The CBI had sought sanction to register an FIR against Sisodia, who heads the Vigilance department of the Delhi government, under which the AAP government had in 2015 surreptitiously created the FBU- an Extra Constitutional-Extra Judicial Intelligence Agency to allegedly spy on different Ministries, Opposition political parties, entities and individuals. 

"When the Aussie fan tried to move him away, he accidentally touched the Indian flag, which triggered the Indian guy," the eyewitness added.

The LNJP hospital denied the family's claims and stated that it was the case of an aborted foetus.

Sahil Gehlot told Delhi police that he had planned to show the murder as a road accident but was unsuccessful.

While rejecting the bail plea, the court noted that none of the accused deserves to be released on bail in this case at this stage of proceedings as the allegations made against them are quite serious.

As per the police, the family of the accused was pressuring him to get married and in December last year, his engagement and wedding were fixed with another girl.

According to the Crime Branch unit, the accused was identified as Sahil Gehlot, 24, while the deceased was identified as Nikki Yadav. They were in a relationship for a few years.

Salman was absconding since Hanuman Jayanti riots in April last year and had a reward of Rs 25,000 in his name.

While DDA said it would continue with the anti-encroachment drive in Mehrauli, AAP Govt claims it won't allow it.
