Delhi LG slams AAP government over toxic foam and carcinogens in Yamuna

On Monday (20th November), after the Chhath festivities concluded across India, Delhi Lieutenant-Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena lambasted the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government regarding toxic foam and pollutants in the Yamuna river.

He launched a scathing attack on the AAP government in Delhi asking why it has failed to clean Yamuna over the years forcing devotees to offer prayers in polluted waters.

He wrote in Hindi, “Chhath festival concluded today with Arghya offered to Dinanath Bhagwan Bhaskar. Maa Yamuna was once again left dirty and polluted. Devotees were once again forced to offer prayers amidst silt, debris, and rot. Offering Arghya in the river was prohibited but Yamuna did not become clean.”

Further in his Twitter thread, the Delhi LG pointed out that year after year, one promise after another, Yamuna remains polluted. All the markers indicating pollution level including COD/BOD remain poor.

Without explicitly mentioning the Delhi government, he stressed that instead of taking accountability, the AAP government in Delhi engages in the blame game. Rather than taking action over the years, everything under the sun is blamed for the river pollution, he added.

He also pointed out another set of “high-sounding” promises are made to cover inaction. He said, “Every Chatth, every time ammonia levels get high, every flood and every water shortage due to low levels of water in reservoirs, there ensues a blame game. All and sundry are blamed but none take the blame for the inaction over years. Another set of high-sounding promises are made.”

Taking a dig at the Delhi government, he noted that whenever some work gets started on the directions of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) like enhanced sewage treatment, the Delhi government hinders it.

He concluded by stating, “Even when some work starts under directions of Hon’ble NGT & things just begin to change in terms of cleaner flood plains, enhanced sewage treatment, land for new STPs & resultant slight improvements in water quality, the Govt covolutedly (sic) gets Hon’ble SC to modify NGT’s order.”

Earlier, the BJP had launched a scathing attack on Arvind Kejriwal for failing to improve Yamuna River water. The party accused the AAP government of spending thousands of crores allocated by the Centre on advertisements or “doing corruption” instead of cleaning Yamuna.

Additionally, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva alleged that AAP had submitted an affidavit in court in which it claimed that Chhath festivities lead to pollution in the Yamuna and sought that permission should not be given for it.

He was accompanied by BJP MP Manoj Tiwari when he went on to inspect ghats in the wake of Chhath Puja earlier on 15th November. Tiwari slammed the AAP’s move of seeking to deny permission for Chhath. He said that those saying Chhath Puja pollutes the river are “fools”.

Tribal woman, who faced ostracism throughout her life due to Jawaharlal Nehru, passes away

Budhni Mejhan, the tribal ‘wife’ of Jawaharlal Nehru who faced lifelong ostracism from her community, passed away at her home near Panchet in Jharkhand on Friday (17th November) night. She was 80 years old at the time of her death.

As per reports, the Santhali woman suffered a cardiac arrest and was cremated on Sunday (19th November). She is now survived by her 60-year-old daughter Ratna and grandson Bapi (35).

Local politicians and officials flocked to pay homage to Budhni Mejhan. The chief of Panchet Panchayat, Bhairav Mandal, has written to the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) to erect a memorial in honour of the ‘tribal wife’ of Jawaharlal Nehru.

He has also sought a house and pension for Ratna. While reacting to the demands, the Deputy chief engineer of DVC (Panchet) Sumesh Kumar said, “These decisions can be taken only after consulting top officials.”

Budhni Mejhan faced ostracism due to Nehru

On 6th December 1959, Nehru visited a West Bengal village to inaugurate a dam. The Damodar Valley Corporation had chosen a 15-year-old tribal girl called Budhni Manjhiyan for Nehru’s welcome.

While Budhni Mejhan was extremely happy, little did she know, that her life was about to take an extremely troublesome turn. During the inauguration, since this was the first dam being inaugurated by a tribal woman, Jawaharlal Nehru gave Budhni a garland as a mark of appreciation.

He had wanted the dam to be inaugurated by someone who had worked on the construction of it. That night, the Panchayat of the Santhali society was called to discuss these ‘developments’.

