, was seen mocking Hinduism and inciting Muslims to attack the adherents of the Dharmic faith. Hijab is an aide and long-term associate of Ali Dawah.

“When I was on social media, I saw these people (Hindus) getting brave. How come today it is like pin drop silence?” the British Egyptian scholar was heard as saying in a viral video. He claimed that no Hindus were in sight after realising that Muslim mobs were coming at them in hordes.

“Cause they (Hindus) fear us when they are near us”, responded an Islamist from the crowd. Pumped by the support of the like-minded people in the crowd, Hijab said, “Deep down, they know we got the truth. If you want respect, then, learn to respect.”

“If they (Hindus) believe in reincarnation, what a humiliation of them to be reincarnated into some pathetic, weak, cowardly people like that,” the Islamist went on an anti-Hindu tirade.

“Hindutva (Hindus), you are trying to act like gangsters…Don’t ever come out like that again (referring to the protests by Hindus in Leicester). Do you understand? Are they going to come out again?” he continued his threats.

Amidst the war cry of Allah hu Akbar, Mohammed Hijab cautioned that he and his supporters would be there if Hindus dared to protest against the violence, committed by his co-religionists.

‘Customs and rituals of a particular community systematically targeted’: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari moves Supreme Court against ban on firecrackers

BJP leader Manoj Tiwari has filed a Public Interest Litigation at the Supreme Court challenging the ban on firecrackers during Diwali. He has sought directions from the court for use of permissible firecrackers during the Hindu festival, and pleaded to lift the blanket ban on the sale, purchase and usage of firecrackers in Delhi and other states.

The apex court has agreed to list the matter on 10th October after advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha mentioned the petition before CJI. In the PIL filed under Article 32, Manor Tiwari has argued that the people are being harassed for celebrating Diwali, which is one of the most important festivals of Diwali.

It states that despite a clear order of the Supreme Court refusing a blanket ban on firecrackers, the Delhi government has announced a blanket ban on storage, sale and use of all types of firecrackers with immediate effect in the capital till 01.01.2023. In order to implement the blanket ban, the Delhi government has also announced to make plans with Delhi Police, DPCC and Revenue Department, which may include FIR against common people for selling and/or using fire-crackers during festive seasons like Deepawali, Chhath, Durga-Puja, etc just like last year.

According to the PIL, this harassment will violate the Freedom of Expression and employment (Article 19), the Right to life (Article 21) of people at large, and will also infringe on freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion of people at large (Article 25).

“It is also the responsibility of Petitioner under fundamental duties (Article 51A) to file this petition so to guide the country in a positive framework and avoid it from getting in the Dark Age where customs and rituals of a particular community were systematically targeted”, the petition further states.

While only the Delhi government has announced a ban on firecrackers this year so far, all other states and union territories have been made respondents in the PIL. Because multiple states had imposed such bans last year, and it is likely that they will announce such measures this year also.

The PIL also said that the SC was moved instead of respective state governments because this issue comes up every year, and there is continuous confusion not only among the masses but also with the administration regarding the usage and ban on the fire-crackers. “There is a regular misunderstanding with regards to the permissible and banned fire-crackers in India resulting in various state governments and their officials passing multiple guidelines/orders which at times go against the orders of this Hon’ble Court,” the petition said.

The petition further said that not just states, even courts have gone against the Supreme Court order of not imposing a blanket ban on firecrackers, as the Calcutta High Court had banned all firecrackers, including green firecrackers, last year. It states that different states issue different orders regarding firecrackers under different sections of various laws, which is confusing for people to understand whether the firecrackers are allowed or not.

The PIL by BJP MP Major Tiwari further adds that in 2021, instead of making proper arrangements for the celebration of Diwali and other Hindu festivals, the state governments had slapped people with FIRs and curfews.

“In the name of Right to life, freedom of religion cannot be taken away and that a balance has to struck,” the PIL argues.

It also notes that on 1st September, Delhi police had issued advertisement for issuance of temporary license to sell firecrackers, but they were forced to withdraw it after the Arvind Kejriwal govt announced the blanket ban.

