BJP MP and West Bengal BJP Vice President Saumitra Khan on Thursday claimed that Mamata Banerjee might block the Siliguri Corridor' that connects north-eastern states to the rest of India if she comes in power again in 2026.

"Remember if Bengal is burned, then Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Delhi will also be burned," CM Mamata Banerjee was quoted saying by news agency IANS.
