Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge accused of being involved in Waqf land scam, opposition MPs dismiss it saying JPC is pursuing ‘partisan agenda’

0

On Monday, 14th October, several opposition MPs walked out of the parliamentary committee meeting considering the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, complaining that the said panel was not following parliamentary procedures. This was after the BJP accused Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge of being involved in a Waqf land scam.

The Joint Parliamentary Committee, which has seen several frequent clashes between BJP and Opposition members, further saw conflicts rise when opposition MPs blatantly objected to the presence of representatives from Hindu organisations claiming the legislation primarily concerned Muslim religious properties.

The walkout was caused by the deposition of the former chairman of the Karnataka State Minorities Commission and Karnataka BJP vice-president, Anwar Manippady. Manippady accused several Congress politicians, particularly Kharge and Rehman Khan, of their involvement in misappropriating Waqf properties in Karnataka.

It is important to note that recently, Rahul Kharge, son of the Congress President returned the land that he had sought for setting up a ‘Multi Skill Development Centre Training Institute and Research Institute’ in Karnataka’s Banglore. His trust, Siddhartha Vihar Trust had submitted the proposal to get the land from the Karnataka Industrial Development Board in February 2024. However, he withdrew the request for the allotment of 5 acres of land recently. This move is believed to have been executed by Kharge after the ongoing MUDA scam exposed the wife of Karnataka CM Siddharamaiah, Parvathi. The lady returned 14 lands to the development authorities after police cases were registered against her, CM, and his brother-in-law.

After this, the BJP alleged that the entire top leadership of the Congress was involved in corruption relating to land transactions and suggested that they should resign on moral grounds after being “exposed”. Later BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi launched a sharp attack on the Congress and said that the party, which was once associated with Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave’s “bhu daan” (giving away land in charity), was now necking deep in “bhu harap” (land grab) under the “inspiration” of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

Opposition MPs contested that parliamentary norms prohibit putting forward unsubstantiated allegations against notable people, especially when they are not there to defend themselves. They also objected to Manippady’s plea for Muslims not to oppose the proposed amendments, which they deemed inappropriate and offensive.

“Such allegations cannot be made without the accused being present to respond,” asserted one opposition MP, as quoted by PTI. Despite these protests, the committee’s chairperson, BJP leader Jagdambika Pal, overruled them and permitted the testimony to proceed, claiming that it was pertinent to the law being considered.

Opposition MPs, including Congress leaders Gaurav Gogoi and Imran Masood, DMK’s A Raja, Shiv Sena’s Arvind Sawant, AIMIM’s Asaduddin Owaisi, Samajwadi Party’s Mohibbullah, and AAP’s Sanjay Singh are believed to have walked out in protest of the proceedings, as per the initial reports.

Shiv Sena MP Arvind Sawant while talking to the media claimed that the committee was not following established rules and regulations. The opposition MPs then held a separate meeting to discuss their future measures, including plans to write to the Lok Sabha Speaker about their concerns. A major cause of discord probably remained the committee’s decision to invite several Hindu organizations to submit input on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill. Opposition MPs contended that these institutions had no place in talks about Waqf issues, which concern Muslim religious endowments.

However, the BJP endorsed the move, claiming that these groups had expressed fears about how the Waqf law affects non-Muslim estates, such as temple lands. They said that such consultations were required for a thorough examination of the law.

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had already written to Jagdambika Pal, protesting the inclusion of parties such as Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, accusing them of allegedly spreading extremist ideology. In his letter, Owaisi stated that these organizations advocate for the creation of a “Hindu Rashtra” and have engaged in insurgent actions against the Indian state.

Other witnesses called to testify before the committee included notable lawyers Vishnu Shankar Jain and Ashwini Upadhyay, as well as Mahant Sudhirdas Maharaj of Maharashtra’s Kalaram Temple. On the opposing side, Mehmood Madani of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind spoke out against the proposed Waqf Bill modifications.

Opposition MPs have previously claimed that stakeholders were not heard and that politics was being conducted in the name of the proceedings. Dr. Mohammad Jawed, the Congress leader in the Lok Sabha, stated on social media last week that religious organizations that do not belong to the Muslim community were being invited to the conference, which should be reconsidered.

“During the recent committee meetings… representations have been invited from various religious organizations that do not belong to the Muslim community… In my view this practice should be reconsidered, as these organizations neither contribute to waqf properties nor have any locus standi in such matters, with most of them having biased notions about waqf, which are far from the true essence of waqf. Their inclusion in discussions about waqf is deeply concerning to the Muslim community and risks disregarding the sentiments of India’s Muslim population,” said the MP.

“Additionally, it is worth noting that in matters concerning other religious communities, Muslim representation is not sought. This raises the question as to why such a practice is being adopted here, where the matter pertains specifically to the Muslim community,” he said.

Notably, last month, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, a member of the Joint Committee of Parliament on the Waqf Bill, sparked a row when he wrote to Pal, raising severe concerns about the enormous volume of submissions received on the issue and requesting that the Union Home Ministry conduct an investigation, including into the geographical origin of the submissions.

