According to the police, Manish Kashyap tweeted a video created by Rakesh Ranjan Kumar on March 8. He uploaded the video on the BNR News Honey YouTube channel.
In the video, it is stated by Seeman that "Hindi-speaking people will hastily pack their stuff and flee from this place. I don't know how many I will beat. They will pack their belongings within a week."
The way out to stop forced migration from Bihar is not just big industries, government jobs, special status or central government packages. It can be stopped only by re-establishing industries based on each area's capabilities.
Jan Adhikar Party's district president Ved Prakash filed this complaint. He said, "Youths from Bihar who have gone to Tamil Nadu to work as laborers are being discriminated against on linguistic grounds. They are being assaulted and asked to return to Bihar."