The PIL further seeks answers to several questions, which are:

  1. Whether there is a complete ban on the crackers?
  2. Whether states and High Courts can put a blanket ban on the firecrackers at a time when this Hon’ble Court has refused to do the same?
  3. Whether there could be coercive actions like FIR against the common people for the usage of firecrackers?
  4. Whether there could be coercive actions like FIR lodged against the common people/small seller for selling of firecrackers?
  5. Whether state has the responsibility to allow the citizens to celebrate their festivals peacefully without any fear?
  6. Whether state can put unreasonable restrictions like curfew and Section 144 CrPC during a festival of masses?
  7. Whether state has the responsibility to curb pollution through other measures?
  8. Whether Apex Court being guardian of the Constitution is responsible to protect the future of India and look into this matter?

The petition cites the Supreme Court’s order which said that there is no total ban on use of firecrackers. The court had said that only those firecrackers will be banned which are found to be injurious to health and affecting the health of the citizens.

Therefore, the PIL seeks that the Supreme Court issue fresh guidelines on sale, purchase and use of firecrackers, not to take any coercive action for sale of use of permissible firecrackers during festivals, order states to take necessary measures to reduce the pollution.

The issue of a ban on firecrackers appears every year ahead of Diwali, blaming the Hindu festival for the grave air pollution faced by Delhi and neighbouring areas during the fall season. Every year Diwali is targeted despite studies showing that the festival’s contribution to air pollution is negligible and temporary, while the major causes are stubble burning by farmers in nearby states, vehicles and construction activities, weather patterns and the geographical location of the area.

Uttarakhand: 3 including former BJP minister’s son, resort manager arrested for the murder of Ankita Bhandari, killed for refusing to ‘service’ resort clients

0

On Friday, the Uttarakhand Police arrested three persons in the case of Ankita Bhandari who had gone missing five days ago from a resort in Pauri district. The three arrested persons have been identified as Pulkit Arya who is the son of former state minister Vinod Arya, resort manager Saurabh Bhaskar, and another person named Ankit Gupta.

The culprits have informed police that Ankita was murdered after an argument with her as she was refusing to the demand of the resort owner for sexual favour for himself and his guests in the resort.

The police interrogated the three accused who confirmed that Ankita Bhandari had been murdered. According to ASP Shekhar Suyal, the three accused murdered the girl and threw her in the Rishikesh Chila barrage. “The SDRF team is conducting a search operation and is reducing the water in the Rishikesh Chila barrage to recover the dead body”, he said.

Reportedly, Pulkit Arya was forcing Ankita Bhandari to ‘service’ clients, which means she was being forced to become a prostitute for the resort customers, and she was refusing this demand. This led to a confrontation between the two, which escalated after Ankita told about Pulkit’s demands to other staff of the resort.

On September 18, Pulkit Arya, his friend Ankit Gupta and resort manager Saurabh Bhaskar took Ankita out for a chat to resolve the issue. They went to Rishikesh on bikes, with Ankita riding pillion with Pulkit. They stopped at an isolated dark place, where they drank liquor. Their Pulik Arya and Ankita Bhandari started arguing about the matter, with Pulit being angry that she had told others about his demands to others. Saurabh Bhaskar said that the argument led to a physical fight between the two, and Ankita threw Pulkit’s phone in the river during this fight. Angry over this, Pulkit pushed her into the river, presumably killing her.

After the incident, the rest of the group returned to the resort and pretended that nothing has happened. On the same night, they went to Haridwar, and from there Pulkit called the resort asking to talk to Ankita, to establish an alibi that he was not present when the girl went missing. When the resort staff told him that she is not around, he himself called the Revenue Police to report that the girl is missing.

So far, the police have not recovered the dead body of the girl and are investigating the case. Reportedly, after the arrest of Pulkit Arya who is the son of former state minister Vinod Arya, Renu Bisht, MLA of Yamkeshwar, and SDM Yamkeshwar Laxman arrived at the Jhula police station. The investigation will be completed soon, the police confirmed.

According to the reports, the family of the girl had filed a missing report complaint at the Revenue Police first but unfortunately, no action was taken by the Police. The matter was then immediately shifted from Revenue Police to Regular Police after the District Magistrate of Pauri intervened.