Dubey claimed that ‘fundamentalist groups,’ ‘individuals like Zakir Naik,’ or ‘foreign powers like the ISI (Pakistan), China, or their proxies’ could be engaged, given that 1.25 crore submissions have been received. If such forces were involved, Dubey stated that it would be an attempt to manipulate our legislative process, an attack on the basic underpinnings of our parliamentary system, and a national security issue.

India should declare Canada a state sponsor of terrorism: Here’s how Canada has repeatedly denied requests to extradite criminals, gangsters, and terrorists

India has had enough. On 14th October, the Government of Canada, led by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, openly accused India of being involved in criminal activities on its soil. Canada has even dragged India’s Home Minister, Amit Shah, into the baseless narrative. The proof that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has claimed to have gathered is still unsubstantial to prove any direct or indirect involvement of Indian officials, including HM Shah and NSA Ajit Doval, in any criminal activity on Canadian soil. However, Canada has continued to attack and directly meddle in India’s affairs.

Canada has refused to cooperate with Indian law enforcement agencies for decades and continues to harbour Khalistani terrorists. The inability of Canadian authorities to properly deal with Khalistani elements and recent attacks on Indian diplomats, senior officials, and leaders have brought the India-Canada relationship to its lowest point. It is high time that India calls Canada what it is: a state sponsor of terrorism. It is about time the world acknowledges it.

The latest confrontation between India and Canada stemmed from the accusations PM Trudeau laid against India in September 2023 that Indian agents were behind the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Trudeau’s claim that they have “credible evidence” linking India to the incident has circulated for over a year without an iota of actual proof. Meanwhile, India made repeated requests to extradite criminals, gangsters, and Khalistani terrorists who have been taking shelter in Canada.

Interestingly, Canada has bluntly refused to act on India’s requests on flimsy excuses, including safeguarding the “human rights” of the criminals wanted by India. The Trudeau-led government needs to reflect on whether it really wants to keep playing the “human rights” card, especially for the separatists and pro-Khalistanis who openly propagate violence in India.

Canada’s refusal to extradite individuals like Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a wanted Khalistani terrorist, shows the true colours of its so-called democracy. In the case of Nijjar, it happened even though he fled India using a fake identity. His request for Canadian citizenship was rejected several times. He was also accused of marrying a Canadian woman of Indian origin just for the sake of gaining citizenship. Despite all the facts against Nijjar, Canada refused to cooperate with Indian authorities. There are hundreds of Khalistani elements operating in Canada, posing a serious threat not only to India’s sovereignty but also to law and order in Canada. Instead of curbing these elements, Canada consistently shields them just for the sake of votes.

Rather than cooperating with Indian authorities to dismantle these criminal syndicates operating in Canada, the RCMP claimed that Indian agents were the problem. Canada seems more concerned about protecting criminals than upholding justice. Interestingly, the RCMP has publicly admitted that violent threats to pro-Khalistani groups from Indian agents are limited to such groups and not the Sikh community as a whole. This admission reveals two important aspects: first, that India is only after the criminals, and second, that Canada is a safe haven for criminals.

By acknowledging that India targets only pro-Khalistanis and not the broader Sikh community, Canada is implicitly confirming the extent to which Khalistani elements have infiltrated its own soil. These are the very elements that have destabilised Punjab in the past, yet Canada embraces them with open arms.

It is essential to recognise that there is a pattern in Canada’s behaviour towards India. Gangsters wanted by Indian law enforcement agencies, so they can stand trial, are living comfortably in Canada and running their syndicates. Terrorists who have bombed, assassinated, and orchestrated attacks against India are freely roaming Canadian cities.

Canada is well aware that these criminals are wanted by India, but they continue to provide political cover for them. Trudeau has pandered to the Khalistani vote bank to secure his political future. It is evident that the safety of Canadian citizens and international law has taken a backseat to the Canadian government’s electoral gains.

Justin Trudeau’s tantrums and hypocrisy cannot be mistaken for justice. He shows no signs of being a serious leader. Expelling six senior Indian diplomats is nothing more than a symbolic gesture aimed at scoring political points with the pro-Khalistani diaspora. However, India is not playing Trudeau’s game. India has responded in kind, expelling six Canadian diplomats and making it clear that these fabricated allegations will not go unanswered.

Trudeau claimed that he respects India’s sovereignty. However, if that were true, he would not have allowed Canada to become a breeding ground for anti-India activities. Yet, here we are: no cooperation, no willingness, and no sign of bringing terrorists to justice is what India has witnessed in its relationship with Canada. Instead, India receives hollow accusations and dangerous political games in return for being a “friend of Canada” for decades. It should not be forgotten that most Canadian universities survive because of students from India, who pay hefty fees to study there.

