Madhya Pradesh: Muslim woman passes lewd comments and issues threats to a Jain monk, video goes viral

0

On the 1st of August, a Muslim woman entered a religious event of the Jain community and created a ruckus while a Jain monk was addressing the Dharma Sabha. Asking him to get off the stage, she started passing lewd and objectionable comments on Jain Muni. When women from the Jain community approached her and tried to explain things and calm her down, she got infuriated.

Afterwards, the women from the Jain community caught her and they took her to the police at Kotwali police station.

Currently, the Chaturmas of Digambar Saints are going on in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. In this, a Jain monk resides in one place and preaches the society for a period of four months (chaturmas). In the wake of Chaturmas, people from the Jain community gathered at the Jain Boarding School in the Katni district in the morning hours. While the people were listening to the discourses of Jain Muni Astik Sagar Maharaj, a Muslim woman entered there and started shouting and making foul comments.

Later, she started abusing Jain Muni and asked him to get off the stage. When the Jain community tried to pacify the Muslim woman, she started passing more indecent and lewd comments. Watching the indecent behaviour of the woman toward Astik Muni, women from the Jain community approached her and explain things and calm her down, however, she got infuriated.

After, the women from the Jain community gathered at the religious event, caught the Muslim woman, and brought her to the police station. In the police station as well, the Muslim woman kept making indecent and objectionable comments in the presence of police personnel. The Jain community informed the police that the objectionable and lewd comments of the Muslim woman had hurt their religious sentiments.

However, when the higher officials of the department delayed, the Jain community blocked the main road in front of the Kotwali police station and staged a protest demanding action.

Meanwhile, CSP Vijay Pratap Singh, Kotwali TI Ajay Singh, MLA Mudwara Sandeep Jaiswal, and BJP District President Deepak Tandon reached there. They assuaged the people from the Jain community and assured them that proper action would be taken in this case.

During the discussions, the Jain community noted that the acts of insulting religious sentiments of Jain believers have been spiralling in the recent past.

The locals stated that if the mental condition of the Muslim woman is not good, the police should send her for medical treatment. However, if that woman intentionally insulted their religious sentiments, strict action should be taken against her.

The Jain community asked police officials and public representatives that proper arrangements should be made for their protection and security.

Afterward, MLA asked the Police to maintain adequate police and traffic system in the ongoing Chaturmas program at two places in the Katni district.

Delhi: Shahrukh brutally stabs ‘friend’ Yusuf Ali to death in full public view after latter fails to return 3000 rupees

On Wednesday, August 2, a 21-year-old youth identified as Yusuf Ali was brutally stabbed to death by his friend Shahrukh over a money dispute. The incident happened in Delhi’s Sangam Vihar area. According to reports, the accused killed the victim in full public view after the latter failed to give back Rs 3000 he borrowed from the accused. The heinous act was recorded by a bystander and later shared on social media.

In the video of the incident, which has gone viral on social media, a youth can be seen brutally attacking another with a knife in broad daylight, outside what appears to be a bookstore. The injured youth’s clothes within no time turned red due to the vicious knife attack.

While Shahrukh continuously assaulted the victim, the shopkeepers and bystanders kept helplessly looking on. After some time, a few people onlookers and nearby shopkeepers finally took action. They caught hold of the accused and thrashed him. Someone from the crowd, which had gathered there, called the police and informed them about the incident, following which the police team rushed to the spot and nabbed the accused.

The victim, a resident of Shani Bazar in the Sangam Vihar area, was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to injuries. The accused, who was also injured after being beaten up by the locals was also admitted to the hospital.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police (south) Chandan Chowdhary said, “The injured, Yusuf, was declared brought dead by the doctors. The police gathered the Medico-Legal Certificate (MLC) and recorded the statement of the deceased’s father, Sahid Ali.”

Sahid Ali alleged that about three-four days prior to the incident, Shahrukh had been threatening his son over some money matter. According to Sahid Ali, his son Yusuf had borrowed Rs 3,000 from Shahrukh, and Shahrukh was demanding the money back, which Yusuf was unable to pay. Ali said on the day of the incident, he learned from another boy that Yusuf had been stabbed by Shahrukh.

