Uttar Pradesh police dismisses 5 constables who thrashed an innocent shopkeeper

Police in Uttar Pradesh have been making news for their aggressive action against criminals ever since Yogi Adityanath took over, but they were in the news for wrong reasons recently when it was reported that some constables had behaved in an unruly manner against innocent citizens.

Acting quickly, police has now taken action against some policemen who were caught thrashing a innocent shopkeeper on video. The video was shown on TV channels and drew the ire of common people. The official handle of the state police apologised and later suspended the unruly constables.

The incident was reported on March 4th and action taken by police was conveyed the next day on Twitter. The video of this incident was reported on ETV UP-Uttarakhand. The shopkeeper was allegedly beaten up for demanding money for the cigarettes constables had bought.

The erring constables were named as Ravi Kumar, Vishwendra Kumar, Vikrant Kumar, Vineet Kumar. The constable driver Batukeshwar was also appears in the list. They were working in the Paraur police station in Shahjahanpur district as per UP police tweet.

After suspension, it was announced that they have been dismissed from the service:

The UP police force was appreciated on social media for its prompt acknowledgement and speedy action. It appears as though the trust in police force is on the rise among people.

Controversial businessman accused of land grabbing and murder joins Congress in Karnataka

The Karnataka Congress on Monday inducted controversial businessman and Bidar South MLA, Ashok Kheny into the party. This move also included merging the latter’s five year old Kannada Makkala Paksha (KMP) with the Congress. The main motive to inculcate him in the party is aimed to try and help Congress’ fortunes in all the six assembly constituencies of the state’s Bidar district.

Kheny is a promoter of Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) famously known for constructing a ring road around Bangalore, and has been accused of various wrongdoings during his business career. As reported, he has been accused of grabbing farm land for his road project and even allegedly diverted land for private illegal townships around the Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises (NICE) Road.

Other reports have alleged that charges of forgery, murder and cheating have been levelled against him. It has been estimated that over 500 cases have been filed against him. He is also known to file contempt cases against journalists who questioned on these cases. One journalist at the receiving end of his ire was Times Now Mumbai bureau chief Megha Prasad, who had levelled allegations of cash for vote against him. Kheny allegedly used “bad language” against Prasad while she was questioning him regarding the matter.

This induction of Kheny in Congress becomes ironic after considering that it was the Siddaramaiah government which had constituted a joint legislative committee to probe allegations of irregularities against his company. This was followed with a recommendation made about a year ago for the initiation of criminal action.

This induction has resulted in a mixed response within the Congress, which includes many party legislators and workers taking to the streets to protest against this move. It has also been reported that party functionaries are also planning on approaching the Delhi high command to lodge their disapproval. Some of the leaders opposing him include ST Somashekar, Munirathna, Basavaraj and virtually all the party leaders from Bidar.

Apart from creating a hostile environment within the party, Kheny’s inclusion has also provided ammo to the BJP:

Besides HRD Minister Javadekar, the party’s state establishment trained guns on the Congress by alleging that only looters and the corrupt can find a place in the party.

It is not vandalism that pains the leftists, it is seeing their mafia like control weaken

There is nothing like the toppling of a Lenin statue to bring out the inner Communist in people.

This is exactly why Tripura was much more than just an electoral victory for the BJP. It was a hammer blow at the fountainhead of the Indian elite.

This elite that we see : the elites in the media, in academia, in intelligentsia and the arts, is ultimately beholden to the leftist ideology, and often to the communist parties. You can bet that most of them have cut their teeth in communist student organizations when they were in college. As they graduate out of college, they act as a mafia, capturing one institution after another, stuffing them with their own. Just like a statue sits over and captures a piece of land. The uprooting of that statue is bound to hurt.

The collapse of Lenin from his pedestal in Tripura sent out a wave of sadness among self-styled liberals in social media.

Self styled Twitter liberal shows hateful side

The Communist Regime in Soviet Russia murdered some 30 lakh people. As I wrote here, Communist Armies from Russia raped 2 million German women in a space of six months. And here they dare say that “history will not exonerate” a handful of (allegedly) BJP workers who toppled a statue of Lenin.

If anything, the world should recoil in horror that statues commemorating the brutal Soviet Communist regime still exist in India.

But, they don’t know how ridiculous they sound. Some liberal handles went so far over the edge of sanity that they ended up comparing the Buddha to the Soviet Communists.

Hateful parody account on Twitter insults Dalits

The apostle of peace compared to the genocidal maniacs? May god give them sad-buddhi.

