Foxconn Technology Group has reportedly directed hundreds of its Chinese workforce based in India to return home.

US president Donald Trump has threatened to impose 25% tariff on iPhones imported from India to the USA.

India has made a significant achievement as the iPhone 16 series, including the Pro and Pro Max models, will be made in India. Foxconn has already commenced the production of the iPhone 16 series in India, and the devices will be exported to multiple cities worldwide.

The collaboration aligns with the Indian government's 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' vision.