Based on Sahid Ali’s complaint the police registered a case and arrested Shahrukh under sections 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

OpIndia Exclusive: Rioters shot Abhishek, slit his throat with sword and hit him with stones – FIR reveals gruesome details of the murder

On 31st July, a Muslim mob in Nuh of Mewat, Haryana, attacked thousands of Hindu devotees attending the Jalabhishek Yatra on Shravan Somvar. OpIndia accessed several FIRs registered in the case. In the FIR registered against rioters for the murder of Bajrang Dal activist Abhishek Rajput, it was revealed that Rajput was shot by the rioters first. Then one of the rioters attacked him with a sword, followed by other rioters hitting him with stones.

FIR was registered on the complaint of Mahesh, cousin of Abhishek, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 324, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act against Adil, Arsad, Azharuddin, Shakeel, Junaid, Jawed, Rahul, Ahmed, Shoaib, Langda, Altaf, Ameen and Inam. Most of the names match with the FIR registered on the Duty Magistrate Mukul Kathuria’s complaint detailing the temple attack.

Details of the FIR

In his complaint, Mahesh said 22-year-old Abhishek came to Nuh to participate in the religious procession Jalabhishek Braj Mandal Yatra Mewat Darsh from Panipal in a private bus. Around 3,000-4,000 devotees from different parts of Haryana in the Yatra. At around 1:30 PM, the administration stopped them when Yatra was supposed to leave the temple.

At around 5:30 PM, 800-900 rioters charged towards the temple in a planned manner while raising Allah-Hu-Akbar slogans. They started pelting bricks and stones at the devotees to kill them. They also opened fire at them.

Mahesh and his brother Abhishek were standing on one side when 8-10 rioters who were calling each other Adil, Arsad, Azharuddin, Shakeel, Junaid, Jawed, Rahul, Ahmed, Shoaib, Langda, Altaaf, Ameen and Inam etc, started shooting at them.

Junaid was wearing a white kurta and black check pants. Altaf was wearing a red shirt and blue lower. Ameen was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. Inam was wearing a yellow kurta and a white pyjama. These four were shooting from the temple premises. All of them had illegal weapons and were asking each other to shoot whoever came in range.

One of the bullets hit his brother, and he fell into a pool of blood. One of the rioters, who was dark-skinned, had a sword in his hand. He attacked his brother with the sword and slit his throat. Mahesh mentioned if he sees the person who attacked Abhishek with the sword, he will recognise him.

Mahesh had to leave Abhishek and save himself. He hid in a tent. The rioters hit Abhishek with stones as well. When the police reached the temple premises, they ran away while shooting towards the temple.

Police helped Mahesh to take Abhishek to Nalhad Medical College for treatment. However, he was declared brought dead by the doctors. After rescuing the devotees, police took them to Police Line Nuh. Mahesh could file a complaint only after things came under control.

Foreign media paints Muslims as victims of Nuh violence even as 83.33 per cent of the dead were victims of Islamists’ violence

Over the past several years, many foreign media organisations have demonstrated blatant Hinduphobia and anti-India slant through content published on their websites. Be it India’s space programme or its complex social dynamics owing to its rich diversity, many foreign media outlets have displayed unqualified condescension and a malicious penchant to run down the country and level false allegations against it.

Such attitude was once again on display during the coverage of violence that swept Haryana’s Muslim-majority region, Nuh, from July 31 after Hindus organised a procession to mark Shravan Somwar, one of the many occasions considered auspicious by Hindus.

Al Jazeera, a state media house owned by the government of Qatar, which is an Islamic monarchy but likes to sermonise non-Muslim countries on secularism, recently published a report trying to paint Muslims as the victims of violence that erupted in Nuh and conspired by their rabid co-religionists.

“Imam killed after Hindu mob attacks mosques in India’s Gurugram,” read the headline of a report published by Al Jazeera, belying the tragedy that befell Hindu devotees of Jalabhishek Yatra in Mewat’s Nuh region.

The article not only sought to whitewash the violence that Islamists unleashed against Hindu devotees, which triggered the ensuing riots but also passed the buck of the attendant unrest to the victims, i.e. Hindus, by directing attention towards the death of an Imam.

The British Broadcasting Corporation, or BBC as it is widely known, too attempted to malign India and brand Muslims as victims of the violence kindled by Islamists.

The BBC published an article titled, “Nuh: Mosque set on fire, cleric killed in religious clashes in India’s Haryana.” The BBC published an article titled, “Nuh: Mosque set on fire, cleric killed in religious clashes in India’s Haryana.” The BBC published an article titled, “Nuh: Mosque set on fire, cleric killed in religious clashes in India’s Haryana.” The headline by BBC perfectly dovetailed with its longstanding attempts to shield Islamists and brand their victims as aggressors.