Budhni, to her horror, was informed that according to Tribal traditions, she was now married to Jawaharlal Nehru, since garlands were exchanged. Also according to Tribal traditions, since Nehru, now declared her husband, was a non-tribal, she was boycotted by the Santhali community.

At that point in time, Budhni continued to work at the Damodar Valley Corporation but that didn’t last. She was soon, in 1962, thrown out of her job and found herself helpless. She later moved to Jharkhand and struggled to make ends meet there for 7 years.

She later met a man, Sudhir Datta, whom she got close to. They wanted to marry but couldn’t because they feared the repercussions they might have to face in their society. However, they continued to live together and have three children together.

It is reported that in 1985, when Rajiv Gandhi came to know about Budhni, he tracked her down and Budhni even went to meet him. As a result of which, she got her job back with the Damodar Valley Corporation.

When asked in 2016 about her wishes, she said, “I appeal to Rahul Gandhi to get us a house and a job for my daughter, so we can spend the rest of our lives in peace.”

The person who inaugurated the dam along with Budhni, Ravod Manjhi had once spoken to BBC and said, “Jawaharlal Nehru had promised us free electricity and houses, but nothing happened”. When asked about Budhni, he said he didn’t want to recall the ordeal.

Iran-backed Houthis share video of them hijacking cargo ship coming to India, Japan govt negotiating with Yemen rebel group to secure its release

On 20th November, Iran-backed Houthi rebels released video footage of armed men capturing a cargo ship on the Red Sea. The Houthi rebels have been claiming that they captured the ship because it is an “Israeli ship”. As per reports, the ship is British-owned and Japanese-operated.

Meanwhile, Japan has said that it is “directly approaching” Houthi rebels, who recently hijacked an international cargo ship in the Red Sea, according to ANI.

Tokyo announced on Monday that it is “communicating with Israel” in addition to other countries to get the ship named ‘Galaxy Leader’ released. The ship is notably owned by an Israeli businessman and is run by a Japanese company.

The previous day, as the ship was travelling from Turkey to India, it was attacked by a group of rebels from Yemen. According to the group, Israel’s “heinous acts” in Gaza were the reason behind the attack, Al Jazeera reported.

The Japanese government has strongly condemned this action. Tokyo has asked other nations that are concerned, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and others–to take part in efforts to get the rebels to promptly release the ship and the captives.

In addition to directly addressing the Houthis, Tokyo is “communicating with Israel, and stated that it is also urging Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iran and other countries concerned to strongly urge the Houthis for the early release of the vessel and crew members, according to Al Jazeera.

“Our government will continue to take necessary measures in cooperation with the countries concerned while taking into account the situation,” Japan’s Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa said.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the hijacking of an international vessel by Iran-backed Houthis in the Red Sea on Sunday and called it a “very serious incident on the global scale.”

Taking to X, the Israeli PMO said, “Israel strongly condemns the Iranian attack against an international vessel. The ship, which is owned by a British company and is operated by a Japanese firm, was hijacked with Iran’s guidance by the Yemenite Houthi militia.”
It also shared, “Onboard the vessel are 25 crew members of various nationalities, including Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Filipino and Mexican. No Israelis are onboard.”

Condemning the hijack, it said, “This is another act of Iranian terrorism and constitutes a leap forward in Iran’s aggression against the citizens of the free world, with international consequences regarding the security of the global shipping lanes.”

Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said that the ship was sailing from Turkey to India with an international civilian crew, without any Israelis aboard, and added, “This is not an Israeli ship,” The Times of Israel reported.

It is notable here that Yemen’s Houthi rebels have declared war on Israel after Israel started its counteroffensive against Hamas in the Gaza strip. In the past weeks, many of Houthi’s rockets have been fired at Israel, some falling on the sea and some falling short. Houthis have also requested Jordan and Saudi Arabia to allow them to use their territory to attack Israel, which has been denied by both nations.