The girl had joined as a receptionist at the resort on August 28 and was abducted on September 18. The family of the girl claimed that the resort’s owner, management, and employees were involved in Ankita’s abduction because the resort’s CCTV cameras were also found vandalized. Yamkeshwar MLA Renu Bisht however has stated that Arya has been taken into custody only for interrogation. “This is an unfortunate incident. Whoever is guilty shall not escape. The Police shall investigate the case thoroughly”, he said.

The Father of the arrested accused, Vinod Arya meanwhile said that his son is innocent and that he knows nothing about the incident. “The girl had come for 15-20 days of the job. The truth behind this incident is not known yet. We will cooperate with the police”, he added.

The police have arrested the three and registered a case under several sections including murder. The matter is being investigated further. Kotdwar SDM Pramod Kumar said that the documents of the resort are also being examined. If this resort has been made against the rules, then action will be taken on that too, he said.

After relying on ISIS supporter’s version on Leicester violence, The Wire gives platform to Islamist who claims it was provoked by RSS

Ever since Islamists launched an attack on Hindus in Leicester in UK just because some Indians had celebrated India’s win over Pakistan in a cricket match in Asia Cup 2022, left-liberals and Islamists have been working overtime to convince everyone that it was Hindus who had started the violence. They have been blaming RSS and other Hindu organisations for the violence, even when videos show Muslims chanting ‘Allahu Akbar’ marching on the streets, attacking Hindu temples.

In such an attempt to whitewash the crime of Muslims, the leftist portal The Wire interviewed UK-based author and journalist Amrit Wilson, who claimed that the violence was provoked by RSS. In the interview, Wilson claimed that coachloads of RSS supporters were brought to Leicester from other places in UK to provoke trouble and conflict. She claimed that this was done with the objective of ‘strengthening the narrative that Hindus are victims.’

She claimed that RSS is working towards creating the narrative of Hinduphobia, to label any criticism of PM Narendra Modi as anti-Hindu. The journalist also claimed that RSS has closed links with Zionist organisations, and is following the strategy of Zionists to label any criticism of Israel as antisemitic.

Essentially, Amrit Wilson was trying to claim that the entire violence was planned and executed by Hindutva organisations, and gave a completely clean chit to Muslims who attacked Hindus, their homes and temples. However, this was not surprising, because she is known to be part of anti-India groups in the UK, and therefore, she made completely false statements to blame Hindus for the violence.

As the Stop Hindu Hate Advocacy Network (SHHAN) has pointed out, Amrit Wilson is a founding member of the South Asia Solidarity Group (SASG) based in Britain, a group with openly anti-India bias. Its social media accounts are filled with anti-India, anti-BJP and anti-RSS comments.

SASG has organised a protest against BJP and RSS in front of the Indian High Commission in London today. They said that the protest “for peace & unity has been called in response campaign by the BJP, VHP, HSS & other Hindutva groups active in the UK to promote violent conflict in the South Asian community in Leicester”.

They claimed that “large numbers of masked, hooded men marched thru a largely Muslim area shouting Jai Shri Ram, slogan used by Hindu supremacist mobs linked to Modi’s govt while attacking Muslims in India.”

By now there is enough evidence to prove that Islamists were behind the violence who attacked Hindus, some of which were captured on video. But still this South Asia Solidarity Group is attempting to paint Hindus as the villains in the case. And the group’s founder Amrit Wilson has been given a platform by The Wire to spread anti-Hindu propaganda.

Amrit Wilson is also part of the group that claims that India is the aggressor in Kashmir. She uses the red dot as her Twitter display picture, the image that is by separatists in Kashmir. After article 370 was scrapped by the Modi government, separatists had started to use the red dot as their display pictures on Twitter, and also used the hashtag #RedForKAshmir. Amrit Wilson is using the same red dot on her Twitter account with the word Kashmir written on it, clearly indicating her support for the Pakistan-sponsored separatist movement.

Amrit Wilson describes herself as a Marxist, and all others associated with South Asia Solidarity Group are associated with leftist ideology. Moreover, her South Asia Solidarity Group has collaborated with Islamic groups with terror connections. In 2017, she participated in a conference organised by UK-based Islamic Human Rights Commission, which is linked to Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran. IHRC is a pro-terrorist and anti-Semitic group that supports Jihadi terror organisations like Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Taliban etc.