Side note : Hope Dalits are watching how liberals *really* feel about the Buddhism, the religion that Baba Saheb embraced.

Even mildly left-wing journalists could not help letting out a sigh.

Left leaning journalists pained at Lenin statue demolition

And obviously, the rabid communists warned that Hindus will be taught a lesson, and they will use force and destroy everything when they come to power.

I don’t know why rabid communists need to issue such threats. They are already killing people and destroying properties in Kerala where they are in power, so this is understood. They don’t need to say it. We totally believe you. What is to be noted here is how destruction of a dictator’s stature has led to the meltdown of these elements, and how they have exposed themselves.

Again, this underlines just how important the Tripura victory was. The reach of the communist parties goes far beyond the handful of MPs and MLAs they have. The vast majority of political commentary generated by journalists, intellectuals, academics, artists, etc. is ultimately coming from people who are deeply infected with communist ideology. These people are the steel frame that protects the Dynasty.

Even the front page of leftist propaganda website The Wire has an eternally pinned section on “The Soviet Century.” This is the poison we breathe every day.

Leftist propaganda website The Wire celebrates Soviet tyrants

So when people of Tripura brought down a statue of Lenin, it reminded these folks in the media of the humiliating defeat of global communism. There is a lot of pain there.

Today these ‘liberals’ try to hide their true inclinations by pretending to care about “income inequality” and “human rights,” but ultimately they are their own power and rights.

Scratch the surface and their real pain comes out.

Have you ever wondered why does the global left act as an apologist for Islamism? If left-liberals really care about freedom and human rights, wouldn’t they be on the frontlines against oppressive Islamic regimes?

The explanation is actually quite simple. Both Communism and Islamism are failed ideologies that have been left behind by modernity. Hence, the unholy alliance, born out of pure spite towards the winning side. The way some evil man, who can’t handle rejection, will throw acid in the face of the girl they wanted.

If communists can’t have the world, they don’t want anybody else to have it. Might as well let Islamism destroy humanity itself.

When leftists tell you that they object to the toppling of the Lenin statue purely on grounds of rule of law, don’t believe them even for a moment. They don’t give a damn about the rule of law. Remember these images?

Islamist mobs at Azad Maidan in Mumbai attack Amar Jawan Jyoti

This from Azad Maidan in the heart of Mumbai in August 2012, just before the Independence Day.

See all those fires burning in the background? Rampant arson, people being beaten up, sexual harassment of women, *including* molestation of female police constables. The police were under pressure not to move a limb and to let the rioters do whatever they pleased. A ‘secular’ government ruled both the state as well as the center.

Did these images of actual crimes, of property being burned and destroyed, of police being stabbed by rioters, of policewomen being molested in public, bring out an outpouring of grief from our ‘liberals’? The first target of the Islamist mob at Azad Maidan was the media, yet, they did not complain. Where were the liberals worrying about India’s image in the world and wailing that history will not exonerate the perpetrators of this terrible crimes?

I’ll tell you what they were doing. They were demanding that one of the policewomen who witnessed this violence, be sacked immediately. Her crime? Did she hit or shoot any of the rioters? No, she came home and wrote an angry poem referring to the rioters as “snakes” and about how “izzat lut rahi thi”.

Female angry cop writes poem against Azad Maidan violence

Leading the liberal activism was Javed Akhtar, himself a man of words.

Javed Akhtar shows his intolerant side

The apostles of tolerance decided to draw a line in the sand: the one thing they will not tolerate is angry poems written by women who have witnessed a riot and molestation.

In fact, celebrity liberals Teesta Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand actually wrote an article thanking the Mumbai Police Commissioner for letting the rioters do whatever they want. This “thank you note” was proudly published in The Indian Express, possibly to showcase “Journalism of Courage.”

Teesta Setalvad supports violence by Muslims

In case you are wondering, the female cop who wrote the “outrageously communal poem” had to apologize. How could she not? Otherwise, she would become the only person in Mumbai that day who felt the full force of our secular laws.

And worse, she would have faced the full force of the scorching moral outrage of our secular liberals. After all, as the Times of India explained:

Hyprocrite left-liberals attack female cop

Or as one liberal would have said, History will not exonerate the Mumbai cop who wrote a poem against the Azad Maidan riot.

She surrendered, and if today you surrender and find anything wrong with demolition of a tyrant’s stature, history will not exonerate you.