The BBC piece hinted that Muslims have been at the receiving end of the violence underway in Haryana’s Nuh, and even their places of worship and cleric working there are not safe from the religious tensions gripping the country.

Of course, that’s as accurate as BBC’s assessment of tax liability in India. In a bid to portray Muslims as the victim of the violence, the BBC article demonised Hindu devotees stating that a mosque was set on fire during clashes that broke out after a ‘procession by Hindu nationalist groups’.

Of late, BBC and the leftist media have often leaned on describing the victims of religious clashes as members of ‘right-wing organisations’ or ‘nationalist groups’ to discredit their account of incidents and provide a cover for the violent tendencies of Islamists. The onus of the violence and riots in Nuh was deviously laid at the feet of Hindus even when they were the victims of the violence and faced an overwhelming force of Islamists baying for their blood and attacking them with sticks, stones, and bullets.

Contrary to what propaganda media outlets like BBC and Al Jazeera would have us believe, not Muslims but Hindus were the victims of the brutality witnessed in Nuh. The earliest FIR in the case says that a mob of 400-500 Islamists gheraoed and attacked 30-40 yatris bound for the Nalhar Shiva temple in Nuh. This nugget of information would obviously be left out by the likes of BBC and Al Jazeera since it does not fit in their narrative of depicting Muslims as the victim of perceived “religious persecution” underway in India.

Moreover, not just Imam but 5 other people lost their lives in the violence that engulfed the region, all of whom were victims of Islamists’ violence. That makes a staggering 83.33 per cent of the total dead, puncturing foreign media outlet’s attempt to brand Muslims as innocent victims of the clashes.

Among those killed by the Islamist mob include two home-guards, Neeraj and Gurusewak. Gursewak sustained an injury on his liver which led to his death, as per the post-mortem report. The cause of his injury was blunt force impact as the officials were attempting to control the Islamist mob which went on a killing spree following an attack on a peaceful Hindu Shobha Yatra.

Another Homeguard Neeraj Khan lost his life while trying to do his duty. His autopsy report mentions blunt force impact as the cause of death. Several large-scale injuries were also found on his body indicating the severity of the attack launched at him by the jihadis.

Abhishek Rajput, a Hindu devotee who participated in the Jalabhishek Yatra, was another victim of the bloodthirsty mob of Islamists that not only shot at him but also slit his throat and crushed his head with stones, a stark resemblance to the methods Taliban and ISIS terrorists to kill their victims.

Not just Hindu devotees who participated in the procession but local Hindus, too, were caught in the crosshair of the Islamists, who remained indiscriminate in killing and attacking Hindus regardless of whether they took part in the Jalabhishek Yatra or not. A sweet seller Shakti Saini was also killed by the Islamist mob. As per eyewitness account, Saini was abducted from the shop and taken elsewhere and later killed and then the dead body was dumped at the same Badkali square around which his shop was located.

Similarly, Pradeep Kumar, a Hindu devotee and a Bajrang Dal activist, was the sixth victim of the violence that Islamists had planned as an interrogation of the arrested youth has revealed, who confessed that WhatsApp groups were created as early as July 21 to July 23 and responsibilities assigned to group admins to gather stones and collect glass bottles to attack Hindu procession scheduled to take place on July 31.

Pradeep Kumar, as per an eyewitness account, was rescued safely from the Nalhar temple, where several Hindus were hiding to save themselves from the Islamist mob, and brought to the Nuh police lines. The Islamists, however, ruthlessly killed him on Tuesday, August 1, while he was returning from the police station.

Kapil Tyagi, another Bajrang Dal activist who was accompanying Pradeep Kumar when he was attacked and killed, spoke to Opindia. Recalling how the murderous Islamist mob launched a vicious attack on their car while they were returning from Nuh police lines in the early hours of Tuesday, Kapil Tyagi said that it appeared as if these Islamists were waiting in ambush the entire night. “When they saw our car, they launched a murderous attack on us. Pradeep Kumar, who could not defend himself due to being badly injured, died.” Kapil Tyagi also suffered a lot of injuries in this attack and is undergoing treatment.

While foreign media organisations and their intellectual allies in India’s Left intelligentsia work overtime to brand Muslims as victims of the Nuh violence, the irrefutable evidence of a preplanned conspiracy, the CCTV footage, and the eyewitness account of the victims point to the involvement of Islamic zealots who conspired to attack the Hindu devotees and executed their plan in cold blood.