Some of the claims made by Wilson have already been debunked, like the claim that coachloads of RSS supporters were shifted to Leicester from other cities in UK for the violence. The origin of the claim was visuals of a bus belonging to Angel Tours parked on Ealing Road in Wembley, which was circulated with the claim that the bus was transporting Hindu activists to Leicester. People found that Angel Tours is registered a man named Yatin Bhimani, and its office address mentions a Hindu temple on Ealing Road, and claimed that the company’s buses were used to carry Hindus.

Apart from attending their conferences, Amrit Wilson also regularly writes for IHRC attacking Hindutva and RSS. She had written for the Islamic group that RSS is modelled on Mussolini’s Black Shirts and inspired by the Nazis.

Even before Narendra Modi was elected as PM of India, Amrit Wilson had started a hate campaign against him. She claims that South Asians in the USA were never part of working-class like they were in the UK, and Indian Americans are influenced by ‘virulent anti-black hatred and casteism of Hindutva’.

Therefore, Amrit Wilson and her group with South Asia Solidarity Group has deep links with Islamist organisations that are linked with terror organisations. Therefore, it is no doubt that she and her group want to blame Hindus for the attack on Hindus by Islamists in UK. And continuing with its anti-India agenda, The Wire gives a platform to such Hinduphobes.

But Guardian journalist Aina Khan has debunked the claim with proofs like GPS logs of the bus. She said that the tour company’s address mentions the Hindu temple as a landmark, so that the customers of the company can easily reach it. Aina J. Khan posted GPS tracking log of the bus to show that it travelled to Southampton and the Isle of White on September, the day it was alleged to have gone to Leicester with Hindus. But the bus didn’t go there on that day.

She said that people assumed the bus was carrying Hindus to Leicester for violence just because it was parked outside a Hindu temple on Ealing Road in London. Khan talked Bhimani who informed her he always parks the near the temple to pick up and drop passengers, and on 17th, it was there for around 2 hours due to some fault with the coach. A mechanic who attended the problem also confirmed the same to the Guardian journalist.

A photograph showing Bhimani’s bus with a group of people in front of it holding a BJP flag was also shared to claim that the bus was carrying Hindus for violence. But Aina Khan pointed out that the photograph is old, from last year, when a group of people had booked the bus to go to Glasgow to see PM Narendra Modi addressing the UN Climate Change Conference. In fact, the photo was taken from Bhimani’s Facebook account.

Yatin Bhimani also appeared for an interview with a YouTuber where he narrated the entire timeline of the coach in question on that day, and said that the particular bus has not visited Leicester for last two months. He explained that he has no relation with the temple, and his buses make a stop outside the temple just because of convenience, as it is a well-known place, and there is enough place to park a bus. He said that as he does not have an office, his four coaches use similar public places to pick up and drop passengers.

Regarding the photograph showing his bus with people carrying BJP flag, Bhimani said that the photo is a year old and it just shows a group of people hiring his bus. He said it is his business to give his coaches on rent, and there is nothing wrong if supporters of PM Modi hire his coach.

Amrit Wilson made the baseless allegations of coachloads of Hindus being transported to Leicester to further her anti-Hindu and anti-Modi narrative, which was carried by the Wire.

Howver, Wilson is not the first Islamist to be used by Wire to blame Hindus for the Leicester violence. Earlier they had used claims of terror sympathiser Majid Freeman to blame Hindus for the attack on Hindus by Islamists in the UK.

Prayagraj: Mashook, Wasim and Jakaria molest a girl in front of her fiancé, 2 absconding, 1 arrested after the video went viral

0

A case of brutal sexual harassment of a young woman has come to light in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. On Wednesday, three youths Wasim, Jakaria, and Mashook stopped the girl and her fiancé. The perpetrators then held the girl forcefully and brutally molested her.

The victim’s fiancé had begged the accused to let them go. The victim was heard in the video telling the molesters, “Talk to Papa, I’m engaged to him.” In the viral video, the fiance of the girl is seen holding the feet of the attackers, begging them to let the girl go.