As per the released video, a Houthi helicopter with the flags of Yemen and Palestine dropped a team of armed Houthis onto the cargo ship ‘Galaxy Leader’ while it was crossing the Red Sea. The armed men then took control of the ship. Houthis have declared that they seized the ship because it was ‘Israel’ and the crew members are being treated as per ‘Islamic principles’. As per reports, the crew are of mixed nationalities, including Philippines, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine & Mexico.

It is notable here that the Red Sea area is an important trade route and shipping disruptions there can create a supply chain crisis in the whole world. Commercial ships sailing in international waters are protected under international laws and the seizure of the vessel can raise major repercussions against the Houthis.

Elon Musk sues leftist NGO, which accused X of promoting Neo-Nazi content through manufactured images

On Monday (20th November), Elon Musk filed a lawsuit against ‘Media Matters for America’ after it accused X (formerly Twitter) of promoting ‘anti-Semitism’.The development comes two days after Musk accused the leftist NGO of manipulation and fraud, leading to the exodus of big advertisers from the micro-blogging platform.

In its lawsuit, X said, “Media Matters knowingly and maliciously manufactured side-by-side images depicting advertisers’ posts on X Corp.’s social media platform beside Neo-Nazi and white-nationalist fringe content and then portrayed these manufactured images as if they were what typical X users experience on the platform.”

“Media Matters designed both these images and its resulting media strategy to drive advertisers from the platform and destroy X Corp,” the Elon Musk-owned company stated.

In a tweet on Monday (20th November), Elon Musk emphasised, “Fraud has both civil and criminal penalties.” He also shared a press release from the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton.

“Attorney General Paxton was extremely troubled by the allegations that Media Matters, a radical anti-free speech organization, fraudulently manipulated data on X.com (formerly known as Twitter),” the statement read.

“We are examining the issue closely to ensure that the public has not been deceived by the schemes of radical left-wing organisations who would like nothing more than to limit freedom by reducing participation in the public square,” it quoted Attorney General of Texas Ken Paxton as saying.

In the meantime, X (formerly Twitter) CEO Linda Yaccarino has rubbished the allegations of anti-Semitism levelled against the company by ‘Media Matters for America.’

“If you know me, you know I’m committed to truth and fairness. Here’s the truth. Not a single authentic user on X saw IBM’s, Comcast’s, or Oracle’s ads next to the content in Media Matters’ article,” she tweeted.

“Only 2 users saw Apple’s ad next to the content, at least one of which was Media Matters. Data wins over manipulation or allegations. Don’t be manipulated. Stand with X,” Yaccarino further added.

The Background of the Controversy

On 16th November, leftist media watchdog ‘Media Matters for America’ published a controversial article, claiming that X (formerly Twitter) was placing advertisements of large companies next to anti-Semitic posts.

In the article, it claimed, “As X owner Elon Musk continues his descent into white nationalist and antisemitic conspiracy theories, his social media platform has been placing ads for major brands like Apple, Bravo (NBCUniversal), IBM, Oracle, and Xfinity (Comcast) next to content that touts Adolf Hitler and his Nazi Party.

‘Media Matters for America’, which has a history of hounding non-left news organisations such as Fox Corporation, also alleged that X (formerly Twitter) owner Elon Musk supposedly reinstated the accounts of ‘bigots’, ‘pro-Hitler’, ‘paid far-right extremists’, and ‘Holocaust deniers.

The leftist organisation claimed, “During all of this Musk-induced chaos, corporate advertisements have also been appearing on pro-Hitler, Holocaust denial, white nationalist, pro-violence, and neo-Nazi accounts.

Screengrab of the article by ‘Media Matters for America’

It further alleged that advertisements for companies such as IBM, Apple, Oracle, Bravo, and Xfinity appeared next to ‘pro-Hitler’ and ‘pro-Nazi’ tweets on X (formerly Twitter).

Following the hitjob by ‘Media Matters for America’ on the micro-blogging platform, tech company IBM announced that it has pulled out advertisements from the Elon Musk-owned X.

Several other companies such as Apple, Lions Gate Entertainment, Sony, Disney, Comcast, Warner Bros, and Paramount Global have pulled out advertisements from X in the aftermath of the controversial report by ‘Media Matters for America.’

