Mohammed Raju kidnapped, raped, forcefully converted and married a minor Hindu girl in Fatehpur, UP.

Saif Ali converted a minor Hindu girl to Islam with the help of a cleric and then raped her in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The Fatehpur police had arrested the accused Sikandar Khan on June 26. The rape incident took place on June 22 and the victim girl succumbed to injuries after two days.

Sikandar Khan posed as a Hindu person named 'sonu' and trapped the 19-year-old girl in Fatehpur. He later raped the girl and brutally murdered her.

SP Rajesh Kumar Singh confirmed the incident and said that the accused had been booked for an attempt to murder. "Further sections will be added after the post-mortem reports are made available," he added.

The SC bench headed by CJI Chandrachud directed the UP administration against coercive action against the Christian hospital.

The FIR was filed based on the complaint registered by a University's former student named Savendra Vikram Singh on January 20. The complainant stated that he was forced to convert his religion to Christianity in exchange for a job, money, and 'marriage to a beautiful girl' in Fatehpur.

Sabir Mirza kidnapped the girl and took her to a mosque in Banda district. He allegedly married her after converting her to Islam.