According to reports, the man came to the village to meet his fiancée. While the duo were speaking, the accused approached the couple and started harassing the girl. The police have identified three perpetrators in the case. The accused are Mau residents. Prayagraj Police SSP Shailesh Kumar Pandey said, “The matter has come to notice. An investigation is underway. The accused will be nabbed soon. Strict action will be taken against the accused.”

Soon after Prayagraj Police took to Twitter to give an update on the case. The police informed that an accused Mashook who is a resident of Sisai Sipah village has been arrested.

Police also assured that all the accused will be arrested soon.

This case comes days after the horrific rape and murder of two Dalit girls in Uttar Pradesh’s Lakhimpur Kheri.

On September 15, the Uttar Pradesh Police arrested six people, Junaid, Sohail, Arif, Hafiz, Karimuddin, and Chhotu (Gautam), for sexually assaulting and brutally murdering two juvenile Dalit girls in the Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh. According to the police officer investigating the matter, the accused Junaid was shot in the leg while attempting to flee during his detention.

According to reports, the crime occurred on September 14, when two accused, Sohail and Junaid, dragged two Dalit girls, ages 15 and 17, to a sugarcane field and brutally raped them. The girls were then brutally murdered and hanged from a tree by the rapists and their friends.

Birmingham: Islamist who threatened Hindus and said ‘Muslims were ready to deal with Hindus’ arrested, interrogation underway says Coventry Police

On Friday, the Birmingham police arrested a 37-year-old Islamist, Shaykh Muhammad Abdul Jabbar, for publishing inappropriate content on social media and inciting religious hatred against Hindus amid the ongoing Islamist attacks on the Hindu community in the UK, particularly in Leicester and Birmingham. The Coventry Central Police stated that it was searching for the suspect after he posted a video in which he used derogatory language for Hindus and called them ‘terrorists’.

“We’d been searching for him after over a social media video containing threats and derogatory language was posted. The man handed himself into officers this morning and will be questioned in due course”, the Police tweeted.

The now arrested Shaykh Muhammad Abdul Jabbar had earlier posted a video in which he had threatened the Hindu community people. He had also used derogatory language toward the Hindus and had attempted to incite religious hatred. “They (Hindus) are dirty and are showing us Muslims in the bad picture. If they attack, you (Muslims) have the right to defend yourselves. The Police are also protecting the Hindus”, he roughly said inciting the Islamists.

He also addressed a message for Hindus saying, “We don’t care where you are from. You are coming to our area. We are people who are from Birmingham who will eat you alive. You bring your boys and if you want to attack Muslims, we will defend ourselves and give you what you deserve”. The 37-year-old also called Hindus ‘terrorists’ and ‘weak, pathetic individuals’. “We are ready to deal with you (Hindus)”, he threatened.

The video that went viral over social media was recognized by the West Midlands Police. “We never accept or tolerate social media attacks on anyone simply for being who they are. Hate crimes will be looked into and we will pursue the offenders with vigour”, the Police tweeted.

The Coventry Police however today arrested the individual and charged him under the relevant sections of the law. The Hindu community in the UK, particularly in Leicester and Birmingham, is under attack by the Islamists. What initially appeared to be a clash between the two communities following the T20 match between India and Pakistan, where the latter lost, turned out to be a well-planned and well-organized attack on Hindus, their homes, businesses, and properties in Leicester. Several arrests were made by the Police following the attack on Hindus in the city.

Later, calls were made by the “Islamist influencers” to gather in Birmingham to circle a Hindu temple to mark a “peaceful protest” against an event where Sadhvi Ritambhara was scheduled to appear. Despite the event being postponed a week before the scheduled date, the Islamists circled the Hindu temple, hurled abuses, and threatened to attack Hindus if they were followers of BJP and RSS.

Hindu community seriously concerned about safety: UK lawmaker Bob Blackman sounds alarm in Parliament over Islamist attacks in Leicester

Amidst the ongoing anti-Hindu attacks in Leicester, British MP Bob Blackman has come forward in support of the community.

While addressing the Parliament on Thursday (September 22)”, he said, “I condemn the violent attacks on Hindu temples in Leicester and Smethwick, only just night. Next week, the Hindu festival of Navaratri begins.”

