ATS has arrested four men across four states, including Bihar cleric Maulana Izhar-Ul-Haq, in a probe into a Pakistan-linked radicalisation network operating through encrypted online channels.
The accused planned to carry out strikes in Bengaluru, Karnataka, as part of the anti-India agenda of the Pakistan-based terror outfit, Lashkar-e-Taiba.
The NIA court detailed how Idris abetted LeT activities through cyberspace, recruited impressionable youths, and conspired with co-accused, while rejecting probation and stressing deterrence in terrorism cases despite expressions of repentance.
The video exposes Islamabad's denials of the strikes by confirming the destruction of the Markaz Taiba terror camp in Muridke, in Pakistan's Punjab province.