In a tweet on 18th November, Elon Musk vowed to file a ‘thermonuclear lawsuit’ against the leftist NGO. X (formerly Twitter) also published a statement, exposing the antics of ‘Media Matters for America’ that were designed to portray the micro-blogging platform as ‘anti-Semitic.’

Uttarkashi: Watch the first visuals of trapped workers in Silkyara tunnel, men found healthy as rescue team races to lay an escape pipe

On the tenth day of rescue operations at the Silkyara tunnel collapse site in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, a significant milestone was achieved after an endoscopy camera was successfully inserted into the collapsed section. First visuals of the trapped workers emerged as the rescue team tries to establish contact with them. The endoscopic flexi camera showed the workers speaking to the rescue teams informing them that they were healthy.

The rescue team has begun the process of laying a pipeline inside the Silkyara Tunnel, and communication was established with indvidual workers to get a health update from them.

Another significant milestone was achieved as rescuers reached the tunnel with a vertical drilling machine from the upper part of the hill above the tunnel. This development comes as 41 labourers remain trapped inside the tunnel.

It took 13 hours and 3 vehicles to bring this machine, Harbanz, the driver who brought parts of the drilling machine, told ANI.
This follows a breakthrough on the ninth day of rescue operations when a six-inch-wide pipeline was pushed through the rubble of the collapsed portion, creating an alternative lifeline for the stranded workers. For the first time since the incident, hot Khichdi was sent to the workers through this pipeline.

The collapse occurred on November 12 during the construction of a tunnel from Silkyara to Barkot, trapping 41 labourers due to a muck fall in a 60-metre stretch on the Silkyara side of the tunnel. The workers are believed to be trapped in a 2 km-built tunnel portion, which is complete with concrete work that provides safety to the workers. This portion of the tunnel has access to electricity and water, and food items and medicines are being provided through a 4-inch compressor pipeline.

On Monday, rescue operation in-charge Colonel Deepak Patil said that although their ‘main challenge’ is evacuating trapped men through a 900 mm pipe, which will be attempted later, food, mobiles, and chargers will be sent inside the tunnel through the 6-inch lifeline.

On what food items will be sent to trapped labourers, he said that, keeping in mind the condition of the labourers, a list has been prepared with the help of doctors on available food options.

“We are bringing plastic cylindrical bottles with wide mouths so that we can send bananas, apples, Khichdi, and Daliya,” he added.
Rescuers filled Khichdi in cylindrical bottles to be sent to the stranded workers.

Hemant, the cook who prepared the Khichdi for the trapped labourers, said that this is the first time a hot meal is being sent to the workers.

“This food will be sent inside the tunnel. This is the first time a hot meal is being sent. We are sending Khichdi. We are only preparing the food which we have been recommended,” he said.

Meanwhile, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the work of evacuating the workers trapped is going on at a fast pace and if during this period, any relative of the trapped persons arrives at the site, the government will make arrangements for their travel, accommodation and food.

On Monday, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways in a release said that rescue operations are continuing in full swing to save the trapped workers and constant communication is being maintained with efforts to keep up the morale of the workers trapped in the two km-built tunnel portion.

The release said Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is working on another vertical pipeline for the supply of essential items.
It said various government agencies have been involved in the rescue operation and have been assigned specific tasks.

It said the first machine of SJVNL for the construction of the vertical rescue tunnel has already reached the tunnel site and operations are being commenced post-completion of the access road by the Border Roads Organisation.

The release said it was decided to lay a 900 mm pipe through the muck as it was the best and fastest possible solution as per the experts’ advice.

However, on November 17, because of ground movement, it became unsafe to continue with this option without securing the structure. Considering the lives involved, it was decided to move on all possible fronts together so that the workers can be rescued as early as possible.

The area in which the workers are trapped is 8.5 metres high and 2 km long. “This is the built up portion of the tunnel where concreting work has been done providing safety to the labourers. Electricity and water are also available in this portion of the tunnel,” the release said.

Five options were decided and five different agencies were detailed to carry out these options.

The release said that NHIDCL will continue to drill from Silkyara end after working safety arrangements. To facilitate this Army has prepared the box culvert. A canopy framework is being made to ensure workers’ safety.