Hence, it is high time India takes the next logical step and declares Canada a state sponsor of terrorism. The world cannot turn a blind eye to terrorism being harboured in Canada. Furthermore, it is Canada’s moral, ethical, and legal responsibility to stop giving shelter to criminals. Canada also needs to stop laying baseless accusations of criminal activities on others without evidence. Canada’s continued support of Khalistani elements, along with its refusal to act on extradition requests, should be seen as its inability to fight terrorism.

India needs to send a strong message to Canada: if you harbour terrorists, gangsters, and separatists, you will face the consequences.

31-Year-Old Lawrence Bishnoi executed Kanishka Bombing in 1985: Trudeau Government in Canada concludes investigation in the biggest terror attack before 9/11

0

On Monday, October 14, Canadian Government finally concluded the investigation into the 39-year-old terrorist attack that took down Air India Flight AI-182. Justin Trudeau government concluded that the terror attack was executed by 31-year-old Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is being protected by Indian Government by keeping him in a jail in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Lawrence Bishnoi blew up Air India Flight 182 eight years before his birth, as per Justin Trudeau, while it was enroute from Montreal to London, as the plane was at an altitude of 31,000 feet.

The remnants of the aircraft, following the explosion, fell into the sea approximately 190 kilometres off the coast of Ireland, killing all 329 people on board, including 268 Canadian citizens, 27 British citizens, and 24 Indian citizens.

Notably, this was the biggest aviation terror attack before 9/11 attacks in USA, and Justin Trudeau-led Canadian Government feels Lawrence Bishnoi could have inspired the attack on Twin Towers in New York as well.

“The man could execute a major terror attack when he was minus 8 years old, imagine what he could do when he actually 8 years old”, said a senior official in Justin Trudeau Government.

Meanwhile, addressing the media, Canadian PM Justin Trudeau said, “I will tell US President George Bush that he was wrong to attack Afghanistan, and I will tell President Obama that he was wrong to kill Osama Bin Laden, and I will tell Donald Trump that he was wrong to kill Baghdadi, and I will tell Joe Biden……. nothing, he won’t understand, anyway, I will tell all of them that Lawrence Bishnoi is behind everything, from 9/11 to Benghazi to whatever shit that happened in the world.”

“Finally Trudeau has nailed Modi to the post, for the actions of Lawrence Bishnoi 8 years before his birth”, said an excited Indian mainstream journalist after the statement by Justin Trudeau.

On 9/11, the leading Indian journalist said, “We have all seen Stewie in ‘Family Guy’ show, kids can be evil, maybe it was Bishnoi but Osama needlessly got blamed.”

Notably, Canadian governments have been investigating the Kanishka Bombing case for the last 39 years but couldn’t catch the main culprit. Finally, they have named the main culprit who is currently in Sabarmati Jail on unrelated charges.

Nails pulled out, bullet holes, injury marks on the body – while reports indicate torture on Ram Gopal Mishra, police deny claims

More horrifying information has emerged regarding the torture that the extremists inflicted on 22-year-old Ram Gopal Mishra before his death, reported Jagran. His body was riddled with injury marks. His fingernails were ripped off.

He was shot after suffering horrific torment and agony from several blows and bullet pellets that tore apart his body from the chest to the neck. Notably, the post-mortem report confirmed the allegations of the family members of the victim, however, the authorities are refusing to share the report, claiming it’s a directive from higher-ups.

Ram Gopal’s distraught mother also observed that her son’s toenails had been torn off when she saw his battered body.

On the other hand, an official from the department unveiled that the charges by Ram Gopal’s family have proven correct in the autopsy analysis of the corpse. He verified that the young man had to endure severe torture before the Islamists finally ended his life. His father Putai Mishra is in a terrible condition and asks, “Who is more unfortunate than me having to bear his second child’s lifeless body?” Ram Gopal’s brother Harimilan Mishra informed that his other brother passed away, a few years ago. The former was the youngest of the three.

A report by News18 also confirmed that the post mortem report showed signs of torture.

ZeeNews report too confirmed the same.

The police, however, denied reports of torture to the body.

Ram Gopal was married only two months before the Muslim radicals killed him on 13th October during a visarjan procession of the Goddess Durga idol in the Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh. Abdul Hameed, his two sons Sarfaraz and Faheem and Sahir Khan, along with others have been named as accused in the case. The Muslim mob started pelting stones from Abdul Hameed’s residence after which the people in the procession also retaliated. Meanwhile, Ram Gopal allegedly went to the roof of that house, took down two green flags and tied a wire to hoist the saffron flag. He was dragged inside the house by the perpetrators who then murdered him.

The cops present at the location acted like mute spectators and lathi-charged the devotees, according to the eyewitnesses. They seemed helpless in front of the Muslim rioters. The people participating in the procession reached Ram Gopal quite late because of the stone-throwing and firing. He was already dead by then. The altercation was reportedly started by Muslim youths who were standing on the street under the pretext of gulaal (coloured powder used in Hindu rituals and festivals including Holi). The police’s inaction emboldened the Muslim side who resorted to stone pelting.

