Rajasthan Congress leader Mohsin Rasheed Tonk was arrested on 19th April for objectionable posts on Facebook

The crowd present in the Dargah reportedly clashed with police. 6 persons were arrested.

In Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh, cops publicly shamed miscreants, unnecessarily wandering on the streets during the 'Janata Curfew' on Sunday, by making them hold posters that read, "I am the enemy of the society. I would not stay at home."

The victim has stated that he and his cousin were taken to a shed behind the agency and were beaten mercilessly. The assaulters had even dipped a screwdriver in petrol and had inserted it inside his rectum, causing grievous injuries.

The curfew is expected to remain in place for another few days. Internet services in Malpura have been restricted too.