On Monday, the Director of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), Anshu Manish Khulko, said there was an atmosphere of joy among the trapped labourers after they came to know about the installation of a 6-inch pipe in the tunnel.

Satya Nadella confirms sacked OpenAI CEO Sam Altman is joining Microsoft

On Monday (20th November), Microsoft’s CEO Satya Nadella announced that Sam Altman is joining Microsoft along with several other staff of OpenAI. Sam Altman is the former CEO of OpenAI, the artificial intelligence startup that runs ChatGPT. He was sacked from his role earlier this week. He will be accompanied by Greg Brockman, the co-founder of ChatGPT as Brockman is considered his close ally.

Following the development, Brockman expressed that he would step down from the board. He later quit his role as OpenAI’s president entirely as a protest of Altman’s ouster.

Taking to X, Microsoft chief Satya Nadella said, “We’re extremely excited to share the news that Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, together with colleagues, will be joining Microsoft to lead a new advanced AI research team.”

Nadella added that the Former OpenAI CEO would lead “a new advanced AI research team”.

Quoting Microsoft CEO Nadella’s announcement tweet, Altman responded by saying, “The mission continues.”

According to some reports International media has claimed that OpenAI could face a possible employee revolt and employees by hundreds could jump ship to Microsoft, however, the exact numbers are still unclear.

Meanwhile, the Former CEO of Twitch Emmett Shear has been appointed as the new interim CEO of OpenAI. Taking to X, he shared a lengthy post calling the job a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity”.

However, before assuming the job, Shear pointed out that the process and communications around Sam’s removal had been handled “very badly”, which has seriously “damaged our trust”. He also listed out his priority areas for the next 30 days on the job which include investigating the process that led OpenAI to this juncture.

He added that he couldn’t take the job without the board’s support for commercialising the models.

However, amid announcements of an en-mass job switch by OpenAI staff and new appointment in the AI startup, one of the board members who was involved in sacking Altman claimed that he had made a mistake by participating in that decision.

Taking to X, Ilya Sutskever wrote, “Now I deeply regret my participation in the board’s actions. I never intended to harm OpenAI. I love everything we’ve built together and I will do everything I can to reunite the company.”

Altman had received wide support from a number of Silicon Valley bosses. This includes former Google chief executive Eric Schmidt who called Altman “a hero of mine”. Additionally, there was backlash from investors as well which prompted speculations and media reports that Altman could be reinstated as OpenAI CEO before Satya Nadella cleared the air about Altman’s next move.

India to play against Qatar in a FIFA qualifier in Bhubaneswar: How Odisha has been prepping up for football away from cricket mania

The football game is scheduled to take place at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha tomorrow (21st November) and the kick-off will take place at around 7 PM IST.

Notably, India shares Group A with football powerhouses Qatar, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. The Sunil Chhetri-led team kicked off their campaign on a winning note against Kuwait, securing a 1-0 victory on November 16th at Jaber al-Ahmad International Stadium in Kuwait City.

Now, the head coach anticipates that the upcoming match against Qatar will be the most challenging for his team in Group A.

Karnataka: Seer of Chitradurga’s Murugharajendra Bruhanmutt, where Rahul Gandhi took ‘deeksha’, arrested in POCSO case

On 20th November (Monday), a Lingayat seer and the pontiff of the Chitradurga Murugharajendra Bruhan Mutt Shivamurthy Sharanaru was re-arrested from Davangere, Karnataka. The arrest took place hours after a Court had issued a non-bailable warrant in the second Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act case pending against him.

The development comes four days after he had secured conditional bail from the Karnataka High Court in one of the two POCSO cases.

Regarding his re-arrest, Chitradurga SP said, “On November 16, the High Court granted conditional bail to him in the first POCSO case. He was also released on this bail. But as he was released before getting bail in the second POCSO case, he was re-arrested today within 4 days of getting bail.”

Notably, the Second Additional Sessions Judge B K Komala in Chitradurga had issued the non-bailable warrant ordering the police to produce Shivamurthy Sharana before her by Tuesday (21st November).