Congress is crying ‘Goa again’, but this is why they are not going to court again

0

The Congress party, which was unable to convince regional parties to join a government led by them in Meghalaya, has landed itself in yet another humiliation. The Congress president tweeted about how the BJP managed to form a government with just two members.

Meanwhile, the new government headed by Conrad Sangma was sworn in today in Meghalaya. The Prime Minister congratulated the new Chief Minister and his team.

If this government is indeed undemocratic as claimed by Congress, why has it not approached the Supreme court as it did in February 2017, when they similarly cried about ‘murder of democracy’ over government formation in Goa?

We must also note that the Congress did not go to court after Manipur government was formed a month later. To answer this, we need to know what happened to the case that was filed by Congress.

After Manohar Parrikar was appointed Chief Minister of Goa in February 2017, the Congress party filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In the court, the judges dismissed the case by saying that there was nothing they could do in the matter as the governor had the discretion in appointing a Chief Minister if there was a fractured verdict.

As per reports by the website Live Law, Chief Justice JS Khehar and Justice Gogoi had trashed arguments of the Congress side, represented by Abhishek Manu Singhvi.

CJI Khehar had remarked : It is very clear from our Arunachal Pradesh judgment that the Governor has a discretion in situations like this.

Justice Gogoi had said : You did not demonstrate to the Governor that you have the numbers. Convention of inviting single largest party is subject to numbers.

As per the report, the CJI had also remarked that if nothing happens in case of a fractured mandate, then the governor has to invite the single largest party. If someone is claiming the numbers, and largest party doesn’t object to the claim, then governor can invite that coalition to form a government. The CJI also added that the Congress party had not submitted any affidavits to the governor.

Supreme court remarks on petition filed by Congress regarding Governors inviting BJP to form a government (emphasis added)

This judgement will deter not only the Congress but also any other party that will cry foul when a coalition government is formed excluding the party with highest number of seats in an assembly election. The governor has the right to exercise discretion and appoint a government that is likely to have numbers in a floor test.

The Congress is well aware that the current coalition sworn in Meghalaya has the numbers and the government formation is in line with constitutional provisions. Thus it has restricted itself to social media rhetoric and not a legal battle.

This is why they cheered while ‘vandalising’ Lenin’s statue in Tripura

0

Twitter erupted yesterday as a video of the demolition of a statue of Lenin at Belonia, Tripura went viral. As expected, people on both sides of the fence had strong opinions on the matter. The detractors commented that such vandalism should not be encouraged and the demolition of a statue sanctioned by a democratically elected government must be condemned. On the other hand, supporters of the demolition are quite elated at the destruction of a symbol of tyranny that has oppressed the citizens of Tripura since decades.

One obvious thought that plagues my mind is the utter lack of criticism or condemnation at the sheer existence of such a statue dedicated to a mass murdering dictatorial lunatic. Why should a statue of a genocidal Russian dictator exist on Indian soil in the first place?

It is bewildering, really, at the silence over the existence of such a statue. It is quite interesting that there will be no outrage against dedicating such names to places as ‘Stalin Nagar’ or ‘Lenin Sarani’, streets named after genocidal maniacs. Outrage will be reserved only for occasions when actual actions are taken to rectify the historical error.

One could concede the point that the demolition of the statue was vandalism and vandalism is wrong. However, the matter should be viewed with a little bit of nuance. According to the Left, nuance should be considered only when the objective is to whitewash the crimes of genocidal maniacs. And the actions of the unwashed masses deserve no such serious contemplation.

However, if we indeed opt for a nuanced view on the subject, we shall find that the actions of the people of Belonia is in concordance with the actions of people all across the world moments after they have been freed of oppressive rule.

The inconsistency in the ideology of Indian liberals stands thoroughly exposed when one considers the enthusiasm with which they cheered for their counterparts in the United States of America as statues of Confederate leaders were brought down.

It is truly remarkable that the demolition of a statue in Tripura has attracted more condemnation from liberals than the actual murders of BJP karyakartas in the state. Interesting, is it not, that the demolition of the statue of a genocidal maniac inspires more rage in the hearts of Indian liberals than actual political murders by communists wherever they rule?

The track record of communist rule in Tripura is truly horrible. Political intimidation and violence, corruption, threats, censorship and general misrule has been the hallmark of Leftist rule in Indian states. People, in general, were frustrated and fed up of the entire situation. Government schools were in a horrible state with no teachers to attend them. People often felt compelled to attend rallies of the Communist party as they feared repercussions should they skip them.