“The Hindu community in this country are seriously concerned about their safety in going about their celebrations,” Blackman continued. He also sought details from the new Home Secretary about the arrangements being made to ensure that the Hindu community could celebrate their religion in peace.

Bob Blackman is a Conservative Party politician and a member of the UK Parliament from the Harrow East constituency. Known as the ‘Friend of India’, he talks frequently about the exodus of Kashmiri Hindus. He often exposes Pakistan-sponsored terror through his tweets.

Blackman was felicitated with the Padma Shri Award in January 2020. In January last year, he tabled a motion in the UK Parliament, commemorating the 31st anniversary of the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley.

The motion expressed deep sadness over the violence perpetrated by the cross-border Islamic terrorists in January 1990 against the Kashmiri Pandit community.  He expressed his condolences to the families of Kashmiri Pandits, who were mercilessly killed, raped, and injured during the exodus.

The motion also reiterated that families of Kashmiri Pandits had to flee their homeland to avoid persecution at the hands of the Islamists.

Congress is trying to pull another stunt, like the one they pulled when Sonia Gandhi ‘sacrificed’ the PM chair in 2004

In a dramatic manoeuvre to combat the existential crisis, the Congress party has declared that no one from the Gandhi family will run for the post of the President of the age-old party. This comes after Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot declared that Rahul Gandhi has indicated unequivocally that no member of the Gandhi family should be the next chief.

On Wednesday, CM Gehlot expressed his intention to continue as the CM of Rajasthan even if he is elected as the chief of the Congress party. However, he gave up on his plan as Rahul Gandhi has made it clear that one person will hold a single post in the party. The confirmation of Gehlot has contributed to the bustle around the Rajasthan chief minister’s office, which the senior politician may be required to leave in accordance with the party’s Chintan Shivir reforms, which called for “one party, one post.”

“I have requested Rahul Gandhi multiple times to accept everyone’s proposal of becoming the Congress President. He made it clear that no one from the Gandhi family should become the next chief,” he added.

This does not sound strange that even to contest in the elections and present candidature, advice is sought from the Gandhi family only. Rahul Gandhi is the one who has decided that no one from his family is going to contest for the post. The Gandhi family is, apparently, taking all decisions in the party including the decision that they will not take any decisions in the party.

The decision that no member of the Gandhi family will be Congress president has been taken by, wait, the Gandhi family. Also, any aspirant for the post has to seek the blessings of Sonia Gandhi first.

This stunt goes in the line with the same stunt the Congress party pulled in 2004 when Sonia Gandhi ‘sacrificed’ the Prime Ministership, as per the ecosystem’s narrative. Reported worldwide as Sonia Gandhi humbly ‘rejecting’ the post, this came to be one of the biggest political gimmicks by the Congress party. It is evident how even without holding the post of Prime Minister of India, Sonia Gandhi acted as the Super Prime Minister, making the most important decisions from 10 Janpath Road, New Delhi through her National Advisory Council.

It was the reason Manmohan Singh was famously known as the remote-controlled Prime Minister.

In other words, Sonia Gandhi was running the government, without being accountable for it.

In the current scenario, when the party is facing an existential crisis and trying all means to mobilise popular support and gain power, such a drama to present a false narrative to the public of India, that the party won’t be controlled by the Gandhi family, is fooling no one.

The truth is that whether the president is elected from the Gandhi family or not, the directions and decisions that will be adhered to by the party will only come from ‘the’ family. Just like how Sonia Gandhi acted as the Super Prime Minister with Dr Manmohan Singh as the puppet PM, the family will continue to head the party.

Funnily, this has been substantiated by the fact that Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot himself admitted how the role and stature of Gandhis will never diminish. Gehlot stated that if he became Congress president, Rajasthan state in-charge Ajay Maken and Sonia Gandhi would determine who would replace him in Rajasthan. Gehlot indicated that even if he becomes the party’s President, he will have to knock on the door of 10 Janpath Road to gain approval for any decision. On Monday, Ashok Gehlot is expected to file his nomination papers.

Shashi Tharoor, Congress MP from Thiruvananthapuram, was the first to proclaim his desire to run for president, and he solicited approval from Sonia Gandhi early on. Again, a ‘yes’ from Congress royal family was essential for Shashi Tharoor to even consider running for the post.
