The probing agency stated that Choksi's claims of ill health are a facade to evade questioning and if needed, they will provide an air ambulance with the best medical facilities and doctors to bring Choksi back from Antigua.
Choksi had moved to Antigua from the United States in July 2018 and had taken the citizenship of Antigua under an investment program.