There was a general sentiment that it was impossible to secure a job in the state government without being a cadre of the ruling party. Then, the appointment of thousands of teachers were disqualified by the High Court of Tripura since the state government had not followed proper recruitment procedure. Then there was the Rose Valley scam and others which further fueled negative sentiments against the ruling CPI(M).

Feelings have been on the boil for a long time and they were suppressed, often violently, by the cadres of the party. With the defeat of the Communist Party, the feelings finally found expression in the destruction of the statue of Lenin.

Moreover, in the run up to the elections, the BJP says as many as 12 of its leaders were murdered by cadres of the communist party. Days before the state went to polls, Madhu Deb, booth president for the BJP at Ramnagar constituency was found hanging from a tree. Amulya Malakar was another BJP worker who was found brutally murdered. There was another instance when a student was forced to drink urine by member of the SFI for refusing to accept its membership.

Such atrocities committed by communists combined with decades of misrule was bound to cause the citizens to seethe with anger. And one would have to concede, destroying the statue of a genocidal maniac is a rather constructive way of venting out their frustration. Even the most vociferous of detractors must concede that there must have been something horribly wrong with the Communist regime that people are taking to demolishing monuments of their legacy with hammers and tongs as soon as they are out of office. This has been happening since the fall of Berlin wall, almost in every part of the world.

I would concede that the demolition of the statue was vandalism. However, that statue should not even have been there in the first place. In my list of things to outrage about, demolition of a statue of a genocidal maniac will certainly find no mention. And really, that statue was absolutely hideous, much like the ideology the man espoused. And everyone should be grateful now as the space previously occupied by the statue of a tyrant can now be used to build a daily clinic for the poor instead.

Ancient idols stolen from Tamil Nadu traced to Ahmedabad after 50 years

Raja Raja Chola, who ruled the South India from the then capital city Thanjavur, built a temple known as Peruvudaiyar Koil in the 11th century. At the time of consecration, a statue of Raja Raja Chola and another statue of his wife were installed inside the temple, which were reportedly stolen sometime in the first half of 20th century and replaced with new statues by the thieves. The theft of ancient idols were unnoticed for decades.

In 1984, on the occasion of 1000th coronation day of Raja Raja Chola, the head of Kanchi mutt, late Sankarachariar, donated a diamond crown to the statue. Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was invited to the ceremony where renowned archaeologist Kudavoil Balasubramanian revealed the statue of Raja Raja Chola in the temple was not the original.

Now, after over 50 years after the original crime was committed, the ancient bronze statues, believed to be valued at approximately Rs. 100 crore, were now traced to the Calico Museum in Ahmedabad. Tamil Nadu Idol Wing has registered a case to investigate the crime.

A total of 13 bronze statues were donated to the temple by the then Chieftain of Kodumbalur during the 29th year of the reign of the emperor. The idols hold great significance since there is no evidence of any other statue of Raja Raja Chola being made during his lifetime apart from the ones in Ahmedabad museum. Except for the idols of Raja Raja Chola I and Lokmadevi, there is no word of the other 11 idols yet.

Fearful of action by UP police, about 5500 criminals cancelled their bail: UP DGP

Uttar Pradesh’s Director General of Police (DGP), Om Prakash Singh was quoted by the Times of India  revealing that about 5500 criminals in the state had got their bails cancelled, fearing action by the police. The DGP made this statement while chairing a crime review meeting in Agra along with other officials on Sunday.

He was quoted as saying that from March 2017 to January 2018, a whopping 1331 encounters were conducted by the UP police, as a result of which 3091 criminals were arrested and 43 were killed. Half of the criminals already had rewards declared against their name. As a result, fearing action by the police, a total of 5409 criminals have got their bails cancelled.

The DGP also claimed that clashes during Holi which include communal incidents, sharply fell down to 14 this year as compared to about 60 which were reported annually since 2013. He attributed it to proper planning and proactive policing.

Another report by News18, which carried the figure of 5409 cancelled bail applications, talked about a successful encounter carried out by the UP police on Sunday. In the encounter the police managed to gun down a goon named Kalua A.K.A. Amit who carried a reward of Rs 50,000 over his head.

Ever since the Yogi Adityanath led BJP government came to power in UP, it has been clamping down on crime with an iron fist.