Sharana had been in custody since 1st September 2022. However, on 8th November, the Karnataka High Court granted him conditional bail in the first of the two POCSO cases against him. Afterward, on 16th November, he was released from jail. Since his release, he was staying at the Virakta Math in Davangere, from where the Chitradurga police arrested him.

While granting him bail in one of the two POCSO cases against him, the Karnataka High Court had imposed several conditions on him. The court restricted him from entering the Chitradurga district till the completion of the investigation in the cases. He was released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs two lakh and providing two sureties of equal amounts. Additionally, he received a warning not to tamper with evidence or attempt to influence the witnesses.

The case details

Shivamurthy Sharanaru who heads the Murugarajendra Vidyapeetha Mutt has been an accused in two separate POCSO cases.

The first complaint against him and four others was filed by the ‘Odanadi Seva Samsthe’, an NGO, in Mysuru. The complaint alleged that the accused sexually harassed minor students studying in the mutt’s school and staying in its hostel in Chitradurga. The case was registered by Nazarabad police in Mysuru under POCSO and the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Later it was transferred to the Chitradurga Rural police station.

The second POCSO case against him was registered by the mother of two minor girls. She alleged that her two daughters and two other minor girls were sexually assaulted by the seer while they were residing in the hostel in 2019 and 2022.

The complaint further asserted the involvement of the junior seer Basavaditya, along with others such as Paramashivaiah, Gangadhar, Mahalinga, and Karibasappa. However, Paramashivaiah’s name was dropped from the charge sheet in the second case.

Following the complaints, he was taken into custody on 1st September 2022 and remained under judicial custody in Chitradurga Jail till he secured a conditional bail from Karnataka High Court. However, four days after that, he was re-arrested today.

Rahul Gandhi took Linga Deeksha from Chitradurga’s Shivamurthy Sharanaru

It is notable that, in Chitradurga, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi got Linga Deeksha from Murugha Rajendra Mutt’s seer Sri Shivamurthy Murugha Sharanaru. People from the Lingayat community usually execute this process while going to wear a crystalline Ishtalinga.

During his visit to the Murugha Math, Rahul Gandhi said that he wanted to know more about Ishtalinga and Shivayoga. However, instead of making any effort to learn himself, he suggested that Math should send a private tutor to him to teach him about the matter.

Back then, Rahul Gandhi had said, “I’ve been following & reading a little about Basavanna ji for some time now. So, it’s a real honour for me to be here. I’d make a request, if you can send me somebody who can teach me a little more in detail about Ishtalinga & Shivayoga, I’d probably benefit from it.”

Amit Shah said that after the BJP comes to power in Telangana, 17th September will be marked as Hyderabad Liberation Day to remember the martyrs of the state.

The Home Minister also announced that a grand memorial will be constructed in Bhairanpally to commemorate the martyrs.

Amit Shah began his address by paying tribute to those who sacrificed their lives fighting the British Raj and the Razakars to free Telangana. He said that the nation’s first Home Minister and Ironman, Sardar Patel, made the decision to free Telangana from the clutches of Razakars and Nizams.

“And KCR refused to mark Hyderabad Liberation Day due to the fear of Owaisi,” Amit Shah said taking on the ruling BRS government. The Union Home Minister also accused KCR and his government of land-grabbing.

“KCR had promised a polytechnic college in Jangaon but it did not happen. But he and his MLAs are busy in grabbing land,” Amit Shah said.

KCR, Owaisi’s party and the Congress are all dynasty parties, Shah said. “These three parties are 2G, 3G and 4G parties”, the Union Home Minister said.

Shah who was addressing the rally in Jangaon, further explained the nomenclature and said 2G means two-generation, which is KCR and his son K. T. Rama Rao, while 3G means three generations, which is the party of Asaduddin Owaisi, and 4G is the Congress party with four generations which is Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

“KCR, Owaisi’s party (AIMIM) and Congress are dynastic parties. These three parties are 2G, 3G and 4G. 2G means two-generation KCR and KTR. 3G means three-generation, which is the party of Owaisi and 4G is the Congress party, that is Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi,” Shah said.