OpIndia exclusive: FIR reveals rioters snatched weapon and ammunition from constable and home guard during Nuh violence

On 31st July, an Islamic mob in Nuh of Mewat, Haryana, attacked thousands of Hindu devotees attending the Jalabhishek Yatra on Shravan Somvar. OpIndia accessed several FIRs registered in the case. One of the FIRs revealed how the Islamist mob attacked a constable and a home guard. They were attacked with batons and sticks. The rioters snatched the weapons and ammunition in their possession. Constable Mandeep pointed out in his complaint that he was in uniform and requested the rioters to let him go, but they did not listen to him.

Details of the FIR

FIR was filed on the complaint of constable Mandeep Singh against 40-50 unknown persons under Sections 148, 149, 332, 353, 186, 188, 307, 342, 395,397 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 25 of Arms Act.

In his complaint, constable Mandeep Singh said he was going toward Nalhar Road to deliver a pump action gun, 20 bullets of 12 bore gun, and 35 bullets of 9 mm pistol to Haryana Police Service (HPS) officer DSP (Punhana) Ashok Kumar on his bike with home guard Vasudev.

At the bus stand at Adbar crossing, they encountered rioters who were pelting stones. As they tried to escape, motorbike-laden masked men fired shots at them using illegal weapons. While they were trying to escape, around 40-50 rioters attacked them with batons and sticks. Someone from the mob hit Constable Mandeep with a stick on his head. He was saved as he was wearing a helmet, but his helmet broke down.

They snatched weapons and ammunition from the police personnel. Mandeep and his colleague had to leave the bike there and run for their lives. Mandeep mentioned when the attack happened, he was in uniform. He showed the rioters his identity card and requested them to let them go, but they did not listen.

Congress and other opposition leaders use a photo to spread fake news that PM Modi showed his back to Lord Ganesh in Pune, exposed by video

A day after PM Modi visited Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Mandir and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha as part of his day-long visit to Maharashtra’s Pune district, the Congress members and others who support the opposition alleged that the PM showed his back to Lord Ganesha during prayers. The netizens commented on the photo of PM Modi which went viral over social media in which the leader could be seen showing his back to Lord Ganesha. They alleged that PM Modi gave more importance to the camera than the deity, and therefore he turned his back on Lord Ganesh to face the camera.

Congress member from Rajasthan, Lokesh Sharma, commented on the photo saying that Lord Ganesha is behind the PM and the latter is showing his back to the deity. “Only Modi ji can do this,” he said indicating that the leader was showing disrespect to the Hindu God. Lokesh Sharma, who is the OSD to Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot, made the comments while reacting to a tweet by union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw containing the image.

Serial fake-news leader and Youth Congress president Srinivas BV also posted the image, with a comment asking for opinions on the photo. Although he didn’t claim anything directly, his intention was clear.

Y Sathish Reddy, a leader of the ruling BRS party in Telangana, made the same claim, telling the prime minister that “it is considered disrespectful to show our backs to our deities”. He asked, “Whom are you facing? Irony!”

Further, several left-liberals also shared the image spreading misinformation against PM Modi. “Rare image of Ganesha in the backside of PM Modi. Camera man doing its job. Sorry Ganesha, you are ignored this time,” said Arunabh Hazarika who according to his twitter bio is former National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) which is student wing of the Indian National Congress.

Also, one Congress supporter Mahiyar Sharma tweeted, “Lord Ganesha is on the other side, he has to bow down and not the camera. We never stand with our back towards God because it is disrespect to God. Yes, if Modi ji considers camera bigger than God and gives more importance to publicity than worship, then it is a different matter.”

What is the truth?

While the Congress members and leftists claimed that PM Modi disrespected Lord Ganesha and gave more importance to the camera, it was revealed that the image was captured as PM Narendra Modi offered Parikrama to the deity.

The full video of the incident went viral over the internet hours after the spread of negation by the leftists. The video showed that PM Modi offered prayers to the deity and then revolved on the spot to offer parikrama to Lord Ganesha after the prayers.

The viral photo was taken the moment the PM had completed half a Parikrama and was facing away from the deity. But he was not standing there as is being alleged, he was continuing with the Parikrama to face the deity again.