It was reported how despite the National Human Rights Commission’s (NHRC) disapproval, Yogi government continued to be relentless in its encounters against notorious criminals. The NHRC’s disapproval of the UP government’s methods had resulted in the latter getting about 9 notices till January. One such notice was issued to the chief secretary of UP after dreaded gangster Sumit Gurjar, who had a bounty of Rs. 50000 on his head, was killed in an encounter.

The situation has become so bad for the state’s criminals that some of them were seen moving around Kairana, with placards around their necks stating that “I will never get involved in any crime and earn money by fair and honest means. Please forgive us.”

China arrests women married to men from Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan govt silent

The Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly (GBLA), a local administrative unit in the region controlled by Pakistan, has passed a resolution demanding the federal government in Pakistan to take steps to release over 50 women allegedly detained in China, just because they are married to men from the region.

The resolution was passed unanimously on 2nd March. As per reports, the women are married to men in the Gilgit Baltistan region and are currently detained in the Xinjiang province in China as the communist state suspects people from the region involved in extremist and terrorist activities in Xinjiang.

GBLA member Bibi Salima had tabled the resolution in the ongoing session of the Legislative Assembly. The resolution states that the citizens of the two countries frequently visit each other through the Khunjerab pass. There are many cases of marriage between the people from Gilgit Baltistan and Xinjiang region and laws of both the regions were followed. The resolution further adds that last year the Chinese authorities had started arresting people married to foreigners and among those were the wives of the Gilgit Baltistan men (mostly traders) who were visiting their relatives at that time. The women arrested have children back home in Gilgit Baltistan and those children have been suffering as their mothers are detained by China.

Deputy Speaker of the GBLA Jafarullah Khan stated that the women have been arrested on suspicion of terror links. The resolution demanded that the government of Pakistan should take this matter up with the Chinese authorities. However, the government of Pakistan has not spoken up on the matter in the last four days.

Xinjiang province in China has a significant Uighur Muslim population and in the past years, the Uighur founded East Turkistan Islamic Movement has been involved in several terror attacks in and beyond the region. The ETIM is also believed to have a support base in Islamist terror groups in Afghanistan and Pakistan. China is known to have launched a severe crackdown on these religious terror groups.

The Gilgit Baltistan region is extremely important territory for both the countries as it is the gateway to the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) which has seen a 62 billion USD investment by the Chinese. Currently, there are thousands of Chinese working in Pakistan.

Not only on this issue, Pakistan has earlier kept mum on reports of crackdown on Islamic rituals in China, perhaps in their zeal to become a ‘trusted ally’ of China in wake of USA dumping them.

Tripura: Lenin statue brought down, check out these hilarious reactions

On Saturday, after over 2 decades of Communist rule, the BJP had a historical win in Tripura. At Belonia town in Tripura, stood a statue of Russian communist leader Vladimir Lenin, who served as head of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924. Within 48 hours of the verdict in Tripura, BJP workers and supporters thronged the centre of College Square and brought down the Lenin statue that stood there for the past 5 years, chanting Bharat Mata Ki Jai.

As soon as the images of Lenin’s statue falling went viral on social media, Twitter users donned their creativity cap and brought out these hilarious memes on the fall of Lenin in Tripura. Here are some of them.

One Twitter user even brought back the magical telekinesis powers of AAP leader Ashutosh.

Last year in August, the elected government in Ukraine removed 1,320 statues of Lenin from every town and village, in an attempt to get rid of all Soviet-era symbols. In fact, a street named Lenin Street was renamed to Lennon Street, as a tribute to the Beatles. In 1991, two days after Ethiopia’s ruthless dictator, Mengistu Haile Mariam, fled in a plane, Lenin giant statue was brought down. Meanwhile, India still has statues of Lenin in Kolkata, Vijaywada and Delhi.

The statue will be removed by police and given to municipality for storage. Meanwhile, the driver of the bulldozer, Ashish Pal, has been arrested and let off on bail.

BJP launches massive offensive against Congress: Amit Shah and R S Prasad call out Congress’ politics of fear and confusion

0

The Bharatiya Janata Party today went on a massive offensive against the Congress party. First, the BJP Law and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, in a press conference, accused the Congress of indulging constantly in fear mongering and trying to create an environment of confusion in the country. The BJP party President Amit Shah too, in a series of tweets, attacked the Congress for blatant lies and constant attempts to spread misinformation among Indians.

Ravi Shankar Prasad began the press conference by quoting the Prime Minister that fear and confusion does not have a long shelf life in a democracy and the people answer for these with their votes. Citing the Tripura victory as a tectonic shift in the politics of the country, he said the communists have been decimated in the North Eastern states and the people have voted to evaporate the propaganda of fear.