Abdul Hamid who was the mastermind behind the attack has a son who resides in Nepal. He goes to a madrasa close to Fultekra in the Banke area where anti-India and anti-Hindu activities take place. Some people have expressed concern that Abdul Hamid’s family might have fled to Nepal via the Indian border following the killing of Ram Gopal.

Furthermore, a new video on social media showed that the extremists hurled stones and fired shots at Ram Gopal’s lifeless body, not even sparing him to death. According to Harimilan, his brother was killed by Muslims after they pulled him into their home. Somehow, a few Hindu youngsters involved in the procession made it there and attempted to remove the body. Stones and gunshots were aimed at those carrying the body. Ram Gopal’s corpse was also struck by a few stones. He added that the only way to remove his brother’s body was through the roof of another house.

He mentioned that Hindus would not have been assaulted if they remained together but the incident transpired just as police did a lathi-charge which led to a stampede and shots were fired which took his brother’s life. He charged that the police did not assist in rescuing Ram Gopal or in removing his body following the murder. Ram Gopal Mishra was cremated recently. Harimilan stated that his family also had an altercation with the administration before the cremation and they only did it after Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Sureshwar Singh assured them. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is also scheduled to meet the family on 15th October.

After Canadian PM Justin Trudeau’s dog whistling, terrorist organisation SFJ announces $500,000 reward to hunt down Indian High Commissioner

On Monday (14th October), the banned terrorist outfit ‘Sikhs for Justice’ (SFJ) announced a reward of $5,00,000 to hunt down Indian High Commissioner, Sanjay Verma

In an unprecedented move, the Canadian government led by Justin Trudeau declared Verma a ‘person of interest’ in the country and accused him and other Indian diplomats of threatening the safety of South Asian Canadians.

Trudeau and his law enforcement agencies have failed to provide evidence to back their outlandish claims. However, the Canadian Prime Minister’s dog whistling was enough for SFJ to unleash its Khalistani extremists on Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Verma.

In a statement, SFJ stated, “By expelling Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Verma and other Diplomats, PM Tridean has demonstrated his government’s unwavering commitment to bringing to justice those who facilitated the assassination of a Canadian Citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar Canadian on Canadian sol respective of the pressure Tradeas Government faced from Modi Government and pro-Hindutva lobby in Canada.

The terror outfit, headed by Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, accused Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Verma of providing ‘logistical support’ for the murder of terrorist Hardip Singh Nijjar and heading a spy network in Canada.

‘Sikhs for Justice’ informed that it has set aside a budget of half a million dollars to track down Verma to ensure ‘justice’, hinting at a nefarious agenda to attack and kill the Indian diplomat.

SFJ plans to kill Sanjay Verma

“Allocating a hefty budget of $500,000, Sikhs For Justice announced that even after Verma’s expulsion and departure from Canada, it will continue tracking his movements and whereabouts in pursuit of bringing him to justice for his role in the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar,” it announced.

The terror organisation built upon the foundation of a politically motivated decision of Justin Trudeau to lend credence to the baseless allegations of the involvement of Sanjay Verma in threatening the ‘life and liberty of Pro Khalistani Sikhs on Canadian soil’ and operating a ‘spy network manned by pro-Hindutva’ Indo-Canadians.

Justin Trudeau dog whistled against Indian diplomats

During his address to the media, Justin Trudeau made outlandish claims about Indian diplomats (albeit without evidence) and thus endangered their lives in the process of scoring political brownies.

He had claimed, “As the Commissioner of the RCMP, Mike Duheme, stated earlier today, the RCMP has clear and compelling evidence that agents of the Government of India have engaged in, and continue to engage in, activities that pose a significant threat to public safety. This includes clandestine information gathering techniques, coercive behaviour targeting South Asian Canadians, and involvement in over a dozen threatening and violent acts, including murder. This is unacceptable.

“While attempts have been made by the RCMP and national security officials to work with the Government of India and Indian law enforcement counterparts on this matter, they have been repeatedly refused. That is why, this weekend, Canadian officials took an extraordinary step. They met with Indian officials to share RCMP evidence, which concluded six agents of the Government of India are persons of interest in criminal activities,” Trudeau continued with his bizarre claims.

On being confronted to provide evidence, the Canadian Prime Minister fumbled and claimed that details that could be shared were ‘extremely limited.’

Canadian police admit that the country is safe haven for Khalistanis, blame Lawrence Bishnoi gang, WaPo accuses Amit Shah of ‘criminal activities’

On Monday, 14th October, India and Canada came face-to-face after Canada levelled serious allegations against India, accusing it of being linked to “criminal activities” in Canada including the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) issued a statement during a press conference on Monday accusing India of involvement in criminal activities in Canada. The RCMP said in the statement that due to the considerable threat posed to public safety, it had taken the unusual step of publicly disclosing information on the ongoing investigation.