Significance of Parikrama

Paikrama is the action or ritual of moving clockwise around the deity as an indication of reverence. It is of most importance in Hinduism and is one of the ways to pay homage to the deity. Hindus do clockwise rotations of the sanctum sanctorum at temples and occasionally the deities during pujas or yajnas at home. It is believed that God is at the core of everything.

Hindus acknowledge that God is the centre of all their activities and thoughts when they perform Pradakshina, or circumambulation. No matter how far away the pradakshina is performed, the centre point is always fixed and stays the same. Thus, the everlasting reality that God is the source of all things and the focal point of our existence is brought to mind.

In Hinduism, the practice of showing back to the deity is also considered as omen. It is also indicative of disrespect towards the deity. The leftists assumed that PM Modi showed disrespect to the deity as he turned his back to Lord Dagdusheth in Pune on August 1. However, the full video of the incident was published later revealing that the leader was clicked while offering parikrama to the deity.

‘I had to leave my dying brother to save myself’: Abhishek Rajput’s cousin narrates how the Bajrang Dal activist was killed by the mob in Nuh

In the violence that ensued in the Nuh region of Haryana on July 31st after stones were pelted on Jalabhishek Yatra taken out by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal, six people were killed including four civilians and two home guards. OpIndia recently published an exclusive story after speaking to the people who witnessed the horrific killing of a car mechanic and Bajrang Dal activist Abhishek Rajput (Abhishek Chauhan). According to an Indian Express report, Abhishek Chauhan’s 25-year-old cousin Mahesh saw his brother getting attacked and shot dead by a rabid mob.

Mahesh narrated how the mob mercilessly killed the Hindu youth by first shooting him down and then slitting his throat with a sword.

“Just as we came out of the Shiv Temple in Nalhar, we saw a mob, armed with swords, guns and stones, running towards the temple. They started assaulting people, firing and setting cars on fire. A bullet hit my brother (Abhishek) and he fell. I cried for help, but there was no one around to us. I was trying to take Abhishek somewhere safe, but a man with a sword slashed his neck and escaped. I had to leave him there and take shelter in a tent. After an hour, policemen came and took him to a hospital but he was declared dead,” Mahesh told IE.

As OpIndia reported earlier, a resident of the Hathin area in Mewat named Bharat Bhushan said that Abhishek had come from Panipat to offer water to Nalhar Temple. He was assaulted by a violent Muslim mob at this point. Bharat Bhushan stated that the rioters first shot Abhishek before slitting his throat.

Speaking to OpIndia, Bobby, the Bajrang Dal’s Panipat district convenor, said that he and Abhishek were among the hundred people who travelled by bus and other vehicles to the Nalhar temple in Nuh. A mob comprising 250 Muslims suddenly attacked them shortly after they offered prayers in the temple.

Bobby asserted that a Haryana Police DSP and a few constables were also present in his convoy, who had just fired a single round or two into the air before leaving. Bobby, who identified himself as an eyewitness to the incident, added that Hindu organisations supported and protected the police officers. It is when the Muslim mob approached the women that they decided to protect them.

When the women were being sent back to the temple, firing started from the Muslim side. Abhishek Rajput, a resident of Noorwala area of Panipat, was shot in the waist and fell there. According to Bobby, the man accompanying Abhishek tried to lift him up but he was already unconscious.

Mewat Shobha Yatra attack

On Monday, violence broke out in Haryana’s Nuh district during the ‘Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra,’ which was organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. The death toll from the clashes has now reached 5, including two personnel from the Haryana home guard. The deputy commissioner urged people to stay indoors, venture outside only for essential tasks, and disregard any circulating rumours.

Vehicles were burnt and stones pelted at the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Jalabhishek Yatra as clashes erupted between two communities in the Muslim-majority region of Mewat in Haryana.

OpIndia Exclusive: FIR reveals Nuh rioters burned down woman judge’s car, ACJM, and her 3-year-old daughter escaped narrowly

On 31st July, an Islamic mob in Nuh of Mewat, Haryana, attacked Hindu devotees attending the Jalabhishek Yatra on Shravan Somvar. OpIndia accessed several FIRs registered in the case. One of the FIRs detailed the attack on a woman Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM)’s car.

At the time of the attack, ACJM was traveling with her 3-year-old daughter. She had to run for her life, leaving behind the car as the rioters were pelting stones and shooting toward them. When they returned to the car, it was already burnt by the rioters.