He then went straight to the issue of NPAs. He said that PM Narendra Modi had promised that he will go to the roots of the NPAs to understand it. He said in 2008, the total advance given by all the banks was 18.6 lakh crores. In the six years of UPA rule thereafter, the total advance issued went up to 52.15 lakh crores. Such was the inefficiency of the system that many of those have now turned into NPAs. As of March 2014, 36% of these loans were stressed assets, now that has risen to 82%. He alleged that such was the state of the economy when the Prime Minister was an economist (Manmohan Singh) and the Finance Minister was a super economist (Chidambaram). He added that the UPA had almost shredded the country’s economy and the entire banking system was derailed due to the UPA’s policies of intervention, pressure and patronage.

Amit Shah stated that the NPAs generated under UPA regime is the biggest liability the NDA government received from the UPA and they had deliberately kept the NPAs from being reflected in the balance sheets of banks. He called the NPAs the biggest scam of UPA.

Targeting former Finance Minister P Chidambaram directly, R S Prasad asked why did the former FM sign the order that enabled several Pvt companies including Gitanjali Jewels to import huge amounts of gold? He stated that the 80-20 scheme was launched by UPA to benefit private companies and they misused it rampantly. He accused both P Chidambaram and Manmohan Singh of showing absolutely no regard and honour to the constitution and a total lack of moral obligation when they signed that order on the very day that their government lost the elections. The NDA government had scrapped the 80-20 scheme within four months of coming into power.

RS Prasad accused the Congress of being techno-phobic. BJP President Amit Shah has also echoed the statement. In his tweet, Amit Shah said that Congress wants Indian people to fear technology and hence spreading blatant lies to dissuade them.

Amit Shah also called out the fake campaign done by Congress to spread the lie that the Modi government is going to bring the 13 digit mobile number plan to harass the public while in reality it was only for the machine to machine interaction and it had nothing to do with general mobile numbers used by the public.

He criticised the Congress’s attempts to create misinformation regarding the FRDI (Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance) bill. He stated that the bill is still in its elementary phase and is only meant to ensure that the people’s money remains safe.

Amit Shah then stated that while the government is working relentlessly to bring the poor under the formal economy by opening bank accounts and making beneficiary schemes available to them directly, the Congress has been repeatedly spreading lies like the ‘convenience fee charges’ to create an environment of fear and mistrust.

He further went to bring the Doklam Standoff issue where the Congress again tried its age-old tricks of confusion. He stated that while the entire world praised India’s diplomacy and China had to backtrack Congress tried to spread rumours and create fear among the public. RS Prasad too has criticised Rahul Gandhi on the topic and said that he went to meet the Chinese ambassador while the standoff was underway and his Party did its best to spread panic and confusion. Amit Shah said Congress does not even hesitate to put the Nation’s pride and confidence at stake in order to further its agenda of negativity.

Taking on the Congress’s criticism to GST then, Amit Shah stated that GST has been hailed as an economic revolution worldwide and it has enabled many small businessmen to break free from ‘Tax Terrorism’, but the Congress has left no stone unturned to brand GST as a failure and create confusion and fear among the masses.

Amit Shah further stated that all the allegations of Congress regarding demonetisation have been proven wrong too. Congress has supported black money by using the poor as a shield and while the entire nation was united to fight corruption, Congress only focused on creating panic and confusion.

Ravi Shankar Prasad, in his press conference also targetted the Congress over the Rafael deal issue. He stated that the Congress, which is neck deep in corruptions in every single weapons deal including the Bofors, is alleging the Rafael deal as a failure which they could not finalise in ten years. He stated that the Defence Minister N Sitharaman has made it clear that the NDA negotiated Rafael deal is a way better deal in terms of price, weapon systems and effectiveness.

RS Prasad said Congress has always been technophobic and anti-reforms. He added that Congress fears these two because they bring transparency and accountability, something the Congress does not want. He mocked Congress for leaving behind so many landmines of their own that whenever one landmine goes off, they jump off and start blaming the NDA government.

Amit Shah had yesterday announced that the victory in North East is not the golden age of BJP. The golden age will begin when BJP will rule over Odisha, Bengal and Kerala and Karnataka.

The statements yesterday and today’s massive frontal attack on the Congress show only one thing, that Amit Shah is a man on a mission and he won’t stop till he has achieved his goal.