The RCMP inadvertently admitted that Canada has become a safe haven for pro-Khalistan elements when they clarified that India’s actions are not targeting Sikhs as a whole, but specifically focusing on pro-Khalistani individuals. By acknowledging this, Canada inadvertently exposes the influence of Khalistani elements within its borders, while India continues to uphold its stance against terrorism, not a community.

The RCMP claimed to have discovered a series of violent threats targeting the South Asian community in Canada, specifically those linked to the pro-Khalistani movement. These threats include homicides and extortions and have persisted despite the efforts of Canadian law enforcement agencies. The RCMP said it created a multidisciplinary team in February 2024 to investigate the criminal activities “orchestrated” by agents of the Indian government on Canadian soil.

The agency claimed to have uncovered “direct links” between Indian diplomats in Canada and violent acts, including homicides. The RCMP claimed that these diplomats used their official positions to engage in clandestine activities, collecting intelligence on South Asian Canadians to target them through criminal proxies. The intelligence, according to the RCMP, was gathered through coercion, with some Canadian individuals and businesses threatened into cooperating with the Indian agents.

The RCMP claimed that the agency and Canadian officials attempted to collaborate with Indian law enforcement agencies to address these concerns, but India refused to do so. The Deputy Commissioner of Federal Policing, Mark Flynn, alongside Canadian national security officials, met with Indian representatives to present evidence of Indian agents’ involvement in these activities, but the meeting did not result in cooperation.

The RCMP identified four major issues related to India’s interference in Canada: violent extremism impacting both countries, Indian government links to criminal acts, the use of organised crime to create an unsafe environment for South Asians in Canada, and interference in Canada’s democratic processes.

Interestingly, the RCMP named the Lawrence Bishnoi gang as being behind the criminal activities and claimed that the Indian government had been using Bishnoi’s associates in Canada to target Khalistani terrorists. “It (India) is targeting South Asian community but they are specifically targeting pro-Khalistani elements in Canada…What we have seen is, from an RCMP perspective, they use organised crime elements. It has been publically attributed and claimed by one organised crime group in particular – Bishnoi Group…We believe that the group is connected to agents of the Government of India,” Brigitte Gauvin, Assistant Commissioner, Federal Policing, National Security, Royal Canadian Mounted Police said.

Washington Post named Home Minister Amit Shah as one of the officials involved in criminal activities

The Washington Post has levelled shocking allegations against Home Minister of India, Amit Shah, accusing him of being involved in criminal activities in Canada. According to its report, Canadian officials have accused senior figures within the Government of India of orchestrating violence against Khalistani terrorists in Canada, including the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar and other attacks on pro-Khalistani elements. The claims, according to the report, are backed by intercepted communications and newly gathered intelligence.

Responding to the allegations levelled by the investigative agencies, the Canadian government identified six Indian diplomats for their direct involvement in gathering intelligence on Khalistani terrorists. These diplomats, including the High Commissioner to Canada, Sanjay Kumar Verma, were ordered to leave the country. In response, India also expelled six Canadian diplomats and asked them to leave by 20th October.

While Canada has accused India of obfuscating and personally attacking PM Trudeau on the matter, India has responded by denying any involvement in the attacks. The Government of India has called the allegations part of a political agenda by PM Trudeau.

According to the report, the RCMP uncovered evidence linking Indian diplomats to home invasions, shootings, and additional killings in Canada. Canadian officials claim that the intelligence collected by Indian diplomats was passed on to India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), which used criminal syndicates to carry out attacks on separatist figures.

The report also named Home Minister Amit Shah as one of the senior officials involved in the attacks. According to WaPo, a secret meeting between Canadian and Indian officials in Singapore sought to address the rising tensions, but India denied any involvement in the attacks. WaPo claimed that during the meeting, India’s National Security Adviser, Ajit Doval, acknowledged surveillance activities by Indian diplomats but rejected any connections to violence.

Justin Trudeau blames India

In a statement issued by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau regarding the “ongoing investigation” into India’s involvement in the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar on Canadian soil, he claimed that Canadian investigative agencies have found credible evidence that the Indian government was involved in criminal activities in Canada. Earlier, in a statement, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) claimed that the Indian government used gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang to target Khalistani terrorists in Canada.

In his statement, Trudeau claimed that the investigation by Canadian law enforcement agencies and intelligence services uncovered “credible allegations” that Indian government agents played a direct role in the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He said that Canadian authorities have shared the information with the Indian government and requested cooperation to bring clarity to the matter.

He further stated that the RCMP has presented compelling evidence linking Indian agents to clandestine information gathering and coercive behaviour targeting South Asian Canadians, particularly Sikhs who are pro-Khalistani. The RCMP has claimed that India has been involved in over a dozen violent acts, including murder, on Canadian soil. He claimed that Canadian officials attempted to collaborate with Indian law enforcement agencies but met with repeated refusals.

He added that, in light of the continued refusal to cooperate by Indian authorities, Canada has taken further action by expelling six Indian diplomats implicated in these activities. Trudeau added that Canada would not tolerate the involvement of a foreign government in threatening or killing Canadian citizens. He called on India to cooperate with the investigation and emphasised that Canada respects India’s sovereignty and expects the same in return.

