Indian Islamists are dog-whistling to Iran's Embassy in India to take 'action' against a stand-up comedian, Ankit Agnihotri, over jokes about Indian Muslims raising 'Har ghar se Ayatollah niklega' slogans after the killing of Ayatollah Khamenei. During a stand-up comedy act in early October 2026, Ankit Agnihotri cracked jokes over a section of Muslims declaring earlier that every house will produce a Khamenei, and raising "Har ghar se Khamenei niklega" slogans.