FIR was registered against unknown people on the complaint of one Tekchand, who works as a Processor Server in a local court in Nuh. As per the complainant, at around 1 PM, ACJM Anjali Jain, her 3-year-old daughter, Gunman Siyaram and Tekchand went to SKM Medical College Nalhar for medicine in a Volkswagen car registered in the name of ACJM Jain. Around 2 PM, when they were returning from SKM Medical College, around 100-150 rioters attacked them near Bandhan Bank, the old bus stand, and Delhi-Alwar road. The rioters were pelting stones and arson.

Stones hit the car’s back glass, and rioters opened fire in the area. All four of them left the car immediately and ran to save their lives. They hid at the workshop on an old bus stand. The advocates rescued them. The next day, when Tekchand went to check on the car, he found out that the rioters had burned it down.

Notably, no one in the mainstream media cared to report the attack on a woman ACJM and her child. Furthermore, other reports suggested the rioters also attacked a Gurukul during the Nuh violence.

“Blunt force, large scale injuries, internal organ injury “: Post mortem reports of two slain Homeguards uncover severity of violence by Muslim mob in Nuh

Blunt force impact, large-scale injuries on the body, and injuries on the liver were some of the initial findings published in the post-mortem reports of two Homeguards who lost their lives in the anti-Hindu violence by Muslim mobs in Nuh in Haryana on 31st July.

Gursewak, a Homeguard from Kherki Dhaula, sustained an injury on his liver which led to his death, as per the post-mortem report. The cause of his injury was blunt force impact as the officials were attempting to control the Islamist mob which went on a killing spree following an attack on a peaceful Hindu Shobha Yatra.

Another Homeguard Neeraj lost his life while trying to do his duty. The report mentions blunt force impact as the cause of death. Several large-scale injuries were also found on his body indicating the severity of the attack launched at him by the jihadis.

The post-mortem reports of the two Homeguards shed light on the dangerous scale of the violence perpetrated by the manic mob.

Anti-Hindu violence in Nuh on 31st July

Bajrang Dal activist Abhishek Rajput was shot dead by the Islamist mob on the fateful day of 31st July in Nuh. But shooting him did not quench the thirst of the barbarics. After shooting him, they slit his throat with a sharp weapon and crushed his head with rocks.

A Haryana Police SPO, who was injured during the Nuh violence, revealed how the violence started and who was responsible for it.

Talking to Haryana Tak, the SPO says that he was injured when the stone pelting started at Tiranga chowk. He says that the Yatra of the Hindu devotees was going on normally and without incident. As soon as the crowd of Hindus swelled, stone pelting started.

SHO who was attacked by the Muslim mob (Source: Haryana Tak)

On being asked who started the stone pelting, he says that while the Hindu devotees were walking, the Muslim mob started coming out and started taking out a rally of sorts. That is when the stone pelting started.

Notably, it has been revealed that the preparations for the violence were being done for 6 months. During the attack, AK-47 was fired on the people surrounding in the temple premises. A 14-year-old boy was also shooting.

As early as July 21, roughly ten days before the Jalabhishek Yatra was to take place, Islamists had been scheming to attack the devotees, laying elaborate plans on how to go about with their evil ploy.

Those arrested by the police revealed in their interrogation that meetings were held and WhatsApp groups were created, and responsibilities were assigned to group leaders to collect stones and bottles to attack Hindu processions between July 21 to July 23, yet another corroboration of the preplanned nature of the violence that has engulfed the region since July 31.

Collecting stones and glass bottles was an easy task, a report quoted one of the local residents from Nuh who attended one such meeting as saying.

‘The children’s screams could be heard from far’: Eyewitness tells OpIndia how Islamists targetted a Gurukul in Nuh, earlier destroyed by them during 1992 riots

Islamists unleashed mayhem during VHP’s Jalabhishek Yatra on the auspicious Monday (July 31) of the Sharavan month in Haryana’s Nuh district which later spread to various parts of Guragram. A total of 5 people, including 2 Home Guard personnel, were killed in this violence. The police have registered 44 FIRs and arrested 116 rioters so far. Section 144 has been imposed and Rapid Action Force has been deployed in the area.

Meanwhile, many eyewitnesses whom OpIndia have spoken to, have narrated the brutality unleashed by the Muslim mob during the violence. Also, several videos have surfaced, wherein the bloodthirsty Muslim crowd were seen roaming around the streets shouting Allah Hu Akbar and Nara-e-Takbeer slogans while unleashing unbridled violence against Hindus.