India expelled six Canadian diplomats

Responding to the allegations levelled by Canadian government, India expelled six Canadian diplomats. A statement released by the Ministry of External Affairs stated that six Canadian diplomats, namely Mr Stewart Ross Wheeler, Acting High Commissioner, Mr Patrick Hebert, Deputy High Commissioner, Ms Marie Catherine Joly, First Secretary, Mr Ian Ross David Trites, First Secretary, Mr Adam James Chuipka, First Secretary, and Ms Paula Orjuela, First Secretary, have been asked to leave India before 11:59 PM on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

The development came after Canada asked 6 Indian diplomats to leave the country. This move from Justin Trudeau’s government came in response to India recalling its High Commissioner from Canada over the Trudeau government’s blatant support of Khalistani terrorists and Trudeau blaming India without any proof for Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Nijjar’s death. Notably, it has been over a year since Justin Trudeau blamed India for the death of terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, but has failed to provide any proof to support his accusations in all these months.

Earlier, India, having had enough of Justin Trudeau’s shenanigans, and after this blatant targeting of Indian diplomats by Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, India decided to withdraw its Indian High Commissioner from Canada. India also hit out at the “preposterous” allegations by Canada, terming them a “strategy of smearing India for political gains”, since everyone knows that Justin Trudeau is targeting India to get the votes of Khalistanis during the next elections in Canada.

Furthermore, India has recalled its High Commissioner from Canada over Trudeau government’s blatant support of Khalistani terrorists and Trudeau blaming India without any proof for Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Nijjar’s death. After which, Canada asked 6 Indian diplomats to leave the country.

West Bengal: Muslim mob attacks Durga Puja in Howrah, vandalises idol, pelts stones at Hindu devotees

On Sunday (13th October), Muslim mobs went on a rampage in Shyampur in the Howrah district of West Bengal. They attacked a Durga Puja pandal, vandalised the idol of the Hindu deity and set shops ablaze.

The Shyampur Bazaar Babasyayi Samiti organised an art competition wherein participants were asked to draw ’eminent personalities of different religions’ on the occasion of Durga Puja.

According to Hindu activist Devdutta Maji, the organisers displayed pictures of Prophets of all religions to educate Hindu children. During the course of the ‘appeasement’, they also put up pictures of Prophet Muhammad.

Soon after, Muslim mobs stormed the streets of Shyampur to avenge the ‘insult’ to Prophet Muhammad. “Frightened, the club officials removed the picture, but even that didn’t save them,” Devdutt Majhi informed.

“The idols were vandalized, the pandal was destroyed, several Hindus were beaten and left bloodied, fires were set on the streets—all by the devout worshippers (Muslim mob), because their emotions had been hurt!” he added.

In visuals that have surfaced on social media, it could be seen that the idol of Goddess Durga was broken. Several shops and establishments were set on fire. The violent Muslim mob also attacked the police and Hindu devotees with stones

Later, a large contingent of police and the Rapid Action Force (RAF) was deployed in the area to restore normalcy. A total of 67 extremists were arrested by the police and produced before a court.

Howrah Rural Police SP Swati Bhangalia informed the media, “Police and security personnel are keeping a close vigil in the area. Appropriate steps will be taken according to the progress of the situation.”

BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari tweeted, “Today a group of miscreants while returning from the Shyampur Police Station where they went to submit a deputation, went berserk and started vandalising the Durga Puja Pandals. They set on fire the idols at the Shyampur Bazar Byabsayi Samiti Puja Pandal and vandalised other Pandals as well. Some of them even pelted stones at the immersion ghat.”

“The situation is very tense at the area under the Shyampur Police Station in the Howrah Rural Police District. I would like to urge the DG @WBPolice to send adequate forces immediately at the spot to quell the vandalism and take action against the unruly vandals,” he added.

The internet service has been suspended in Shyampur until further notice.

Earlier on 11th October, a frenzied Muslim mob stormed the Puja Pandal of New Bengal Sporting Club at the Garden Reach area of Kolkata and threatened to vandalise the idol if celebrations weren’t stopped.

The Print paints a target behind Nupur Sharma’s back 2 years after Islamists hounded her for opposing the denigration of Hindu Gods and Goddesses

0

On Sunday, 13th October, The Print published an article titled “BJP panel sitting on her case for over 2 yrs, Nupur Sharma eases back into public life”, authored by Neelam Pandey. The article discussed former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Nupur Sharma making appearances and trying to return to normal life. Sharma, who was hounded for two years for her statement during a debate that was deemed derogatory against Prophet Mohammed, was practically in hiding to save herself from jihadis. Now, as she attempts to live a normal life and make short but significant appearances, left-liberal media houses are feeling uneasy.

What followed on the Instagram post promoting the article were hate-filled comments and threats by Islamists against Sharma.

