Pakistan’s lies out in open as it retracts statement, now says only one Indian pilot in its custody

Pakistan Army after getting exposed have now put up a new statement stating that they have custody of only one pilot, Wing Comd Abhi Nandan and stated that he is being treated as per norms of military ethics.

Pakistani jets had violated Indian airspace on Wednesday morning and entered the border areas of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district. They had reportedly dropped bombs but were pushed back by Indian aircraft.

The Government of India had confirmed that the Indian Air Force responded instantly to thwart its attempts. In the aerial engagement, one Pakistan jet was shot down by Indian MIG 21 Bison of IAF. The Indian Airforce has said it had lost a Mig 21, while the pilot is believed to be in Pakistan’s captivity.

However, Pakistan had resorted to its usual act of lies, when the Pakistan Army Spokesperson Asif Gafoor had initially claimed that two Indian Air Force fighter planes were shot, one of the aircraft fell inside Pakistan occupied Kashmir while other fell inside IOK. He had said that two Indian Air Force pilots were arrested, out of which one was being treated in a hospital.

But, Pakistan Army after getting exposed by their lies, have now put up a new statement stating that they have custody of only one pilot, Wing Commander Abhinandan and stated that he is being treated as per norms of military ethics.

Meanwhile, the Indian government had summoned the acting High Commissioner of Pakistan to lodge a strong protest at the unprovoked act of aggression by Pakistan against India earlier today, including violation of the Indian air space by Pakistan Air Force & targeting of Indian military posts.

Reportedly, India has also strongly objected to Pakistan’s vulgar display of injured personnel of the Indian Air Force, which is in violation of all norms of International Humanitarian Law and the Geneva Convention. The Indian government has also made clear to Pakistan to ensure that no harm is made to the Indian defence personnel in its custody. and expected his immediate and safe return.