OpIndia was recently contacted by an aggrieved Hindu from the Muslim-dominated Bhadas village, where sweet seller Shakti Saini was mercilessly murdered and his body dumped at the same Badkali square around which his shop was located. Fearing for his life, the caller urged us not to disclose his identity, which is why we refrained from mentioning his name in this article.

The caller, who sounded petrified of the violence unleashed by Muslims in his village and the neighbourhood, told us that Bhadas village is a Muslim-majority area. There are about 4500 voters in the village, of which about 3800 are Muslims. The Hindus in the village mainly belong to marginalised Hindu communities like the Saini, Prajapati and Scheduled Caste. The name of the village head is Shaukat.

The caller further told us that on the day of the incident, a mob of radical Muslims from adjacent villages were rummaging through Nuh. The same mob also entered the Bhadas village. They asked the village chief to move aside and not to interfere. The mob reportedly came with the intent to kill all remaining Hindus in the village, the caller said.

He added that the village chief, Shaukat, in turn, asked the rioters to give him assurance that after killing Hindus, they would not harm him and the people of his community. “After doing this, hope you all will go away and not harm us,” the caller quoted Shaukat as asking the rioters. He added that Shaukat’s shocking remark came despite, the Nuh Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) requesting him to cooperate with the police to ensure the safety of all the villagers.

The Hindu villager who called claimed that the throng attempted to enter the village three times, each time with more number people than the previous time.

When asked what action did the police take to control the Islamist mob, he said, “The police were busy saving their own lives.”

The caller, whose voice trembled in fear while speaking to us, further recalled how the Muslim mob headed towards Badkali square after their attempts to enter the village failed. In Badkali Chowk, Yuva Acharya Tarun runs a Gurukul where young children go to seek knowledge on Vedas, Upanishads and various Hindu scriptures, along with learning Science, Sanskrit, Mathematics, English language, and Grammar. He recounted how the Islamist mob had tried to forcefully make their way into the Gurukul, which was again foiled due to timely action taken by the alert students.

“Using their presence of mind, the children quickly shut the main door when they saw the mob coming towards the Gurukul, which averted a major tragedy that would befall the Hindu students,” he said.

Despite the fact that the caller claimed to be speaking to us from his home, the level of terror in his voice while he was speaking to us was palpable. He went on to say, in a trembling voice, that they could hear the Gurukul children screaming and shouting even from far away, adding how the Gurukul cook was so horrified by what unfolded when Islamists charged at the Gurukul that he is still in shock.

The caller expressed gratitude to the police for responding quickly and saving the lives of the children, adding that the mob only dispersed when they heard the police van’s sirens.

The villager further revealed to us how Islamists had previously destroyed the Gurukul following the Babri demolition at the Ram Janmabhoomi site on August 6, 1992. The Acharyas of the Gurukul restored it at that time, but this time, more dire problems have fallen upon the village and the Gurukul, he said.

Although the Rapid Action Force is now present in the area, the Hindu caller asserted that they went for 24 hours without police protection following the incident. OpIndia has the audio recording of the full conversation.

Nuh violence

On 31st July, violence broke out in Haryana’s Nuh district during the ‘Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra,’ which was organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal.

“Religious Brajmandal Yatra” organized annually by Bajrang Dal, Islamic Jihadis pelted heavy stones, violence, arson and direct bullets from the hills on the pilgrims on the ancient “Religious Yatra” of Nallahad Shiv Temple, the centre of faith and reverence of Hindus in Nuh, Mewat. In which hundreds of vehicles were damaged and burnt to ashes,” said a statement shared by Bajrang Dal on Twitter.

Islamists in Nuh used WhatsApp groups to gather stones and glass bottles for attacking Hindu procession

While Islamists and their supporters had widely used social media platforms to mobile rioters, a report published by Hindustan Times shed light on the extent the assailants went in the nefarious designs to attack Hindu processions in Haryana’s Muslim-majority region of Nuh.

As early as July 21, roughly ten days before the Jalabhishek Yatra was to take place, Islamists had been scheming to attack the devotees, laying elaborate plans on how to go about with their evil ploy.

Those arrested by the police over the violence that erupted in Nuh earlier this week have revealed in their interrogation that meetings were held and WhatsApp groups were created, and responsibilities were assigned to group leaders to collect stones and bottles to attack Hindu processions between July 21 to July 23, yet another corroboration of the preplanned nature of the violence that has engulfed the region since July 31.