Nupur Sharma hounded for two years

In May 2022, Nupur Sharma got caught in the middle of a heated TV debate on Times Now about the Gyanvapi issue. One of the panellists, Taslim Ahmed Rehmani, provoked her by making derogatory comments about Hindu beliefs and Bhagwan Shiv, which set off a chain reaction. In response, Sharma replied in a similar tone.

What followed was a massive backlash. Alt News’ co-founder and well-known clip-trimmer propagandist, Mohammad Zubair, cunningly edited the video of the debate and published only Sharma’s comments. Her remarks were termed “blasphemous” by several Islamic groups and Islamists, sparking a wave of anger. It quickly escalated into violence and threats to her life.

Instead of holding both panellists accountable for what they said about each other’s religion, Zubair decided to target Sharma, and she bore the brunt of the outrage. Her words became the focal point of a growing storm, and soon Zubair turned it into an international topic of discussion. Islamic countries began issuing statements against her, and threats poured in from all corners. Despite issuing a statement retracting her words, the situation did not calm, and the BJP eventually suspended her.

Her rising political career was cut short because of a clipped video, and no one countered the narrative with full force. The party, for which she had worked tirelessly for years, distanced itself from her remarks and condemned any insults towards religious figures. Whether she received support behind the scenes is irrelevant—the public support she deserved never materialised. Even Supreme Court judges expressed animosity towards her, blaming her for the violence and murders that followed. The unrealistic response to a TV debate left the Hindu community in shock.

The fallout: Murders and threats

Despite her apology and suspension from the party, protests continued across the country. More tragically, brutal murders shocked the nation. A Hindu tailor from Udaipur, Kanhaiya Lal, and a businessman from Amravati, Umesh Kolhe, were murdered by Islamic extremists in retaliation for their support of Nupur Sharma. These murders highlighted the dangerous atmosphere that developed after the TV debate. It demonstrated how a well-planned conspiracy against one Hindu woman could put the whole community under fire.

Despite the bloodshed and clear signs of rising extremism, media outlets, journalists, left-liberals, and so-called intellectuals remained silent about the events that directly contributed to these heinous acts. They focused on what Sharma said and ruthlessly tarnished her image across platforms. They portrayed her as the instigator, while those who threatened her—and worse, those who murdered in her name—faced little to no scrutiny. The best example is Rehmani, who continues to roam free and appear in debates.

The never-ending hounding of Nupur Sharma

Since her suspension, Sharma has lived like a fugitive, as if she did some heinous crime. She is facing continuous threats to her life. Wherever she goes, she must be surrounded by heavy security. Meanwhile, Taslim Ahmed Rehmani, the man who initiated the heated debate and provoked her on national television, is roaming free. He enjoys the privileges of media appearances and public life, while Sharma remains under constant threat. Who is responsible for such a stark difference in the treatment of so-called hate speech? The media houses, intellectuals, left-liberals, and journalists continue to hound Sharma.

In Neelam Pandey’s article, she conveniently focuses on Sharma trying to resume some semblance of normalcy by attending seminars, participating in protests, and making public appearances. However, the author fails to acknowledge that the real instigators of this entire situation are roaming free. The Print’s article portrays Sharma as a polarising figure, while those who provoked the conflict are not held accountable anywhere in the piece.

The media’s double standards

What stands out in The Print’s article is the blatant disregard for context. It is no secret that Sharma’s comments were not isolated. The debate was already charged, with Rehmani fanning the flames by targeting Bhagwan Shiv. Yet, even after over two years, media outlets continue to absolve him of any responsibility. Sharma was pushed into darkness, and media houses are trying to make it impossible for her to emerge from it.

Sharma’s life was turned upside down. For over two years, the BJP’s disciplinary committee has been investigating the matter. Her once-promising political career has been indefinitely stalled. She is extremely cautious while returning to public life, as she remains a marked woman—a marked Hindu woman—who does not know from where the next threat may come.

Those who sympathised with her, like Kanhaiya Lal, paid the ultimate price. Those who murdered Kanhaiya Lal got bail. The media, however, is still reluctant to shine a spotlight on those responsible for the mess. The only target they see is Nupur Sharma. They continue to paint her as the villain, erasing the very real danger she faces. It is clear that, when it comes to Hindus, it is easy to justify painting a target on their backs, as they hardly get any support.

Accountability for those who provoked violence

It is high time that media houses, including The Print, understand who the real culprits are and stop shielding them. Though it is unrealistic to expect this from them, it is still their responsibility as a media house to present the truth and not propaganda.

Conclusion

The selective narrative pushed by The Print and Neelam Pandey is not just unjust; it exemplifies a deeper problem. Nupur Sharma’s case is a prime example of the double standards displayed by the media, left-liberals, and so-called intellectuals.

As long as this imbalance in accountability continues, we will remain a society that punishes victims while rewarding instigators. Nupur Sharma has suffered enough. The vilification from the media and the silence of those who should have stood by her must end. It is time for a fair and honest narration of events—one that holds all parties accountable, not just the convenient targets.

