The Punjab and Haryana High Court has acquitted Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in the 2002 murder of journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati.
Speaking to OpIndia, Rajesh Valmiki Chouhan said the incident occurred around noon near a mosque in Matour village market. He alleged the attackers used sticks and rods, while police said CCTV exists and complaints are acted upon.
