The embarrassing incident took place when Tharoor was on his campaign trail along with local Congress MLA M Vincent.

Notably, in the screenshot of the purported chats, the victim claimed that she had been a fan girl of Shashi Tharoor. But on two occasions, she had to endure his “creepy stare”. 

Regarding seat sharing formula, Tharoor added that he only hopes to have “sufficient agreements” in as many states as possible so that “preventable defeats” can be avoided.