Bahraich: Even after Ram Gopal Mishra succumbed to his injuries, Islamists pelted stones on his dead body – Brutality even on dead body after brutally killing him

On Sunday (October 13, 2024) in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, an Islamist mob attacked the devotees going to immerse the Durga idol. In the attack, Abdul Hamid and other Muslims, killed a youth named Ram Gopal Mishra. After this brutal murder, there has been unrest in the entire district. The administration is constantly trying to pacify protesters.

Meanwhile, another video of Ram Gopal’s murder has surfaced. This video is going viral on social media, in which it has been said that stones were thrown on Hindus trying to take away the dead body of the deceased Ram Gopal.

This video is about 20 seconds long. In this, a person can be seen coming down from the stairs from the roof of a house. That person is carrying the body of Ram Gopal Mishra with both his hands. There is another person below who is not visible in the video. That person is holding Ram Gopal’s feet. Meanwhile, a third person is recording the video. There is a gathering of devotees outside the wall as well.

Meanwhile, as they are taking the dead body out, stones start raining on the people carrying the body. Suddenly, two people are seen below the stairs. Both of them start firing bullets on the people carrying Ram Gopal’s body. One of them is wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans while the other is wearing a white shirt. Both of them had taken cover behind a wall to attack. The person making the video tilts the camera down as the bullets are fired.

The corpse of Ram Gopal was taken out through the roofs

OpIndia spoke to Harimilan Mishra, brother of the deceased Ramgopal, in connection with this video. Harimilan said that his brother was murdered by Muslims by dragging him into their house. Some Hindu youths involved in the immersion procession somehow reached there and tried to bring the body out. The youths bringing the body were also attacked with bullets and stones. Some stones also hit Ram Gopal’s dead body. According to Harimilan, his brother’s body could only be brought out from the roof of another house.

When OpIndia asked whether the police did not help in bringing the body out, Harimilan replied, “My brother was killed because of the police.” He said that as long as the Hindus were united, they were not attacked, but as soon as there was a stampede due to the lathi charge by the police, the attack took place and bullets were fired. Ram Gopal Mishra became the victim of these bullets.

Brother Harimilan said that the police neither helped in saving Ram Gopal, nor in removing his body after the murder. Now, Ram Gopal Mishra has been cremated. Before the cremation, there was a long argument between the family of the deceased and the administration. Ram Gopal’s brother Harimilan said that he has cremated his brother on the basis of the assurance given by Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Sureshwar Singh.

CM Yogi will meet the family members of the deceased

OpIndia got more information about this case from local BJP MLA Sureshwar Singh. MLA Sureshwar Singh said that the family of the deceased had demanded action against the attackers and the guilty policemen. The policemen have already been suspended and the STF has reached Bahraich to arrest the attackers. Sureshwar Singh further told us that on Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will meet the family of Ram Gopal Mishra.

Hyderabad: Skull cap-wearing man kicks a Goddess idol in Muthyalamma Temple, reveals CCTV footage, BJP workers detained for staging a protest

On Monday, 14th September, tensions arose in Secunderabad after the idol of the Muthyalamma temple in Telangana’s Kurmaguda region was vandalized, sparking fury and protests from the local Hindu residents.

The incident is believed to have occurred near a passport office, and one of the extremists was immediately captured by locals. He was later turned over to the police within the Market police station limits. The video of the said incident is making rounds on social media. Following the event, officials strengthened security and are working to restore peace.

A significant number of residents protested near the temple, demanding action against those guilty, and BJP leaders also joined them. Several BJP members, including Madhavi Latha, were imprisoned. Union Minister G Kishan Reddy headed to the temple and spoke with the protesters. He called it a ‘shameful’ act and accused some people of purposely inciting communal tensions.

“This is shameful, some people saw him, caught him, and handed him over to the police. He did not come here for theft but came here to insult Hindu society. Such incidents are happening continuously at different places in Hyderabad, some people are doing this deliberately to create tensions in Hyderabad and to increase communal riots in Hyderabad,” Reddy, who is also Telangana BJP chief, said.

Meanwhile, the CCTV footage of the incident was recovered in which a young individual wearing a white kurta and black Islamic skull cap could be seen kicking the idol of the Goddess. He blatantly vandalized the idol and threw the remains on the floor.

Earlier, the video of the said incident had gone viral on social media. In the videos, the idol of the Goddess could be seen vandalized, causing insult to the sentiments of the Hindu community. Also, the outer area of the temple could be seen destroyed and vandalized.

The identity of the accused person has not yet been revealed though he can be seen wearing an Islamic skull cap in the CCTV footage. This comes only days after an idol of Goddess Durga was smashed in Hyderabad’s Nampally Exhibition Grounds on Friday. The event sparked protests in the region.

On Friday, Latha stated, “It is time for all Hindus to retaliate whatever vandalisations are happening. Probably they are thinking that they are going to break us up. But they are uniting us by doing such things again and again. I warn them.”

Further probe into the case is underway.
